I had purchased three pieces of breast chicken that was not cooked thoroughly at the Royal Farm store located in Westminster, Carroll county Maryland. Your store manager, Derrick was not the manager on the day I purchased this and was told to come back to speak with a manager on another day. A few days later, I spoke with Derrick, who graciously provided me a refund without hesitation, and could not express his sorriness for what happened enough. He was pleasant and kind. In addition to providing me a refund, he also replaced the chicken that I had purchased previously when I made the comment that I hope one day I can eat from the store again. I have never experienced such kindness from a manager before, and would highly recommend that he be acknowledged for his strong and professional leadership. Janice Ridgardo

I went in and got a large western fries and a 2 piece chicken tender meal. They only gave me 4 fries and 2 small tenders in the meal. It's the worst I have ever seen. I go a lot to Royal Farms for their fries and chicken. In the large fries, there were only 7 fries, and one was so small a hard. It was the worst I ever got from this Royal Farms store. I'm not sure if I will ever go back to this store again. I took some pictures but can't post them for some reason. You can see them in my Google pics.

This is for sure the nicest RoFo in the area! This RoFo is definitely better than the one in Littlestown PA (up the street).I had one weird experience here but management seems to have delt with it. This place just may of had a bad run with some employees... it happens.This RoFo is clean and spacious. I don't mind this spot one bit! This is a usual stop when I head into Wesminster.

I stopped by this location to pick up tobacco products, the old lady with the fried hair and too much makeup that works evenings there sometimes tried to scan my rewards card but was unable to. She told me to put in my phone number, so I did. Apparently that still did not work, because I did not receive the discount. Nothing seems to work at this location, the chip readers do not work, the scanners do not work, and the lady I mentioned is very unhelpful. Most of the rest of the staff is great, but not that lady. The way I see it Royal farms owes me about $2.80. very annoying.(And yes I have the age verification activated, I've been doing this for years)

Amanda and the team at this store are amazing!! Friendly and so very helpful. I ordered a delivery from this store and DoorDash sent the driver to a different store. Amanda called me to let me know my order was ready. Door dash did not fix the issue, I found a ride to the store, where Amanda had fresh food made for me as it was over an hour trying to get door dash to fix this problem!! Amanda and her team are great!!!

Staff at the Royal Farms off RT 97 in Westminster, MD were super friendly and helpful. Shay shared all about the Royal Farms app with points and cents off gas. It opened by our house within the last year. I plan to go here from now on for all of my convenience and gas needs. Thank you for awesome customer service!!!! You don’t find that often now a days!!!

This is a no star comments in order to post I have to give one. The Chucky doll hair lady and bad make-up around the eyes, wearing the green shirt, has a nasty attitude, I ask her one question and that was if the fries were fresh and her nasty answer was they an hour old!!! I kindly said thanks and walk out, because at that movement she could of stop what she was doing and could put a new fries in to cook, SMH. The store was not busy at all, I hope she is not a manger as she has no right to be!! as I read the comments, the same person has multiples complaint on her. Un-accepted RF.

Stopped in with my son to order him a grilled cheese sandwich, it's not possible. They don't have enough flexibility with the food, like Wawa does. I ordered a large spicy fries and 2 chicken drumsticks. I got a small Box w everything wedged in together, I should have known there was a problem but we were in a hurry. The chicken was incredibly greasy, not cooked all the way through and cold...the breading actually felt slimy on the outside. And this is a large order of fries? Though they were certainly spicy, too spicy for me, they were at least hot. I paid $11 for what you see in that picture and it was basically inedible. They also had no large lids for fountain drinks, they checked the back there were none on the premises. The young lady working the registers was very friendly and helpful. The guy working behind preparing the food was definitely not. I have to agree with the other reviews about carelessness and lack of regard for the food they're preparing.

I’m not really want to write reviews, but I come to this Royal Farms a lot and I just wanted to shout out this employee that did not give me a hard time about re-making a sandwich for me. This morning I ordered a chicken sandwich for breakfast because I was really craving chicken, whenever I got out to my car and checked the sandwich it did not have chicken. The man that was originally behind the counter seemed as if he was on a rush to go outside. Which I understand because the weather is quite beautiful today. Usually, I am not the one to complain but I was really craving chicken. I walked back in, and there was a different guy behind the counter, and his name is Derick. Derick did not originally make my chicken sandwich for me, but he had no problems, asking how he could best assist me. I’m not too picky, so I just sent out a piece of chicken, he asked me what kind and he apologize for the inconvenience. But the way that he handled the situation was very mature, he definitely is managerial kind of material. He had a good attitude, and seemed as if he loved his job.

Whoever was the cashier on 10-16 at 3pm thank you so much! I used the self-checkout and by complete mistake selected the wrong pump. The pump it accidentally went to was pumped by someone else. The gentleman cashier was so polite and offered to pay the $7 for my gas even after me asking multiple times if he wanted to wait for management and see what they could do instead. Such a kind man and I appreciate so much that you paid for my gas. Doordash driver so every little bit does help, thank you so much sir and I wish you all the best! Thank you for your kindness, above and beyond for sure! :)

This rofo is one of the nicer ones in the area. I will go out of my way to come specifically to this establishment. Brian is great at taking care of his clients and ensuring that if there is a problem it is promptly handled not only in a professional manor but respectful one as well.

I just left this location wondering if the Food Health and Safety Auditor returned from vacation. The guy working with the food ( August 28th @ 6:00pm) was not wearing gloves, talking on his Bluetooth- saliva falling in the food, has a full face and head of hair without hair nets. I'm done.

I purchased a medium gourmet coffee and a breakfast burrito with chicken. I asked for it to have salt and pepper and ketchup. It had nothing on it except for hot sauce. They didn't even put the cheese on there as they were supposed to. The women making the sandwiches don't care about anything and they are sloppy. It's reflected in their work because they can't get their orders correct even when there are only a few patrons in the store. On the positive side, the sandwich did come hot and they chicken was very good inside of it. Royal farms has a problem because they have zero quality control. The coffee out of the machine was terrible, it was light brown in color even though it was supposed to be medium strength. It's clear that they are having problems with the kitchen staff and their coffee machines. Too bad because it seems like a nice store, a brand new one, and it's a great location. I won't be back.

Just wanted to say since coming to this Royal Farms store it’s been great and the staff is amazing. Never had a problem with anything or anyone working at this establishment. Keep up the great work guys. One more thing the management are polite and speaks to everyone that enters the store.

I love going here for the fried chicken. I frequent this location and the staff truly treats me like family, they always know my order before I even enter it on the kiosk! This is my favorite Rofo to stop at especially for their cleanliness.

Always clean, customer service is second to none. Easy in easy out. The manager of that store of think her name is Lisa. I see her in that store early morning and in the evening. No matter when u see her. She is always happy to help you with a smile .

Placed an order. Daughter picked up. Got home half the order is missing. They gave a sub instead of a wrap. You call no one answers the phone just goes to voice-mail. Should have paid attention to the reviews. What we did get was horrible some of the worst food i have eaten. Never will return. Will stick with sheetz
