Traveling from NY to VA when we noticed one of our tires had a hole. It was about 645pm they close at 7pm. They were just getting ready to leave for the night when we pulled up. B&B tires came through for us in our time of need because everywhere else was closed. The technician there patched up the tire quick and got us back on the road. I appreciate yall so much!

Came out from work to flat!! Last thing I needed after working over 10 hours! Googled tires and B&B came up almost first! Saw they were the only place open till 7pm to accommodate my need for time to get there after getting off around 4:30!Called and talked to Tim aka " Burt" he said he had a couple of tires in my size! I got there Almost at five pm! Pulled right up and told Burt what I needed he showed me the tires in my size and allowed me to pick the one I wanted!Asked about balancing my other front tire, he said no problem!He was very easy to work with and honest! Having a little bit if time balancing the other tire, but he kept at it till it was good!We talked a little, and now it looks like a I have a good place to go for new or used tires!!I will be taking my full size spare up in the beginning of the week for another tire!Thanks again Burt for all your help!!Really appreciate your honesty and hard work!I definitely recommend this tire shop!!

Phenomenal customer service. Came by here because I was having some car trouble on a roadtrip and was worried I wouldn’t make it the rest of the way home (40 miles) safely. B&B was the only place open, and I’m thankful it was. Ed was fantastic, so nice, and honest. And frankly, sometimes women don’t have the best experiences at the mechanic but Ed made the whole process stress-free, gave me options so I had a voice in the solution, and copy back on the road in less than an hour, then at four that was much safer to drive. Highly recommend B&B.

I needed some tires in a pinch. I called and spoke to Ed. He checked and told me he had tires to fit my vehicle and that I could come right in Abt he would have them waiting. I arrived and Edward (another man) began the tire installation. I mentioned my signal light bulb was out and Edward told me he could replace it for me if I had it with me. I did not. I went to purchase one and came back. Edward was so kind and helpful in assisting me. Unfortunately, I was given the incorrect bulb but Edward did his best to help me and showed me what I needed to do once I was able to get the correct bulb. Both Ed and Edward were super friendly and helpful. I appreciate the excellent customer service! They even gave me a great recommendation on where I could get something to eat. Super friendly staff. This is a community based business.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was driving along 95 N heading towards White Marsh when the thread ripped from one of my tires. I called 7-8 tire shops & not one shop had a tire in my size, all said they would have to order. I called B&B & the guy says let me call you back in 10 minutes so I can see if I have your size. He calls me back in 3 mins & gives me the best price I heard out of all other shops & he had more than one in stock! When I got there I was taken care of with efficiency & respect! THANK YOU!Even though this tire shop is a bit out of my way it’s now my go to spot! 👍🏻

To whoever the guy is who runs this shop (of 9 years he said; not the owner) truly deserves a raise. Took care of all four of my tire exchanges, thoroughly explained anything/everything of importance, and overall just did a fantastic job. Would definitely go back for more business solely because of this gentleman.P.S. Hope your back heals up soon, bro.

This place is phenomenal! Point after losing my whole front driver side wheel while driving on I 95, i was brought to this repair facility, where my car would be worked on the next morning. Talk about ! I was picked up and dropped off from my hotel, and they made sure i had lunch while i was waiting. The repairs were at a FAIR price. I would totally come back. THANKS PETE!

The service was fantastic. The people are great & easy to talk to. Speedy installation & great quality tires for a very reasonable price. I purchased 4 new Wrangler tires for my jeep for $200 flat. Where else do you get that deal? The owners dog, Roxy, is such a sweetie. Very friendly & loves to play frisbee with customers, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop, for sure!!!

So on Saturday 5/30 I go to the Tire shop needing a tire for my Rim which is a rare size to find 265/30zr-22. The tall fellow eventually found me a new tire which was listed for $240. Needless to say he got me the tire mounted for $186. Cool price and everything but when I was cleaning my vehicle on Tuesday Night I noticed my Rim has a damage from the tire machine. So I go over to the place and basically wasted my time with the Owner. He doesn’t feel like he owes me anything for the damage whether it’s a minor one or not. Keep saying about how he is losing money for selling tire so cheap. So after about 20 minutes or so we walk out in look at the Rim and basically said I thought it was worst than that. I wasn’t looking for major compensation but a friendly Offer. So I have written my Bank to challenge the sale of the tire for $186. Waiting for the response back.I’m very unhappy with the response back from him the rim can be scuffed and repainted but it’s not the point.

They have exceptional customer service. Always a smile, always a greeting, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. What I really like most is they are very approachable about people who have no understanding about automotive maintenance. They don't talk down to you and they don't rip you off. I've been there twice and I'll happily go again.

I Googled auto repair shops nearby, and found B & B Tires tonight (Dec 10th) on the Yellow Pages mobile site. After my experience tonight, I know where I'll be taking my car for tires in the future.At 6:15 PM on a Saturday night, I called and spoke to the owner. He was friendly and gave me a great quote for a tire (mounting & disposal fee included), just seconds after I gave him my tire size. I'd gotten somewhat decent quotes from other shops, and felt pressured by a few to purchase a more expensive tire (which, given my situation, wasn't even needed). The owner of this place didn't try to upsell me a tire I didn't need. He gave me directions to find them as well.The mechanic who worked on my car was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and changed out my tire within minutes. He even gave me great car advice after I explained my car situation to him.It took the owner no time at all to add me into their system and process my payment. It was close to closing time, and yet everyone there was so friendly.I highly recommend B & B Tires. They're a small, family-owned company, and I really got a strong sense of that tonight.Reliable, affordable, fast service from honest, friendly people. I thank everyone at B&B, I was there today, and they had the tire size I needed. I had a new rim for my Chevy Silverado and they fit the right tire at the right price. The owner is a working owner. Beyond friendly and even more helpful. I came in to have a tire changed that had an quarter inch screw in the tread. Instead of charging me for a tire, the mechanic said he could patch it for a cheaper price. Given the fact that there was a warranty with it, I went with that option. Afterwards, I tipped him, because he could've just as easily charged me for the whole tire. I've has multiple tires from different cars changed here and I've had the same service each time.

Picked up a screw in my tire and needed it fixed fast so I could get to work. I pulled in and Pete, the owner, got his guys right on it. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great experience. Will be buying my next set of tires from Pete.

I'm so glad I stopped here to get my tire fixed. Everyone was so personable and knowledgeable, and the service was fast. They didn't look down on or judge you for not really knowing what's up with your car, and were overall great people. If I have any other issues I'm definitely going back here.

Brought my car to the shop to get 2 used tires put on. I didn't have an appointment and they put them on right away, it took no longer than 15 minutes. I got 2 tires in great shape for the price of just 1 new tire. Great service!

Prices are good but not worth the hassle. I've gone here many times and gotten tires mounted but at what cost? Let's see, I have 3 vehicles: once they damaged my husband's wheels, they did offer to fix it but we didn't know what kind of work they'd do or how fast, so he opted to not have them fix it. They ALWAYS torque down the lugs TOO MUCH no matter what vehicle. That's been the case with every one of our vehicles. No one can get them off without practically stripping the lug, which happened to my husband today, in the nasty heat index when he got a flat. Nothing should ever be torqued down like that. He tried a torque wrench, breaker bar, and finally an impact gun is what was required to get the lugs off. RIDICULOUS! Will not be returning.

Used them a few months ago with no issues.No under new management.Bought a tire on 4/20, not only is it already pluggrd but it also has a slow leak so every morming the few days, I wake up to it flat again. Two other mechanics checked it out for me.They say they're open online, and yet no one is here or answering the phone.

Good deal on tire. 215-55R 16 for just 45 bucks and they put it on professionally! Definitely recommend if you don't wanna spend 230 for this tire at ford who ever ur dealer is.

I looked everywhere for my weird size tire and no one had it, but they did. It only took a few minutes, it was on the rim, and mounted in minutes with no appointment. Great price, great service, and the tire was like new! Highly recommended. I'm calling them first from now on.They're also a a family-run small local business, and I would much rather support that then un-ethical companies like Walmart.
