@ 0600 was pasting through the Maryland stop at this gas station and while pumping saw the sign on the store front. "World famous Chicken & fresh kitchen" Since never heard of them had to try. Only did the taste test. Not impressed. The chicken was juicy but not season all the way it was early the chicken look like it has been sitting since the day before. Rated 3 stars for the gas price the cheapest seen in a while.

The coolest little pitstop on our trip. I have to admit after driving non-stop this was a welcome and friendly little shop and eatery to get anything you missed or want to add to your road trip. And the chicken is PRICELESS! 😆

Stopped in to use the bathroom and fill up in snacks. The Chicken smelled amazing ..The bathroom was the worst I have ever seen. Dried urine and trash everywhere.The chicken looked older than yesterday. Only got chips and coffee.Nasty… do better Royal Farms.

Honestly, I would give them one star. They were nice enough to remake mySandwich. The hash browns were hard the waffle was cut in half so disappointed. Customer service was good.

One toilet stall and one urinal. Sink is one those nasty ones you have to touch it get water and dry your hands nasty. They have bad accommodations when you have to take your five year old to the toilet.

free air tire pump broken, the $2 tire air pump ate my quarters and would not power on. The manager Amber was unable to help me since this is managed by a third party vendor. Ended up getting a flat a half hour later. This location kinda sucks.

I filled up gas Monday Sept. 11th, 2023 evening. I was hungry and also had to relieve myself. The bathroom was so gross. There was urine everywhere, not new urine only, dried up on top of the urinal and around. Dirt and aged dust around. The sink was filthy and the water hardly flowed well. Due to these conditions, I lost my appetite and would never eat any place the employees let a bathroom get so yucky. So, I went on my way home.

Just got a 12 piece where they only gave me 9. Woman said there was 12 pieces but there wasn't. Count out your chicken from this location

Stopped at this Royal Farms to charge up my Tesla at the Tesla Supercharger that they have here. Decided to have lunch while I charged. Downloaded the Royal Farms app. Ordered and paid for lunch in the app. Waited a few minutes to give them time to fill the order. Went to the counter and told them my name. Lunch was in a brown bag. It was delicious. I recommend this Royal Farms, especially if you drive a Tesla and need some electricity.

Driving from Austin, Texas to Harlem, NY,For the folks who don’t know - This is the best chicken ever!!! The chicken is flavorful without being spicy and The breading is yummy!The mashed potatoes and western fries are also quite lovely.The bathrooms are clean, they have a great selection of snacks and you can customize your order.This makes for a good pit stop.Big BIG Thank you to Crystal! She is a great store lead, who went above and beyond to help us out. So bosses if you read this, give this lady a raise!!!!

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD. The chicken is awesome, but the friendliness is out. If you are unhappy with your job, quit. No smiles, and the Lady acted as if it was a problem to help me. I won’t be back.

I stopped here to refuel and grab a quick lunch on a road trip. I had never been to a Royal Farms before, but I thought it would be like Wawa or Sheetz. I was wrong. The food here is absolute garbage. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. The "fries" were roughly chopped, steamed, potato wedges. My chicken sandwich looked like someone had assembled it, wrapped it, and then threw it against a concrete wall in a blind rage, picked it up, put it in a bag, and served it to me. The only edible thing I got was the bag of Doritos.

We were at this Royal Farms Store on August 18, 2019 at 7:00 PM. The trash can was spilling over onto the ground and blowing across the parking lot. Customers were actually throwing their trash on the ground next to the can.

Went in and got a pot pie bowl , well creamy chk soup with a bisket and a piece of chicken. I said u know what would make it amazing if you went the extra mile and chopped up the chicken for me . He said yea, and walked away . Great customer service , just sad

There is fraud going on at the the Royal Farms in this area. The either have card skimming devices our serious weakness with fraud prevention. I made a purchase at Royal Farms twice and the second I leave, Fraudulent activity has happened on my personal cards. I have never had fraud happen until then. BEWARE OF USING CARDS, I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY.

Stopped 6pm on a Saturday night on way home from a long trip. Not easy access from 95 but nothing really seems to be in this area.Place was well lit and clean. Ladies room was clean but my son said the men’s wasn’t. We had a hot dog, chicken tenders, tomato soup and grilled cheese. Everything was really good! Nice change from typical fast food. Glad we stopped here.

By far the worst Royal Farms store I’ve been too the workers look like they had no training at all regarding food handlingI purchased a breast and wing and wedges around 8 pm on 4/18/23 and the chicken wasn’t in the case with the glass the chicken was in a metal caseThe chicken was over cooked as well as the wedgesTo my surprise I woke up this am not feeling well and the only thing I last consumed was the chicken and wedges I brought I do not recommend anyone eat at this location if you can save yourself from feeling illMy stomach is still not right and I had a really bad time in the restroom at 2 am I wish the manager will see this review and check on the staff ASAP

This gas station is opened for business since 06 August of this year (no wonder why fuel islands and the customer parking lots are looking so new and clean!). There are 16 fuel dispensers, and the price of gas is competitive. A convenience store is very clean, and loaded with various beverages, snacks, and fresh foods. Better yet, you can sit down and eat sandwiches, subs, and snacks (if you are not in a hurry). Looking for a car wash? You are not going to find one in this location. Once in a while, expect to see fuel island amenities, such as windshield cleaning fluid to be filled with bare minimum level and littered with paper towels.

Self check out kiosks allow the employees to stand there and look at you and never say hello or may I help you or anything like that. Also if you order food and have to stand there in line at 5am behind 3 other people because they only have one kiosk working. Then once you pay and go to get your food the person behind that counter asked you if you paid for the food and apparently doesnt make the food till its paid for. So at 5am it takes way longer then it should to get your food. I got a refund and will never use trash Royal Farm Store again. This is like the 10th chance I have given these people and it never changes. The employees act like you are inconveniencing by coming into the store to purchase things. Never again!

Brand new location just opened in the last two weeks. Inside is large and plenty of room to move around. There are self checkout machines available if you do not want to wait in line. There is a large areas to sit and eat your food. Gas pumps outside are all digital and easy to operate. Each pump has a nozzle for regular and diesel. Parking spaces in both front and back mean there is always an open spot.
