Sweetbay is a great plant nursery and gift shop! I always loved this store back when it was Bowman's, and I still love it now that it is Sweetbay! They carry many wonderful house plants, and the staff are fantastic! They go above and beyond to help everyone and have great customer service. They carry a ton of holiday related items, especially for Christmas! There are plant accessories as well as ornaments, home decor, and gift shop items. This has always been a great local business, and as long as they keep going in this positive direction, they will always be a great local business.

First time in this location, was glad dropped by. Friendly employees- a big plus. Nice variety of plants, seeds, fertilizer and other garden related products, well stocked, neat shelves. Lots of interesting, unique home decors, knick knacks and the like.

Always happy always helpful. A discussion about my Succulent garden led to an order for a Prickly Pear Cactus. Ordered for ME. Stop here about every other weekend. Always need dirt, lava rocks, seeds. I love walking though the nursery. My Blue Knights Delphiniums were also purchased here.....love this flower and they are doing so well.

I was looking for a specific bush and reached out to Sweetbay to see if they had it (which they had ordered but not arrived). They kept me up to date the entire time, let me know when they came in and even offered to hold some for me! Absolutely amazing customer service!

Thank goodness for this nursery this year because I visited Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart a couple times the week of Mother’s Day and they didn’t have any selection for annuals except Walmart’s dying plants from lack of water. My husband then suggested Bowman’s, which is now Sweetbay Farms and I’m guessing owned by someone else. I also couldn’t find any spikes or vines for my planters anywhere except here! I didn’t buy any of the planters with a variety of flowers in them, but they are beautiful!

Stopped in to check out their selection of annuals. Sadly I didn't find any black pansies, but I ended up leaving with 2 other varieties. Prices were mostly reasonable and in their garden shop I found some adorable glass figurines for my plant shelf.

I just love Sweetbay!!! I went in for a 6" pot, came out with said pot and a Global Green Pothos.I had been talking to Andrea a few weeks ago about a few Pothos I would like to have, Global Green being one of them, and there it was yesterday....so yeah, it came home😁

Wonderful selection of annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, trees and shrubs. They have native plants and locally grown options. Good prices and quality of plants. The seed counter is always well stocked and has even more variety under Sweet Bay ownership.

Whenever I have questions or concerns about plans or gardening they are helpful and right on target! Andrea took her time with me explaining not only what I needed but what and how I needed to do it. Because of this customer service I am always going back!

I buy my summer flowers here every year! Great selection, great prices! Two years ago I bought two rose bushes, and they’ve really taken off! So beautiful! I’ve never had any luck with roses before, so very happy!

Bowman's is a terrific store that's well stocked for the indoor and outdoor gardener. They have a very good selection of both conventional and organic products and a rotating seasonal collection of plants (many if not most of which are locally propagated, too). There's always something interesting and new, so it's a more fun shopping experience compared to the big box stores. The staff are always helpful and prices are very reasonable (very much in line with what I'd pay online for specialty products).

A great place to get what you need, year round. They have great Christmas specials and a good selection of supplies. Their plants seem to take much better than large box stores and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't see until this last visit that they have an events calendar if you want to plan your visit around special events and deals.

Such wonderful people, we went in looking to replace our Christmas tree. I have shopped here on several occasions and usually find what I am looking for. Well run, helpful and pleasant. Great option when looking for the lawn, garden or home space.

Loved the place. The staff were awesome and extremely helpful. The variety of garden items is large and not poorly priced. If you do any gardening please support Bowman's in Westminster. This store is dangerous because they have the cutest things! My daughter has a whole outdoor garden for her fairies and they have so many different ideas to keep everything original. So many plants and outdoor decor/furniture/tools. Everything you could need and more. I love their wind chimes!

Excellent birding selection. I'll never again buy birding supplies or feed from Home Depot or Lowes after seeing the selection and prices at Bowman's!Huge selection of bird feed mixes, from simple to fancy, to attract every possible bird type.Please check them out before going anywhere else!Sorry it took me this long to find them.

Easily my new favorite store for gardening. They have so many cute garden pieces including windchimes, fairy garden pieces, and even homemade preserves. The selection of locally grown flowers, vegetables, and herbs was excellent and well priced.
