Ruger absolutely loves going to Bry Waggers! If I'm taking him someplace & we must pass the shop, he has a complete meltdown. (Sort of like passing Chuck E Cheez with a 6 y/o in the car)Ruger always comes home from Bry Waggers happy, squeaky clean, & wearing a cute scarf. Once it was a tie. The family really got a kick out of that one.If you get the voicemail, even during business hours, (They could all have their hands full with dogs at the same time) leave a message. They will call you back promptly. They always have.

The really old lady working there today was so rude and arrogant towards me. Truly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. That lady was unpleasant, rude and grumpy as hell. If I interacted with a customer that way in my industry I would have been reprimanded or possibly let go. My dog got a good haircut but I left there feeling extremely aggravated that anyone thinks it's okay to interact with a person, let alone a customer, like the way she did with me.

My babies went to see the two awesome ladies at Bry Waggers, and I can not say enough about them! They were amazing! The pups smell great, look even better, and even have cute bandannas for the holidays!I would give 10 stars if I could for the sole reason that they were willing to work with my anxious pup for her nail trim. They were very patient and helpful, all while being respectful to me and my girl. It can be tough seeing her struggle, but they helped clip them and didn’t judge me or her for it. VISIT BRY WAGGERS!

Love this pet groomer. The ladies here are excellent and very patient. I took my new puppy here to be groomed , I was very impressed that we are taking it slow and working the puppy into the whole grooming precess because as with all puppies being groomed is scary for them and if you rush the process they will not like going and I of course was nervous as well. They were great and puppy loved it and was kissing all over the groomer when I picked her up.. THIS PLACE IS A GOLD MINE FOR HAVING YOUR FUR BABIES GROOMED.

Lisa and her staff treat every dog as if they were their own. My dogs are very happy to enter the shop and eagerly go with either Lisa or one of her staff. That says Everything about their care and treatment! My pups are always thoroughly clean and dry, they smell good for days or longer, and their nails are always well-trimmed, never jagged or cut too short. My female loves her bandana and struts out of there like a runway model while our "all-dog" male can't wait to get outside and yank it off before he gets to the car. The indignity of it all! ;-)

They where awesome, we can't touch our 10 month old dogs nails, lady walked her back , right up on the table and did her nail. Our lil sketch girl felt very comfortable with them 😃

I was excited to try this groomer based on all the great reviews, however my visit was anything but pleasant. My dog was trying her hardest to get out of the leash while the three employees were cutting her nails. The lady who was doing the trimming turned around to me and vehemently said, “She’s a bad dog.” She repeated this phrase twice more while I was in the shop. She only managed to cut a few of my dog’s nails, yet charged me full price. I cannot believe the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by the employee. Does she tell every single owner who has an anxious dog that their dog is bad? You would think that a business that makes all of their income from grooming dogs would have a better attitude towards anxious dogs and better ways of handling them while trimming their nails. I will never return to Bry Waggers. I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed.

Great place to take your pets. They take care of our dog like he is there own. We have a lab retriever that sheds like crazy. They make recommendations and let you know of any issue they found or see.
