He’s smiling every time you come in and always makes sure to ask if there’s anything else he can help me with, and is a funny guy that can make you smile on a bad day. He gets you through the line but also makes sure you feel like you’re taken care of. Verilife has a great staff, I always feel welcome and not a trouble at all

This has been my go to dispensary for over a year now. I simply place my order online for pickup, and my items are always ready to go when I arrive. Mark is awesome, along with all of the other staff members! The staff makes you feel comfortable, they've always been friendly and great at giving suggestions if I'm undecided on anything. I recently had an error with my pickup order (first time ever) and I didn't notice until I got home. The manager Martin was incredibly nice, and went over and beyond to make things right when I brought my order back in 🙏. Thanks for always being awesome guys, I appreciate you!

I started going here because of the personable and exceptional service. Mark S. has tended to me most times, and never ceases to deliver a warm and inviting atmosphere while finding exactly what I need. If there's an issue with checkout, he's prompt about fixing the issues while maintaining movement in the checkout line. As someone who has spent half of her life in customer service, he's a perfect fit for the standard of professionalism that I assume Verilife values. At least, should value incredibly. I’ve been to this location and haven’t ever had a problem everyone is always super nice and very kind. But today Olivia was their freakin rockstar in my opinion, Olivia was SUPER helpful when I came in today and had a couple questions regarding sale items and the website, she was very knowledgeable and kind in her given information. Olivia was overall the highlight of my Verilife experience today. So happy she transferred here ❤️

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Scott, Sarah, and Lindsey for making my last trip such a success. They were out of something, the computer was glitching and instead of just saying it is what it is the 3 of them came together with a really thoughtful professional solution. We never asked they just offered. This is how all businesses should be. Because of the these 3 staff members I would never go anywhere else. There was another gal working there too with pink hair that was also super helpful and professional. If you are looking for a dispensary that really caters to their clientele and that you will always get the BEST service from go here. Also just as a side note.....always tip your bud tender their job is harder then it looks!

The Westminster shop is easy to get to, friendly and well staffed. I can order online and choose my pickup time, as I did a few days ago. Mark had my order ready and made sure it was accurate. I was in and out in a few minutes, and got some great products on sale!

I have been going here since June or July of 2023. It's so freeing to be able to shop on my phone at home, and place an order. They treated us all well over the holidays with scratch off gift cards and hella good deals. Mark is fantastic. Always smiling, very knowledgeable, and he knows me when he sees me. That is a very cool thing, to not just feel like "just another customer" or "just a number". Mark (and most of the others I've encountered) makes me feel very welcome, and I always walk away satisfied. The only thing I can complain about is the traffic at that intersection. If it's your 1st time going, (coming from PA on 97 into MD) depending on time of day, be prepared to sit...and sit...and sit...not your fault, Verilife! Keep up the great work!!! THANK YOU!!!
