I have learned that u should definitely call before u get propane. So it’s raining today so I called to see if they where filling tanks today but a woman answered the phone I didn’t get there name but was told that they not filling propane today because of the rain. So I called the charlotte hall location just to see if maybe they might. A guy answered the phone was very helpful said yes sir please bring them by we will fill them rite up for you. Now the problem I have is now I have to drive 15 miles instead of 4 miles away. Because of staff that just don’t feel like doing the job I thought maybe it was like a franchise thing so I look online to find out it’s all one company. Very frustrating to say the least

Ms. Tineal was very helpful when I asked her for a somewhat strange request today. I was nervous to buy straw for a stray cat I am caring for because when I was a kid, my parents put a bail of straw in the car, which resulted in an infestation of wolf spiders. One huge one crawled out of the cusions of the back seat while we were out to dinner and I was mortified and frightened for months.The straw I bought this time was bagged, which I had specifically looked for. But there were a few holes in the bag, which made me nervous. Ms. Tineal was very understanding and kind as she helped me patch the holes with packing tape. I felt goofy asking for this but she made me feel like my request was totally reasonable.

Still a genuine delight to shop here.They don't have -everything- but they always have something we need for the property.And the staff are always attentive, respectful, polite and considerate.Keep it up fam!------Updated Jan 2023I love coming here. There's so many things here you can't find elsewhere. And the staff are always very helpful and polite.It's a delight coming to this place every time.Between the inventory and the customer experience, this is a great place to shop for things for the house/farm/landscaping/shop.Seriously, every time I come I find what I need, and when I need help, I get it from some of the friendliest of people.-----So, Tractor Supply is a bit of a different animal from a lot of other stores. But when you've seen one, you've seen them all. They can seem a little clustered at times, and sometimes things get a little messy here and there, but odds are, you'll find what you need.At this location, the staff are usually very helpful, friendly, and eager to help you find what you're looking for.The store has a vast selection, but occasionally it's hard to find certain items. There are entire spaces dedicated to sandblasting and welding, but missing some of the flagship items, like the sandblast guns, welding benches/tables, etc. It could just be my bad luck, coming in right after someone bought the last one, and they are large, so they probably don't keep many in stock.Other than that modest complaint, this is a decent place to shop, and probably save a few bucks compared to other hardware stores.

I stop in often. The staff are friendly and helpful when you need help. They have a varied selection of stuff. Stop in, you may be surprised by what cool little garden stuff, or furniture they have. Always have tools on sale.

Fits a great gap between other big box hardware stores. They do have the basics in hardware, plumbing, and tools but are very well equipped to care for our other two and four legged friends. I do wish their rewards program was better. We rarely if ever get anything from it. Nice to see the store continue to upgrade and refresh

Probably the best customer service I had from some of their staff. This gentleman with a full beard called multiple stores for a lawn mower I wanted to purchase. We didnt find one readily available, but prompted me to purchase one online through tractor supply.Regretfully, since the manufacturer had the same sale as the store and free shipping as well as an additional yard tool for free, I was inclined to go direct.Still going here regularly though.

I had a great experience at this location today. The staff were kind and very helpful. I had a problem with a product and not only did they replace the item a kind employee named Scott went above and beyond the call of his Job description and I'm very thankful. Want to say once again thank you!!

I have been to this location a few times before with no problems. Today I went and they refused to fill my 10 pound propane tank stating they can only fill tanks 20 pounds or larger. I questioned this because they have filled the same tank for me a few times. They stated this was a Maryland law and a Tractor Supply rule. This also did not make sense to me because I have been using the same tank for several years and never had a problem. I have the tank filled about every 6 weeks. I spoke to the manager and she simply said they should have never filled the tank and they would do an employee training. I was even asked who had filled the tank previously and was told they would be fired. Very unprofessional.Then I went inside to get some Coal Anthracite. According to the website they had some in stock. I could not find it so I asked the lady at the register and she promptly asked someone in her headset. She then said the manager said they were out. At this time I simply left the store. They did not even look. I did tell the cashier that the website said there was some in stock but that didn't seem to matter. The customer service on this trip was awful. I will never return to this location which is sad because I have always been a Tractor Supply fan.

I haven't been to this location for a few years, but today it was really trashy. They were out or low on stock of most of the popular dog and cat foods. I had to buy a different brand just to get me by. All of the shopping carts were beat to hell, and the bathroom was disgusting... They should just close for a few days to clean up the place.

BEWARE BABY MICE IN BOX!!!!!! Called ahead and asked did they have a fish fryer in stock she said they had one left in stock and she would leave it at the counter for me I came in an it was at the counter and ready for us to take. We didn’t see the small hole in the box until we got home and as we open the box it had a ENTIRE nest of dead mice which smelt horrendous 🤢 gave two stars because we were refunded immediately when we called the establishment.

Went here to fill up my propane tank for my gas grill. I met an employee in the parking lot before I entered the door. He was super helpful and took care of me. Just wish the whole tank filling experience was less time consumptive. Normally I have to go in and out of the store twice. A kiosk or handheld device for paying outside would be more convenient.

Great store. Will go back. Suggestions: If you're going to carry shoes then stock more sizes. Not everyone is a 9 or a 13. Put prices on all of your merchandise. I'm not going to haul it to the register to find out the price. Keep your shelves stocked. Went back several times looking for castors and several of the bins were empty or contained a mix of the wrong items. Otherwise, staff was great and store was tidy.

They were open on Memorial Day, so I was able to get a refill (well, turned out to be a replacement) of the 20 pound propane tank for the grill. Paid and got a receipt right outside at the propane area - never even had to go inside. Reasonable prices.

Walked in here to get some Black Diamond Blasting Sand. Asked a man who worked there and he said they didn't have it and hadn't had it in 6 months. I couldn't tell this from the website. Shipping is 20 bucks to order it. They guy didn't smile, or care to show any concern. These stores are not close to the city at all and I drove a bit of a ways to waste my time. He didn't apologize at all. Customer service was so dry.

Can’t say how helpful Don was in helping me. He went above and beyond in helping me buy a trailer. His customer service was above what I expected. He was knowledgeable in all areas in finding my account. From start to finish he was overly helpful. Not often you see that level of customer service.

I love TSC in general, but sometimes the employees hideout or just aren't much help. I was sold different size fencing post and was very upset when I got home. I had to drive all the way back to the store, because the loader didn't pay attention. If you know what you're looking for in the store, then you're good to go!

We shop here for chicken supplies, and occasional yard, dog and barn cat supplies. Staff are friendly, helpful, always greet you with a smile. Watch for their sales, they happen often and are happy to take coupons.

Awsome store they have a little bit of everything you will need for your house/farm. I wanted to buy a ride on cub cadet but the one they had was a return that was not running so they told me i could pre order and when it arrived at the store they would give me a call. One week later still waiting but im a patient person.Overall great store and the staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful 👍

One of the smaller locations I've been to so I hope you go on a slow day. We went at the tail end of a sale and they seemed underprepared to execute well...one register most of the time with more than 5 customers waiting, shelves understocked, had to wander around to find an employee for help. Asked to purchase a chicken coop and have it delivered (that was the promotion) the girl at the register wasn't able to sell me one so I bought it online while I was in the parking lot. They also don't offer an active duty military discount.

Not as much variety of stuff as some of the other locations I've been to, but I'm also from the country, so there is likely more demand for certain things there. Needed a thick dog collar for my shaggy guy, so it wouldn't get tangled in his fur. Found what I needed but it was only available in black. No light bulbs for growing plants indoors, but nowhere else near here sells those either. They do have heat lamps however.

This is a good tractor supply. The staff is really nice and helpful. Some of the aisles are so small you can barely maneuver a cart around. Great variety of items at awesome prices.

Pleasure!!!Needed a belt for our riding lawn mower. Lowe's didn't have the right one so we called Tractor Supply Co and they said bring in the old one and we will assure you get the correct one. Once in the store Rory took us to the belts and patiently helped us find the right belt. Both on the phone and in store the employees showed professionalism and courteousey to us.Thanks Tractor Supply Co.

Tractor supply has everything you need around the farm. I buy supplies for my animals, I've bought compressed firewood blocks for our stove, tools, clothing. Good price with items on massive sales occasionally. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
