Service was terrible. Had 4 people just standing around doing nothing behind the deli counter, yet it took 10 min to make my sandwich with no one else ahead of me. They all had bad attitudes and couldn't even properly wrap my sandwich. Used to be a good store, but horrible now. Desperately in need of either new management or better workers. Highly disappointed, I'd recommend you go elsewhere or the laplata store, they're way better.

I ordered two family size mac and cheese and each container was filled 2/3 of the way. This has happened in the last two occasions.You are either thieves, stealing from the portions that the customers pay for, or you need to better train your staff... or maybe it's both? Very disappointed... and I advise others not to buy their mac and cheese they will rip you off.

Had a very unfortunate event and lost a personal item at white plains WaWa. The manager David and staff member Dylan went out of there way to help me and stay in contact with me. Its ALWAYS busy there and they could have had the attitude of not my problem, however, they didnt and made me as a customer feel heard. They were very empathetic and kind. More businesses, management and employees should have the mindset and thoughtfulness for there customers like these two! Thank you so much David and Dylan!

Wawa is a great stop. You can get gas and fresh food. The breakfast sandwiches are good for a quick bite to go. The subs are delicious and made fresh to order with fresh ingredients. Shakes are made to order and taste great also. They have a large selection of drinks to choose from. Lotto tickets, candy bars, fresh coffee, cigarettes, got dogs, dippin dots icecream and much more. The bathrooms are hit or miss but they do clean them. Wawa is always a good spot the whole family can find something they want.Parking: Lots of parking all around the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots and wheel chair lanes also.

Store seemed clean and well stocked. Gas prices were higher than others in town. There are no hooks for purses or coats in the ladies bathroom stalls (this is so aggravating!), and only a jet hand dryer, no paper towels.

Bathroom was surprisingly clean. Wish they would have paper towels and no just hand dryers, those things are disgusting. All in all great selection of food and snacks and very friendly employees. Would recommend!

I ordered 2 sandwiches with extra avocado and when I received them I had a feeling I should check them, and I did. They had A SPEC of avocado on them and when I politely asked for the worker to put avocado on them she gave me a quarter full mini cup of avocado barely enough to spread on one of the slices of bread. And I shouldn’t even have to do that myself considering that’s what I ordered and paid EXTRA for. And btw there was an older white man attempting to break into a police car parked right outside of the Wawa…

I wish they had a 0 stars. Tonite, mid nite was my first time going to Wawa to order a sandwich. It was the worst service. The nite crew were the worst. They were rude. No help at all in telling how I needed to place my. order . And the staff was not sanitary at all. I waited for 40 mins for my sub. And there was one person ahead of me. The place was practically empty. I had to ask if my sandwich was ready. The rude cashier forgot to cash out my order. Horrible place .Never ever going back there.

Second horrible experience at this Wawa Billingsley today that I will never go to this location anymore. Waited for curbside pickup order from 4.48pm til 5.30 pm.45 mins wait and messed up my order big time. Paid for 2 drinks and some snacks and they had the nerve to tell me I only paid for 1.I had to show them the items that I paid two times to 2 different people. I was very angry today and had to call them 4 times in 30 mins time. One white old girl had the nerve to tell me to go inside while I have 3 little dogs in the car with me. I order curbside pickup meaning you have to bring the order curbside in 5 mins period. Very unorganized people and very rude. Spendin too much money at this Wawa and will not give them any more business. The other day I paid for 2 beef steak paying. $8 each and it says 2 on the receipt but that guy only made 1. Total order that day was $35.So I had to wait for him again to make my order and told me to wait in line to get a bag after I already waited for my order. These people are rude and disrespectful and and no manager to organize them. Bad business. I rather go to starbucks and mcdonalds then go to wawa. Horrible customer service .

Wawa has been greatly underrated on their freshly made sandwiches menu. The food and drinks are excellent and their prices are even better!Parking: At certain times of the day, this location does not have available parking in the front of the store. It is a very busy location.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I grew up off this Wawa since my family moved From PG County to Waldorf years ago, and I must say this place is a joke now. Customer service is a 1 at minimum friendliness and homey feeling is no longer present, food well they’re always outta food whether you order through door dash, Uber eats or go inside the store. People making the sandwiches are slow, always backed up and never able to make a sandwich correctly prior to COVID-19, so now it’s really terrible. General manager there is no better than the employees, all attitude and excuses when you make a complaint to address missing or unsatisfactory food items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Make the trip up the road to royal farms or sheetz if you have to. The one in DC is better and it’s in the city !

This store is one of the most poorly run wawa's I have ever seen. Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. They were not busy but continued to make order after order wrong.... For food delivery services, not even the current customers. There was no attitude that time was important. The employees moved like sloths around the establishment. It was almost like they were intensionally being as slow as possible.If in a rush, do not stop at this Wawa. You will waste your time.30 minutes total now

Worst WAWA ever. Or maybe that is just how Md. rolls. Not a whole lot I can get into driving a big rig. But this is one of the unfortunate places I can. Unfortunate because every time I go in to this location. There is no coffee ☕ or stale cold coffee ☕. Dirty bathroom with no TP. And just a wasted stop. Kinda sucks because I spend alot at this franchise.

This is probably my 3rd time getting a messed up order. Went in and ordered me and my family sandwiches and they messed both of them up. One sandwich was supposed to have toppings on it and it didn’t and my other sandwich had the wrong toppings on it. Then I called and told the lady about it and she said I could come back and get them remade and then she hung up on me when I asked for her name incase they asked me who said I could come back and have it remade since I couldn’t come back tonight. I won’t even be coming back to get my sandwiches remade. I will be avoiding this wawa from here on out is it the worst wawa in charles county.

Slowly starting to go down hill. 8 am Saturday morning ordered a cream chip beef bowl and after paying I stood and eatch as Door Dash orders took priority over waiting customers. 15 minutes later still haven't received order, looks like Royal Farms will be priority from here on out.

Stood in line for 45 minutes for a simple italian sub not toasted! They were more worried about the door dash orders that sat then they were about the 3 people before me and the 20 others behind me. N not one door dash order was picked up during my 45 minute wait! It takes alot for me to get angry but this irritated me to no end so I got reimbursed but people inside the store shouldn't wait this long with COVID-19!!! We should be first to get out of the store!

What kind of place sells a salad without dressing?... Wasted my time and money only to end up still hungry great job. I will take my business to royal farm's next time they at least include dressing with their salad and not hidden off to the side leading you to believe it's in the pack

Clean store and friendly staff. Gas prices are cheap. Only location that has two atm's in the store, which are free of charge. Customers at Wawa are always so nice always holding doors and friendly conversation when waiting for food or getting coffee.

Second time I came in and they have one cashier with a line wrapping around the store. For the second timei put my things back and just went to 7 11. Sad. If you know you busy in the morning schedule accordingly or help the cashier because you losing business. I'm not the only to walk out.

Probably the worst Wawa ever. Nothing is ever ready, you want meatballs "oh we're out, nobody thought to cook some more when we were running low". This morning there were literally zero coffee pots ready to go, 10 people just standing around waiting and not one employee did anything until somebody said something.
