My husband and I have been shopping for over a year for a living room set that could withstand the test of time and that we both loved. We stopped in VCF and met Nick Mendez who was so patient with us as we kept traveling back to the store about a half dozen times to shop. Never once did we feel pressured to buy, yet he was sure to explain how everything worked and if it would be a good fit for our family. After buying the set in the pics (3 light lamp, sofa, table, rug) we actually went back to the store a few days later to purchase a TV stand that matches the table, and of course asked for Nick. Overall an excellent experience, clean store, and very personable, not pushy associate. We will certainly be back and hope Nick isn't going anywhere!

Extremely customer friendly and professional.Toni’s knowledge of all the items we selected was impressive. Thankful for all the warranty information to ensure our purchases are protected. We were blessed to have Toni as our salesperson. I pray others will be able to benefit from the services of such an accurate and knowledgeable salesman. I met Tammy Hopkins when I entered the store & I asked her if she would walk with me to pick out furniture for my new home. She walked with me & allowed me to pick what I liked & she explained in detail what I was getting, she was very informative. The table in the picture I'd seen on your website but to see it in my face, I loved it. She helped me furnish my whole home, bedroom, dining room & living room, I’m so excited to have met her!!!

I haven't shopped here in a while and went to both Bob's and VCF. After going to Bob's, I wasn't that excited about going to VCF but upon entering, was so pleasantly greeted by Maureen Hart. She helped provide direction and answered questions. She appeared while we were browsing, offering insight when it was most appreciated while not making us feel like she was hovering. This was the best experience I have had in there, thanks to her, and I can't wait to get my new purchase!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Toni as my sales person. She was very knowledgeable, took her time with me, and led me in the right direction for what I was looking for. I will definitely seek her out again if I need to buy furniture in the future. I have not received the furniture yet so I cannot comment on that. The inventory of sectional sofas at the store was fabulous! Much better than the other five stores where I have looked. I am very happy with my experience thus far.Update: The sofa was delivered today. The delivery men were professional, quick and on time!I’m very happy with my selection (thanks to Toni), the selection at the store, and the delivery people!Second update….. I ended up buying block legs for the sofa on Amazon. Once I got the sofa home I realized that it sat a little bit too low and it reminded me of a sofa that someone might have in college since it’s sat right on the ground. It looks much better now raised 3 inches up. it’s almost too comfortable, we can’t get out of the sofa! We love it so much!

Ms. Theresa was the best, I came in and she came right over to ask my friend and I if we needed any assistance. I told her my needs and she pointed me in the right direction. She placed my order right away and I was able to order my sofa and have it delivered within that same week! She was so nice and knowledgeable and treated me so well, she had 27 years of service and I could tell by the way she offered such great customer service.

this place is amazing!! if above and beyond were a place, it would be here at White Marsh. karam khalel and the Manager, Chryle worked seamlessly to make sure we were happy.We even received delivery date well before anticipated time and the checkout with Marie was a breeze.Thanks a bunch!As a business owner i wished these guys all worked with me. From start to finish the experience buying was fantastic. The sales rep Tammy advised us our delivery date during the purchase, VCF was communicative on delivery, date, time. They, texted, called before hand. The delivery drivers were excellent. Don’t sleep on VCF.

Anthony, the warehouse technician was awesome! We bought a floor model dinette set. He disassembled it in no time, bagged all the hardware and had all parts wrapped in plastic to prevent damage. He helped us load everything in our truck and couldn't have been nicer. A great representative of your company.

I love this bedroom set so much, it is exactly what I wished for. Nick Mendez is such an experienced, patient and knowledgeable sales person. The entire team from the manager on down are fantastic at this location. I highly recommend that everyone shops here. This is the only value city in Maryland that I will shop. Mrs. Tammy was amazing today. My grandfather came in today after measuring his new place hoping everything would fit that he previously had on hold. Even though she wasn't his original sales person she went above and beyond to deliver all the dimensions and sizing that he needed to be comfortable with his purchase he was very happy leaving the store today. She was so pleasant and proffesional. I wanted her as my saleswoman and I even had to make a purchase that I am so excited about!. Thank you again to everyone who helped us. But Mrs Tammy was by far the best and very attentive to our needs.
