Stopped by the other day and the whole crew was very helpful! From the young man that helped me get the perfect shoe(s) down to the owner chiming in with helpful tip bits in between himself helping other customers. Picked up a new pair of Brooks and Hokas yesterday and was able to test out the Brooks GhostMax on a nice 5k today. 10/10 will always recommend this store!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Run Moore for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. Right from the start, their approach was impressive. They took me through a detailed foot scan which was really insightful. It's not every day you get to understand your feet and step in such detail!Stephen, who assisted me, was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to find the best options for me. His recommendation of the Brooks GTS 21 was perfect - wearing them feels like a dream.For anyone who's having issues with knee or ankle pain, I'd highly recommend checking out Run Moore. Finally got a chance to stop in and see the YouTube legend and store owner Steve Moore. Great brick and mortar location with plenty of selection of both familiar brands and less known manufacturers. They have everything to analyze your feet/form and get you out the door with a purchase you’ll be happy with. Highly highly recommend.

These guys are great! They took their time to help us find out perfect shoe fit. They did not rush us; even though they were busy. Very knowledgeable and have a great selection of shoes and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Run Moore!

I needed shoes quickly because I wanted to take advantage of good weather. I have a complex medical/running history and will only go to places with foot scanners and sales reps with running knowledge. I was able to go to this place and get shoes and inserts in 30 minutes after getting a scan and very detailed walk throughs of shoe options. If you take running seriously and want a tailored experience to getting the gear you need, Run Moore is where you want to go. I'll definitely be coming here for all my running gear needs in the future.

I had a great experience at Run Moore. I went in to get new shoes for work and ended up coming out with new work shoes and new running shoes! They helped me pick the perfect pair of shoes for my feet and gave me lots of options to see what was the most comfortable. I was impressed with the amount of attention they gave me. I’m so happy with both pairs of shoes! They have a customer for life!

If you're looking for sports or walking shoes, I recommend Run Moore highly. Huge selection and the staff really know how to fit your particular feet and choose the right shoes for them. I just happened to be in town, popped in, and Stephen found the perfect shoes for all the walking I do. I wanted a different color than those in the store, so they showed me the options and had the shoes shipped to me at no extra charge.

After visiting the local Westminster jewelry store, Pomeroy Jewelers, they referred me to this place as I stated I needed new shoes. I work for a hospital. This was my first visit to your store. Excellent place to buy sneakers. Staff works with you to find the right shoe for you. I'm not a runner, but I still found comfortable shoes to wear every day. Had a chance to speak with the owner, who is friendly and knowledgeable. The second pair of Hokas I purchased here.

Great local running store. This was my first visit. The staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable! A pleasure to work with. Got a nice pair of shoes to replace a pair I've run into the ground and a hydration pack too. Stop by if you are a runner or trail runner and support a local business!

The most personalized shoe fitting experience!! They took a pressure scan of my feet to help recommend the best shoes for me and then Jerry spent 45 minutes pulling different shoes from the back to help me find the perfect shoes. Can't wait to put some miles on my new Hoka Mach X!

Steve is amazing. The beginning of COVID, my husband got back into running but found his knees couldn't handle it. One zoom call with Steve and new shoes, my husband has mostly kicked the knee pain. Steve diagnosed the issue just from a few minutes of talking. Not only that, but Steve has donated multiple times to a fundraiser I run. When you enter his store, he's always there to greet you and make you feel welcome. He's incredibly generous and just an all around awesome person.

I went to Run Moore for the first time in Feb 2023. I was dealing with a flare-up of Plantar Fasciitis (PF) and knew I needed to replace my sneakers with a good quality shoe. I’m over 60 and not a runner, so I was a little nervous going to a running store. But, a friend assured me they would take care of me and their reviews were great.Stephen (not the owner) put me at ease, listened to what I wanted, put me on a machine that measured every part of my feet and then recommended a couple of options. He answered all of my questions as well as my husband’s. He showed me a PF kit and had me try shoes with and without Smartfeet inner soles. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. I’ve never been so confident in a shoe purchase! I ended up buying two pairs and wore one pair home. Stephen even cut the inner soles to fit both pairs of shoes.Run Moore took my old shoes for a charity. They have a lending library of running books and advertise lots of local runs. They even have a treadmill so you can see how the shoes feel while running.I really can’t say enough about the service I received at Run Moore and I will definitely go back. I expected to pay more buying at a store as opposed to online, but that wasn’t the case. One pair was less than the Amazon price and the other was the same. My PF is getting better and I’ve been recommending Run Moore to everyone I know.

My wife and I stopped in to the Run Moore store. We both were beyond impressed with every employee in the store. Upon our entry we were greeted and explain that my wife was seeking a shoe that would support her feet. They placed us on some type of shoe metric machine for evaluation. Steve began assisting us and offered us several options. His knowledge of shoes in unparalleled with any other shoe representative that we have ever had - and we’ve been to most big shoe places.Needless to say, Run Moore had earned a new customer and we’ll recommend them to our friends.

Everything about my experience was excellent from start to finish- really awesome team members who were attentive and made me feel like I was being listened to and taken care of. I was given attention with regard to my gait/feet, and put in the right pair of shoes. Not to mention, in-store pricing that’s competing with Amazon and other online stores. Simply couldn’t of had a better experience, just bought a pair of road runners and they won’t be the last pair purchased here.
