This has always been a great store. Steve made it especially awesome today helping me with some Amazon returns.I also bought some great Logitech speakers from This location a while back and they sound way better than anything I've ever owned.I obviously think you should shop here. They aren't just cashiers, they are so much more.

I had the worst experience at this store in Westminster. My ink was low on my printer. So we went here I just couldn't believe we were the only one in there so if anyone looked over could see we were having trouble forgot to say the staff was just talking to each other. I wasn't sure how to start so I walked over and asked them by telling them I never been here she didn't even walk over told me I had to swipe your card first and said see the black box like at most register well I thought that was rude but I just thanked her the first two pages came out bcuz they were a whole pages. Then the next two were half pages but it was coming out blank so I went back over and told Them man came over and rude said do you see this a spot pointing 👉 that's were you put the paper. I thanked him nice again but still very rude. Then when I asked can I get a refund for these that didn't come out. Wow you would of thought I was bothering him but there was still nobody in the store. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I'm talking really rude the tone of voice and rolling of the eyes 👀. I'm telling everyone try to go somewhere else for your needs they don't deserve customers and I stayed nice the whole time.

Dan says just take your returns to the Staples store and hand it to them and they will handle it and send it back for you. Well they do not feel like doing it. The guy was not helpful at all. He even was telling another employee he hates doing this while I was trying to work it out on my phone. We couldn’t get the label to print and he wouldn’t help, I feel like he could have done it but he didn’t feel like it so now I’m leaving without having to be able to return my Amazon package …..

The guy in the printer/ups/Amazon return needs to find a new career.I have been to that Staples location twice now, and both times he has had the worst attitude, and talks to you like you are an incompetent idiot.The first time I went in to return my package and he blatantly yelled at me because I didn’t put staples as the return area with Amazon, which I did not know I needed to do that.The 2nd time, I was returning multiple packages, and felt as if I was a nuisance to him by his tone. Then on my last package he told me I had to buy new packaging to send the package out? I was confused and he said it says “explicitly on the directions that you need too” when it literally says to put the barcode in the package in case your shipping label gets lost. His tone was terrible! I corrected him and he handed me the label to put it on myself and said I can try as he went to assist another customer. I am in customer service myself, and would NEVER treat a client like this.I understand the first time, maybe he was having a bad day, etc, but 2 times now? Sounds like a problem employee to me…I will not be returning to this location.

Walked in and was told an item was out of stock so then I spoke to another employee because it said they had 3 in stock. Magically an employee appears out of the back with the chair the first employee told me was out of stock. Then they tried to charge me $100 over the price it was supposed to be. I was told I have to order one hour pick up and stand around and wait to pick up the chair because they don’t honor their own online store price.No thanks, I won’t shop here again.

Steve over in the printing department was awesome. I went in with a "crisis". He worked with me for over an hour and got my prints set up for me and ordered. I'm looking forward to picking them tomorrow!

Copy machine could not provide a receipt, and no one in the store could either. I stood and waited for 25 minutes for employee to walk across the room and print one.

Slowest staples store ever. They def need more than one person working at print and marketing. Every time I’m there, it’s only one person and they are swamped. I’ve been standing in line for over twenty min. Then they take care of someone in another lane????? I ask manager if she can get some help considering he is just standing behind a counter with a totally empty store, except for the 8 people in line at the marketing line.

Had a minor issue with my computer. Stopped at the Tech Desk and Tim had me back to good in less than 15 minutes. Walked me over to the adapter I needed and made sure I got the right one. Went to the register to pay and Rebecca got me all set up with the new Staples Connect app. Seriously top notch customer service from the minute I set foot in the store! Thank you both.

Staples must not like making money I came to Staples in hopes of getting some new electronics because mine need to be replaced so I went to check out the laptops first I picked on up and accidentally set off the alarm system and instead of the employee warning me about the hair triggered alarm system and telling me to be careful he decided to kick me out of the store and ban me from Staples no worrys i went to best buy and got everything I needed I ended up spending over 4 grand on all the stuff I needed at best buy you guys must be doing really well if you can afford to doing that

All I needed was 20 color copies! I got on the online App and uploaded everything and the online upload wasn't working. I called the local store, Westminster, to ask about the upload site. They gave me a Tech hotline and I called and they were closed on the weekend and I needed the copies. So I called the store back. I asked if I could email them the flyer so they could print it and was promptly told "NO". I then purchased a thumb drive and headed to the store where they made the copies - AND THEY PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE THE PRICE OF WHAT THEY ADVERTISED ONLINE! It cost me $7 for the thumb drive then over $15 FOR 20 COPIES. They also didn't return my thumb drive even though I asked several times. I gave them another shot today and again the online app was not working. I got mad and my stuff is now being printed at the UPS Store in Westminster - $7 for the entire order and I was able to EMAIL the flyer. Guess who earned the business? NOT STAPLES!

I echo many of the others on here who have given honest reviews. This is a dump of a place. Some of the workers, as have been mentioned are excellent, but most of them, including the head manager, are downright awful. Ta'rod specifically deserves to be fired and/or re-located based on many issues that have already been brought up in prior reviews from others here. Until head management changes at this store, this place will continue to be a dump of incompetence.

First, salesman tried to sell me a wireless printer that was anywhere from twice as much to four times as much as I needed until he went into the back room where his coworker had just come back from lunch; then he had an epiphany and realized I could get the cheaper one. He grabbed ink I didn’t need and put with my printer. Then because he was confused, he had me confused on how to set it up. I was able to set up my printer but was not able to link with my phone (internet). I called and he said come on in and I’ll help you set it up but when I went in, there was suddenly a $39.95 charge. I returned everything in that moment and am going to go somewhere where they are much more knowledgeable than the young man who waited on me or the one who was working with him the day I went back. It’s a shame that you can’t buy something without them wanting to charge you to show you how to use it!

Went in for a 2 drawer file cabinet... they had none in stock? So needed hanging file folders also, 5 tab generic, 100 count, they had q box of 25 at $7 all others were colored at $16 per box of 25? Not a good showing here folks, shop elsewhere. .

If I could give them a negative rating, I definitely would. Horrible service, discriminatory issues from Ta’rod and Shyieka, and overpriced. Chris, Tim and Josh are great but Ta’rod needs to be fired for several issues. He is quite frankly useless and an idiot.

Colin Maus gets 10 stars for not trying to upsell me on a printer or laptop and took the time to listen and explain the devices. The printer is working great. The laptop was unfortunately discontinued (why 4 stars), but Colin called at least 2 stores trying to locate one for me. Thanks!

It was clean and fast. The key op took my USB and printed off my copies quickly. I picked up a favorite pen of mine and was out the door in under 10 minutes.

Lots of products, you name it, they have it. Prices are reasonable and the service is good. They also have seasonal products and after the season they go on sale. If they do not have the product they can order it. You can also order it from the computer and either pick it up at the store or have it shipped to your house.

Worst Staple I been to in my life! I want there November 30th to drop off an poster to be laminated. The young lady god bless her soul didn't know how to read a measurement tape correctly and told me that she can't take my payment now because she don't know what might happen to the poster? "Okay" Re-insuring at its finest, anyway she took down my name and number and told me that she would call me by 4 to pick it up that day once it was ready. Its Dec 4th I got no phone or email saying that anything was ready immediately I was thinking that it was ruining or something. Than I call the store today and they tells me that it is ready and the employees are not suppose to call the customers and let them know when its ready when they walk into the store. This is what the manager told me who is training these employees? When I called the store they was close its was 9 at night so I gave them a call this morning and the manager tells me I pretty can't get a courtesy call. Worst customer services skills they don't even know their own procedures.

Went to go into Staples to the liquid gold for my phone. If you want something that is good for scratches fo r ur phones then liquid gold. This is the second time that I purchased it for my phone's. My husband also got it for his phone, since he works in construction and it helps for his phone too. You won't be disspoint with it

Went to use the fax machine of which they have three. Off the bat one was out of order, then the second one broke and the staples employees did not help and just reset the machine and walked away. I will not return to this location.
