White Plains Animal Hospital was my savior this week! With an older, sick kitty I was anxious to get her in to see the doc. I called her normal vet, no appt for a week! Called two other vets no appointments for up to 2 weeks!!! White Plains got me in in two days!!! Receptionist, Mary Jo(?), was SO kind and understanding. Upon arrival was greeted warmly. Understanding about my loud, cranky kitty. Wait was not long. Nurse was compassionate and listened to my concerns. Dr. Pressman was equally compassionate and thorough in the examination. They even shaved a couple of matted hair balls on her back that were too close to her skin for me to do myself. No extra Charge!! May have found my new vet! Highly recommend this kind and professional team! Thank you!!!

They got me in the same day for an appointment for my pup. A suspected cracked tooth was just some broken off tarter and I couldn't be happier. My pup seemed relaxed with the Dr and the tech as well which was comforting. He got his nails done better than I ever could've!

I've been taking my dogs to White Plains Animal Clinic since 2016 and have always been extremely happy with Dr. Pressman and his entire staff. They have always been very honest and will never charge for anything not needed. They are all very friendly and my three girls love them. Thank you to Dr. Pressman and his staff for keeping all of my babies happy and healthy!!!

White Plains Animal Hospital is a small practice with great service and prices. Although they haven't been accepting new customers lately, they are great about seeing your Animals when scheduled. The staff is familiar and friendly and non-judgmental. I won't take my babies anywhere else as long as they're around.

I'm so glad my neighbor recommended this place. They are efficient and take great care of pets without gouging you. My cats seem very comfortable with the veterinarian and staff. Great place!

My husband and I recently purchased our first puppy and noticed that he wasn’t eating like we thought he should be. I know it takes a while for animals to adjust to a new home/new environment, but we just wanted to make sure he was okay. Let me tell you…AMAZING! We called this morning to book an appointment and they were available to meet with us within 20 minutes. When we arrived, the staff was so welcoming and generally seemed to care about our concerns.Dr. Pressman is amazing! He was able to provide reasons why our fur baby was not eating and offered food that he actually ate on the spot!! He also prescribed an antibiotic because we learned that he wasn’t in the best environment before we bought him.It brings me joy to know that he will be alright. They provided us with extra food that he seemed to enjoy and the prices were also a plus!!Now I see why my mom uses this animal hospital for her puppies. I will be doing the same! Thank you White Plans Animal Hospital!!

Overpriced and refer you to even more overpriced "care" in emergencies. If you are quoted a high price by these people or "Dogs and Cats" in Laruel their affiliate. Anicira in VA is worth the drive and truly hero's for you pet. They preformed a procedure for 15% of the price. Some vets are only in it to the profit.

White Plains Animal Hospital assisted us with afterlife care for our beloved dog who passed away unexpectedly. The staff was compassionate and considerate when we dropped him off and even kinder when we picked him up to come home. Would recommend this office to everyone.

Absolutely the best Vet in Charles County Maryland. They’ve been treating my German Shepard Kuba for 13 years and I can’t imagine taking my best friend, travel partner, and family member anywhere else. Dr. Pressman and his caring staff treats Kuba like family. White Plains Animal Hospital is fantastic and is highly recommended. One more thing. He’s prices are very reasonable and beats those big pet store VET prices.

This review is long overdue.For over 20 years, my husband and I have cared for many feral and abandoned cats. We have been taking these animals to Dr. Pressman for all of their health needs. Dr. Pressman always takes the time clearly to explain things in detail to us. Unlike many other veterinarians, he does not perform unnecessary and expensive tests that would not help in diagnosing the current health issue. When these tests would be helpful in selecting a treatment plan, he does perform them at reasonable costs. Besides being a top notch veterinarian, Dr. Pressman is personable, kind, very sensitive, and caring. We could go on forever listing all of the cats’ names he has saved in the years we’ve been seeing him. His entire staff is very professional and the facility is spotless. We would also like to thank specifically, Melissa, who always goes out of her way to accommodate us with short notice appointment requests and extends extra patience and kindness to us and treats of all the cats we bring in with gentleness. Like Dr. Pressman, we have known her for many years, and we have the highest level of respect for both of them.We hear stories and read reviews from other customers discussing their veterinarians. Based on our experience with Dr. Pressman, none of those vets measure up to the White Plains Animal Hospital’s pricing, cleanliness, caring, and outstanding doctoring. This means a lot to us and that is why we highly recommend the White Plains Animal Hospital to everyone who owns a pet.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Pressman for years. He is the best vet around. You can tell he really loves and cares for the animals he sees and isn't out for your money or to upsell/overcharge. He takes care of my animals, answers my questions and never makes me feel stupid or inadequate. He explains things thoroughly and is very attentive. This includes all of his staff - they are wonderful. I really cannot say enough good things about this practice. Take your animals here, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Pressman is a doctor great! His staff is wonderful too. I have been taking my animals to Doctor Pressman since 2002. He is not out to overcharge you with unnecessary treatments, so he can get rich. He is honest and fair. I would recommend his services to everyone🙂

Dr. Pressman always takes care of my cats when they get sick or need their check-ups and vaccines. He has even helped me get the travel export certificate when our family had to live abroad for my work. The vet techs are always friendly and they have a soothing hand when calming my pets during their check-ups. I trust their care and medical experience to heal my pets when they are sick and to also keep them healthy.

Dr. Pressman and the entire staff at White Plains Animal Hospital are always extremely nice, professional, sympathetic, and great with the animals (obviously, or I would never have brought the princess of our house back there). We were referred here by my sister-in-law and have subsequently passed along our praise, and will continue to do so, whenever asked to recommend a good veterinary practice. Our 4-year-old Shepherd mix shakes each and every one of her body parts and leaps into the car if we tell her that we are going there. I can't think of any higher praise than that!

Took my furbaby as she was not well. Dr. Pressman was the absolute best with her. Lyme disease was the diagnosis and after a month of medication she was back to her normal self. Will always take my pets to this clinic! Thanks Doc!

I use to go to Potomac Animal wellness, which I must say is an excellent place but very pricey. I was told about White Plains by a coworker who's fur baby had a similar health experience as mine and we were prescribed the same medicine. The difference was White Plains charged her $80 for the emergency visit, treatment and medication all inclusive. I paid $697 at PAWS because before they could give the same diagnosis they had to do blood work and ex-rays and the medication was a separate bill. I changed doctors immediately, but I do miss the staff at Paws just not the prices. Also, Paws had me vaccinating for everything, White Plains is letting me know whats actually necessary. Like, Lyme. Paws said I needed to get her Lyme vaccinations but never said it will not prevent her from getting Lyme disease, White Plains told me. Dr. Pressman takes an old school approach to vet care and doesn't push unnecessary shots or products on you. I only gave 4 stars because, sometimes they're closed and I don't know why, but other than that the staff is great and the service wonderful.

Great customer service all around and good prices. They explain everything very well and take the time to talk to you. I have never felt rushed out, here. You're not hit with unexpected bills like other places tend to do. Highly recommended! We're moving an hour away and will continue to make the trip back.

Took my cat here and was ready to break the bank, but they offered me a very reasonable price and were extremely friendly. They explained everything that was happening with my cat and were very thorough. I'll definitely be coming back if anything ever happens to either of my cats. There's also a very friendly vet pet named Zack who will want to play with you and your pet!

Guys, I just want you to know Mei Ling my Balinese...as I see now had been sick for a while. Once she got those 2 shots of antibiotics for the runny nose that wouldn't clear up, she is like a two year old. Thank you helping her and thinking outside of the box.
