Brought my puppy in to pick out a new bone and collar, he was stunned at first from the vast selection available. He’s spoiled, ended up spending $350. The amazing staff showered him with treats and petting, he left very happy and satisfied.

Super excited when I stumbled across this wonderful store. I love that it’s local, and that it is decently priced. The lovely owner answered a lot of my questions and help me understand why my beloved doggy needs a certain kind of food. It was truly a God send, since I have been struggling on what to feed my dog who has developed an upset stomach more often lately. I also lived there was a “people” side with locally grown and produced items. I will definitely return and I have already recommended it to those around me.

Adorable pet shop & country store! One side of the store is all pet supplies and the other side is boutique-like that sells various clothes (SIMPLY SOUTHERN!) and products from local businesses. Very small-town cozy! We used to buy all of our pet supplies off of Amazon, but we're switching to here, especially since a lot of the pet food seems to be healthier than most mainstream options you find in regular pet stores. Support small businesses and shop here!

Krystal only knows me from a messenger app for her business but treated me like I was her only customer. I'm in a bind with a dog that has IBD and has been doing great on a certain food that the manufacturer stopped making. She got me what she had left and shipped a few hundred miles to me in under 48h. She also went out of her way to check if her suppliers had any. Sometimes I feel like people just don't care but Krystal gives me hope. Thank you Krystal.

Love Mission pet supplies. The owner Krystle is always available for help or suggestions. I get my dog's food from here every month. I can text her and it's ready for pick up shortly after. Or I can have it delivered!! They have great chew items as well. They last a long time and my dog is still into them months later. Prices are good, too!!! Love supporting a small business!

I absolutely love Krystal!If I could rate this A-10 I would !From the second I got my rescue puppy she has been there every step of the way.She always responds to my questions.She goes above and beyond a business owner, she gives me advice and suggestions on what is best for my pup during specific times. She has even given me suggestions on training and my puppy in general, Not to make a sale but to be a good genuine human!My puppy has been a handful from day one. From food, treats, toys, ointment‘s and additives she has been right there with me and given me every suggestion.You cannot beat the customer service!My deliveries come within one or two days and she generally includes a special treat for my pup or me!I wouldn’t purchase my items for my puppy anywhere else! I highly recommend Krystal and Mission Pet Supplies!!

Absolutely amazing! Krystle knows what she is talking about. I have a 12 year old diabetic lab that for the past 2 years we have been trying to get her numbers right. Talking with Krystle we changed her diet and added CBD. In a week her numbers have already gone from the above 400s to the mid 200s. She is more active then she has been in a really long time. I highly recommend this place.

No words will be able to fully explain how amazing this company is... So this is going to be a long one but I promise it’s worth the read! I found Mission Pet Supplies through a dog trainer that I reached out to to help me with my two year old Lab. Despite all of the research, vet visits, and training I had done on my own, I could not understand why she was still anxiously looking for attention 24/7, having accidents in the house/crate, and relentlessly eating/drinking anything she could possibly find as if she hadn’t eaten in days. At one point I even had my not even 50 lb dog eating 7 cups/day in attempt to satiate her. Long story short, the trainer suspected that her behavior was not an obedience issue, but a survival mechanism due to a health issue. Coincidentally, my dog had a seizure the following morning. We of course went to the vet for a thorough examination and bloodwork, and found out that my pup was slightly underweight and deficient in a certain enzyme that is partly responsible for absorption. I informed the dog trainer, mostly so I could thank him and tell him that he was totally spot on with his suspicion, and he gave me the contact info for Krystle, the owner of Mission Pet Supplies. Krystle has completely changed our lives. Of course the products are amazing, but what is even more amazing is the people behind the company. When I first contacted Krystle, we spoke on the phone for over 30 minutes because Krystle was so dedicated to getting my dog started on the best possible regimen based on the issues she was experiencing. It’s been about 3 months on the recommended food + supplement and I feel like I have a whole different dog - a healthier and happier one. She has been seizure-free, her eyes are no longer red and droopy, she’s gained the appropriate amount of weight, she has a beautiful shiny coat, and we’ve even learned that she’s an incredible retriever when she was never interested in activities before. Not only did Mission Pet Supplies’ products totally restore my pup’s health, but they did it at an AFFORDABLE price. I pay $40 for a 23 lb bag of food which lasts me somewhere between 1 1/2-2 months. And I paid $39 for 10.6 oz of the supplement powder which will probably last me at least the next 6 months. Just for a comparison, my dog’s vet first recommended a prescription food that costs $89/27.5 lb. And on that note, at my dog’s most recent check-up, her vet was so shocked by my girl’s transformation that she even wrote down the names of the products I had been using. As if all of this isn’t enough, Krystle actually followed up with me to make sure my dog and I were happy with the new diet regimen and experiencing positive results. Not long after I got my Lab on the right track, my other dog ended up in the hospital due to some health issues related to a congenital disorder. I’ll keep this story short, but I wanted to mention that Krystle maintained contact with me throughout the whole process. She gave suggestions that had absolutely nothing to do with her products such as giving him goats milk, etc. - my point being that she did not make any profit off of these conversations that took up a large part of her weekend. I’ve never experienced a company that genuinely cares about their customers the way that Mission Pet Supplies does. In case you couldn’t tell, I highly recommend!!

I would give a million stars to this company if I could!!!!!! Krystle is amazing at what she does! I told her every issue my Black lab has had his entire 8.5 years of life... chronic ear infections, hot spots, and even seizures. Krystle reccomended we use the Earthborn Holistic brand and go with the grain free since I had already noticed some changes for the good in him since being on another grain free food for over a year. Her reccomendation was nothing short of amazing! Within the first two weeks his hot spots completely cleared up and has yet to have an ear infection or seizure since. We’ve been using this brand and flavor for close to 5 months now. I honestly believe Krystle’s knowledge of anything dog related has saved my pups life. Not to mention the tons of money she has saved me from spending at the vet. I highly reccomend speaking with her and utalizing her knowledge if you are experiencing any issues with your pups health!!
