I have for the past 2 years bought science diet wet food in the pouches for my cat! Ocean and Tuna flavors!Well of course they changed the layout and no longer carry the item..So some hq person( who has never worked in a store) (or understands customer service) decided that it would no longer be needed by customers or animals!And buying it online from tractor supply won't work for me! If tractor supply doesn't think that I should buy it in store, I'm sure as hell not spending my monies with them!I will buy it from another place that cares about me and my animals!#GoWokeGoBroke tractor supply!

I love this store and the products they sell. They are very good for keeping the store stocked for the most part but lately I have been trying to find some stuff that's been out of stock. Hopefully supply chain issues will be fixed soon.

The staffs were friendly, courteous and super helpful. I only stated what I was looking for and the guy went above and beyond, not only helped me retrieving product but also volunteered to carry it to the car. Lovely service, definitely would recommend.

Amazing customer service!!! I think every employee along our path stopped to ask if we were finding everything ok & if we had been helped while at the counter. Had to wait for the Manger to come back from lunch because he was the only one licensed to sell what we needed, BUT it was fine because all the staff were so friendly it didn't feel like a long wait at all. Sonny took great care of us & was a pleasure to work with. All the staff members were friendly very nice to talk to. Love this store!! You can tell they care about their customers.

I always browse these stores as I used to be a manager for them. Customer service is usually pretty good. I grabbed two bags of feed and some snacks for my kid. Happened to have a Neighbors Club coupon on my account to save $10.

Good deals on a lot of stuff. Employees know what there talking about and help. Check out is a bit slow but nothing to bad. And did I mention good deals? Overall a good and clean place and take good care of the chicks and ducklings when they come in stock.

A large company with a relatively local feel. I've been in multiple times throughout the years and the place always seems under-staffed. Nice selection of farm, pet, and livestock products with decent pricing. We are a loyalty program member but I don't know the benefits of it. Cashier today was sitting on bag stand with her back to the customers and messing with her phone. Once acknowledged, we had a real impersonal checkout experience but it was better than being 6 deep in line.

Another store that is carried by its staff. We purchase many farm items from TSC. I give it 4 stars based on friendly and helpful staff. But negative is alot of overpriced china junk on the shelves....this is the case with most of these big box stoes!

I have been coming here periodically for years when the other local stores dont have the tools or hardware I need. This store will always have them.However, I have never been a fan of the staff here. They are knowledgeable and will help but they have always been dismissive and uninviting like I shouldn't be there but are not downright rude. I am always happy to find what I need to get whatever job done but I almost regret having to purchase from here under these conditions.

I love this store. They have high quality dog food like Blue Buffalo at the lowest rate in town. They also have great deals on chicken feed. They have everything you need for gardening, farming, equipment, clothes, etc. They also have very reasonable animal vaccination clinics. Everyone from the employees to the customers are incredibly friendly.

I had a great experience here recently. Mistakes were rectified and this store has earned a lifelong customer. Sonny, the general manager, is a great guy and Heather works very hard to communicate with the customers. The staff is extremely friendly and generally, Tractor Supply is just an excellent environment to be in.Oh and another thing I love--call and the phone will not be automated. You won't need to wait 10 minutes to talk to an actual human. This store cuts through that nonsense and allows you to talk to a person to help you solve your issues.

Always a wonderful experience. The store is always stocked with inventory Folks are super. Les is outstanding in helping you load up your items. Dogs are welcomed. Customer service excellent. Great for the community to meet needs of all.

This place is so hit or miss whether it be items in stock or the employees attitudes and helpfulness/availability. Sometimes you get ones that are wonderful and helpful, but other times the slow and rude ones. Ordering online doesn’t make anything faster, which is ridiculous. They do have some items that I can’t find elsewhere locally, so every once in a while I find myself going, but I dread it.

Update: Let corporate know they need to train their employees on how to use the new brooder they had installed for their chicks. So many dead chicks because of the misplacement of the heating plate. Needs to be lower. So so many dead chicks this year. Not all of TSC fault. USPS should not allow shipping live birds if they can’t guarantee date of arrival. Absolutely horrendous!The bird seed we get is a bit expensive. The regular price went up by a dollar and when they have a sale, it's a dollar off. Basically, putting it back to the original price. However, they do have the best bird seed available. The reason for the three stars. The checkout line seems to be consistently understaffed. Also, when we were trying to ask one of the floor people for help, we were completely ignored. Most of the sales staff are friendly and very helpful. Must have caught this "bad" person on an off day.....

From the store manager to the stock room guys, everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. They have a much larger inventory than most Tractor Supply Co's. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask. The only problem I had was navigating through the disorganized mess of men's boots, but the employees were happy to help me look for a pair in my size 😁

I hate to 3 star such a great business. The shift leader Heather was agitating customers over the phone and in person. Very uncooperative, responding emotionally and not very helpful at all. (Also very drama filled) The leader of the store Les helped me with cooperation in less then 3 minutes. Very kind gentlemen! I hope your store hires more employees like Les. If it wasn’t for LES I’d rather not shop at TSC anymore.

Don. Les and entire staff were UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL and simply a pleasure to meet. The cashier thanked me for my 24 years of military service but I did not catch her name. As a proud American citizen and retired military Veteran, I take pride in helping others and am always grateful when other people are friendly, helpful, respectful and professional and fun to be around. Well I have been going to Tractor Supply Company for years and always have positive experience when visiting their stores; however, the Westminister store was by far my best shopping experience ever....primarily due to Don and Les as well as the entire staff there. Don's outstanding customer service and charismatic attitude greatly assisted me with actually purchasing a winch setup and I personally commend him for his outstanding personal skills. Les help me later in the evening and prior to the closing of the store was able to offer and assist me with opening a Tractor Supply credit card which allowed me to make a several hundred dollar purchase and utilize a 6 month interest free purchase offer. I am extremely satisfied with with my purchase and still amazed with my amazing experience with the staff at this store. I commend the hiring manager for hiring and managing such a wonderful staff of personnel and look forward to shopping at this store again. Highly Recommend!! I will mention again in this review that Tractor Supply Comany should seriously consider or re-consider honoring U.S. Military Service Men and Women, Active Duty and Retired Military personnel, and first responders for their service and I am hopeful to see a support of our troops by TSC soon!! Shop this store and have a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Store security Christina??? Don't be so obvious when following someone through the store. Your actions were very apparent, I dont appreciate someone making me feel like a suspect because of the color of my skin! The cashier Tyler is the only reason that I gave a 1 star review!!! If your a farmer or just own land and need some supplies and tools then this place is for you!. They also carry clothes...some fashionable. Also they sell feed...baby chicks...ducks and a variety of other things. Overall good place to shop depending on what your looking for.

You cannot order from their catalog at the store and have it shipped to their store. Yet you used to be able to. Also more than enough employees working, yet the wait time is really long. This location has lost my business for good.

When I go in there they usually have what I need it is a good hardware store if you're looking for a screw or bolt or nut they always have it and they have a lot of pet supplies there too it's a great store I recommend this to anyone that has pets and needs to fix something small around the house because you can find what you need there
