I absolutely love this place. I have been going for years. The service is amazing, and my dogs love it there. When they leave, they know they are super cute and walk 6 how good they look. They get very excited when we turn into the parking lot. For me, there is no place I would take my fur babies for grooming. Julie the the owner, treats them with so much care and love.

I've been having my dogs groomed at Snooty Pooch for about 18 years. They always do an amazing service. My Lola is a senior citizen and they take extra time and go slow with her which I really appreciate. My dogs feel very comfortable at the salon.

Our first time was today, they did a fantastic job on our poodle, she looked great when I picked her up.The groomer was very professional and did the job in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Snooty Pooch for your dogs grooming needs.👍🏾👌🏾

I have three large dogs. All rescues. With all different personalities and all different kinds of fur. I have to admit, I did try other groomers. Some closer to my house...some because they were cheaper....but it's not the same. The groomers here are top notch. I literally told the groomer today to "do what she thinks is best" and my dog came out looking runway ready. I have a Pyrenees who gets a solid clip down in the warmer months and after a session, his coat is WHITE and even. My wolfhound...he's dramatic. He screams and whines the second you touch his paw. But, they know this and they are tolerant of his obnoxious behavior. He always trots out of there like he's leaving the bar with his Bumble date. Lastly, I have a dog aggressive dog. I was a nervous wreck the first time I asked them to groom him. But, they were confident and not swayed by my comments of "he's aggressive". He too, came out with a perfectly clipped coat with no issues. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and reliable! Never been disappointed with any cut.

My husband and I were worried about sending our puppy to get groomed because he was so anxious and still young. I found Snooty Pooch on a whim and based on the reviews, I decided to give them a try. I am sooooo happy with the service from the staff at Snooty Pooch. Our puppy Madrid looks so handsome! I could tell that they knew how to handle difficult dogs and make them feel safe. Snooty Pooch will be the permanent place that he goes to and I now want to bring my other dog. Thanks for the amazing service!

My husband took our Golden Retriever to the Snooty Pooch about a month ago for a spring hair cut. This was our third visit in the past couple years. I received a phone call a few hours later letting me know when Murphy was finished. He was prancing all around looking adorable when I picked him up! My dog is a biter- cage biter to be exact! He is very aggressive and Julie takes such good care of him! He leaves every time looking so handsome and smelling so good, even though he is a mean old dog. Snooty Pooch is great for all dogs- and I would highly recommend them:)

We have only been here now 2 times but have been long time clients of Maria. Everyone is very friendly and scheduling is a breeze! Our schnauzer has been with Maria for almost 6 years and we will never go to anyone else! Our dog has a very small circle of people he tolerates and we are pleased to inform that Maria has cracked the top 5! She is so wonderful with him and he always looks perfect when we pick him up. I have been taking my Yorkie to Snooty Pooch for Doggie Daycare for the past 4-5 months and I would highly recommend them! He loves going there and it is a life saver for people who work long hours.You can tell the staff here really loves the dogs and they are always so friendly! The Snooty Pooch takes the very best care of my dog, Max. I have been taking him there to be groomed for the past 8-9 years, beginning when I first came upon them in Perry Hall. Max is always happy to go inside; he jumps out of the car and goes right to the door. The groomers are kind and gentle; they are familiar faces who know me and Max by name. I have not taken Max to any other groomer in these past 8-9 years. He is very comfortable at the Snooty Pooch and they make him look so handsome! Whether he goes to be bathed and fluffed for a party or to be groomed every 10-12 weeks, the Snooty Pooch is #1 for us.

Yesterday was our second time at Snooty Pooch. It's close to our home. Our first time there was ok. The gal who greeted me and took my information was not very friendly or patient. When I picked up my Leo he looked great. So I thought ok let me give them another try. Then Covid-19 came. So finally yesterday Leo went in and there was a new gal at the desk. I didn't get her name but she was fantastic. Friendly, warm and patient. And Leo again, looks great. One of the best cuts so far (tried 3 salons). I'm so happy and feel better leaving my "baby" in the hands of a friendly warm person.

I was looking for a place to groom my feline when the vet recommended Snooty Pooch. Now luring my fur baby into the carrier is quite an ordeal but I'm beginning to get this trip down pat with her!! (she's so prissy and finicky at times) After several trips to Snooty Pooch I am thoroughly in love with this place. The girls here are fabulous and make everything worthwhile!! Enough cannot be said about the service and the friendly staff. Took my two dogs and they came back smelling sooo good! My one dog needed a haircut and they listened to what I wanted and she was done that way to a T. Will not be taking my girls anywhere else. Love the Snooty Pooch!!! Will definitely refer my friends and family!!!!!

Granted, it's only been a few days since I've been using the "day camp" but the staff and the amenities seem wonderful! It's such a relief to be able to work and not worry about your sweet canine! Too bad there is a 40 lb limit to the day camp, he won't be able to be there for long, but for the mean time I'm thrilled at the experience! My puppy German Shorthair Pointer is learning social skills and getting plenty of exercise and play! I recommend The Snooty Pooch :)

Well, it was my first time scheduling an appointment with them and I have never heard of a deposit for a grooming appointment. Of course the day I have an appointment with them, my alarm didn’t wake me up between their drop off time from 7 am to 8 am. I called at like 8:30 am I told the girl on the phone I could get there in 15 minutes if they could please work with me. She said that since i was late i forfeited my $60 dollar deposit and I have to reschedule and pay ANOTHER deposit because they already scheduled other dogs to fill my dogs in?? Like what in the actual hell. My first time and of course, life happens, accidents happen and they weren’t willing to work with me? That is ridiculous. I’ll never be bringing my 3 dogs to do business with you ever.

Girl at front desk had poor costumer service skills. Made me feel bad about my dogs fur condition, mind you it was pouring out side so my dog isn’t going to look perfect. I left and a few hours later I get a call telling me I can pick my dog up. I say okay I will be there around 4. They told me no, and to come pick my dog up now because they wanted to close up early. The hours say open til 4. You do not tell your costumers you want to close up early and they need to get there pets immediately. I was at work and could not pick up and leave. I knew that they were closing at 4 and I would be there around 3:30. Very rude

I have a long haired cat and it's been very difficult to find a groomer to remove her mats without shaving her. I took her here and they did an amazing job, exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be returning!
