The store is closing and they have sick employees working because riteaid has blocked the employees form using PTO time that is sad when people who live paycheck to paycheck have to work sick and in pain because the company is so cheap they are supposed to promote health not sickness this store shouldnt be closing but seeing this shows me why they are the company is not loyal to its employees. I hope all the employees find a better company to work for.

I went to the Riteaid in Westminister. I was looking for the toothpaste. The lady came out and ask did i need help. She directed me to the toothpaste. Them followed me. Then as i checked out the cashier slammed my items on the counter. Sometimes being black will get your extremely poor seevice. These people are horrible!

Pharmacist is never there when they are supposed to be. Here it is 20 minutes later still no pharmacist and people are waiting for their medication that they were denied the night before.

By far, the worst pharmacy in westminster. The pharmacists are very rude from my observations with other customers. They lie on the phone about when prescriptions will be filled only to get rude when you bring up the fact they told you on the phone it will be ready. If you want to deal with rude, unprofessional pharmacists and workers, I guess use this rite aid, but the rite aid corporation needs to investigate this pharmacy

Why does Rite Aid even exist anymore? It's like they stop caring. The drive-thru is constantly out of service. It takes forever to get a prescription filled. The store is just run down. Happy to say picked up my last prescription from this place transferred to a small local pharmacy it actually cares about the customers.

No Covid tests available in a pharmacy! I have covid presently and another family member in the house needs a test. The lady that answered the pharmacy line today 7/30/23 said the insurance companies stopped covering the tests. That’s not true since my husband picked up a test through bcbs on Tuesday! Go to another pharmacy for better help.

I don’t really understand the negative reviews. We have used them for two years now having moved here from another state and they are always spot on with our prescriptions. Occasionally something might not come in, but that is not the fault of the branch location itself. I appreciate the kindness and good humor of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs.

Like everyone else my complaint is with the pharmacy.They never have adequate amounts of medications in stock. Not once in over year have they gotten my prescription in its full amount. ALWAYS a partial. I have explained that my means of getting there is through Uber/Lyft costing me an additional $50. I have all but begged the Pharmacist to order sufficient amounts but to no avail. ZERO compassion or willingness to correct the issue gets the poorest rating possible.

Worst experience at a pharmacy ever! I understand being busy, but when a customer comes in obviously not feeling well and there are no other customers in the pharmacy the least you could do is acknowledge them while they are standing at drop off. I guess when your the only pharmacy open late for people coming in from the hospital you can afford to be rude & uncaring because its not like customers have any other options. I didn't even get my prescription because the pharmacist wouldn't fill it because I'm not a regular customer & it was a pain medication. Guess I will just have to suffer until CVS opens in the morning where the staff is way more pleasant.

Completely unprofessional. I purposely 2 hours to go pick up a called in prescription. They advised me it would be yet ANOTHER hour... fine. I get there 2 hours later (so 4 hours total) and it’s still not ready. The pharmacy tech was unable to even give me a time to come back after the 4 hours have gone by because “pharmacists can only do so much” she lacked empathy or compassion. I’ve never experienced this kind of nonsense at any other pharmacy, and usually at other facilities, if it’s not ready they will work on it right then. This time lapse at riteaid is the case almost 100% of the time as I have a family of 7 and always use this for convenience of the drive through anytime I need a prescription filled.

This place is absolutely awful!!! Spent 8 hours with my wife at the hospital, by the time we got discharged Rite Aid was the only pharmacy open at 930pm in Westminster. We stood at the drop off window for well over 10 minutes without so much as being acknowledged by the staff. Finally the guy came over & said he would check with the pharmacist. Because my wife is not a regular patient here and the script was for pain medication they would not fill it. No apology no sympathy no sign of any kind of empathy. Customer care is obviously not something they care about here.

This pharmacy has incorrectly filled a prescription for my son, and failed to fill a prescription saying it wasn’t approved by the insurance company (even after we had the actual insurance company call them to say that it was approved). For one medication we only received 39 of 60 pills despite being charged for 60. When we brought it to their attention they claimed a “robot” counts the pills and they couldn’t possibly have shorted us. They said this even though the prescription bottle clearly shows “39/60” printed on the label. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area, so please do your research and choose one that isn’t so careless.

After calling several places in Westminster I finally found out that Rite Aid offered the Johnson and Johnson vaccine that I wanted. I had no appointment however I was able to walk right in, be helped right away, received my shot and left within 10 minutes. The pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist were EXTREMELY helpful and nice. Thank you all so much!

Honestly, I've never had a problem. I've been going there for years 8 years and Never had a negative experience. I mean if people are in front of you, obviously we have to wait, but it's never been more then just a few people. Hard working Employees trying to do their best with what they have. The pharmacy doesn't keep enough inventory of regularly filled meds, fail to order it when they say they have and refuse to have meds sent from another store to fill the prescription they gave to someone else instead. Its UNREAL how very bad this pharmacy's logistics are. My son has gone over a week w/o his required daily meds and they actually gave it to someone else!

What's the point of keeping the pharmacy open until Midnight if the multiple pharmacists on hand are incapable of filling a basic antibiotic prescription three hours before closing? Other nearby Rite-Aids that close at 9 specifically guide customers to this location. Don't waste your time here.

For the past year I have been coming to this Rite Aid and was happy. For the past month or so I come here to get prescriptions for my ill mother and at first it was okay that the drive thru was closed. Then I noticed it frequently happening. Then I injured my knee and have a hard time walking at the moment as I will be prepping for surgery. So, I’ve been coming here and the drive thru of course is closed! I can not walk at the moment it is horrible trying to get to the car in general to get here then to find this out. Two times I have had to call the store to get them to serve me as they LIED saying the mic was broken and they came to the drive there and spoke to me in it so that’s was wrong. Then now I’m in the drive thru as they’re closed waiting on hold for 13:43 for them as they put me on hold. This is unacceptable! Will be filing a complaint with corporate for this poor excuse of a location. Why have a drive thru period if you’re just going to lie about it being closed because you want to be lazy...

The service has really gone downhill this past year. The man that works there is rude and incompetent. He also lies to try to cover his mistakes and will do nothing to correct them, but does hinder them by not even doing the bare minimum required on his part. 3x this past year my Type 1 Diabetic son has been left without insulin. Once for over a week! Not bc of insurance, not bc of the doctor, but bc of his own incompetence. The almost 8 hours I have spent on the phone trying to correct his mistakes does not even touch the stress, panic and frustration endured by me trying to get my son the medicine he needs to stay alive. And never, not even once an apology. I truly think this man might be a psychopath who gets off on creating chaos for other people. Steer clear from this pharmacy, you could pay with your life!!

The service at this location is terrible. I always get an attitude at the drive-thru, they are way more expensive than other places, and I can't believe the girl at the drive-thru refused on more than one occassion to fill a prescription before the 30 days was up. (Dr. increased dosage and she could've at least offered to call & verify). Despite this, we told her we were ok with paying for it out of pocket and they still refused which is just wrong. I feel this place treats you like some drug addict. And then I decided to give this place one more try because Rite-Aid now proudly advertises the fact that they deliver. So I tried dropping Rx's off on my way home from picking up my husband at the hospital after back surgery (we had already drove an hour in the car) and asked them to deliver so we didn't have to be uncomfortable waiting in the car (with a baby no less, and my husband in a brace and a walker) for 45 minutes and also try to make it home in time for the medical company to deliver a hospital bed. As it turns out, you have to justify why you need delivery and then they couldn't even get it out to us that day because it didn't fit in their delivery schedule. So after telling them to give me my prescriptions back and taking them over to Walmart, it turned out to be a blessing because they were $103 less than Rite Aid for two prescriptions! One more rant...when they once asked my husband if he was waiting in the parking lot while they got filled, he responded "what difference does it make" and they said it was 20 minutes if you pull on the side and wait or over an hour if you leave the parking lot, even just to run to the bank and right back. This place is absurd; I will never use them again!

Save yourself the headache and find another pharmacy. We had been using this Rite Aid for almost two years and I don’t think we’ve once gotten a prescription from them without issue. Several times I’ve had to call our doctors’ offices to confirm a prescription had been sent there (IT HAD) because Rite Aid kept telling me nothing was there for my family.

9 times out of 10 they don't get my doctor's faxes...so it's usually a drama-filled experience filling scripts. The staff is generally nice and polite, but that doesn't quite make up for the stress of filling something there.

Great pharmacy. I have had several procedures done on my back and needed a covid test , 6 to be exact. I make a appointment and I am there for less than 5 minutes . The drive thru is great.

Prescriptions--- 9 TIMES OUT 10 THERE IS A PROBLEM!!! THEY DO NOT CALL YOU TO TELL YOU. When you refill your prescription they say 30 mins to an hour. You go 2 hours later they tell you oh...its not done because we need XYZ.. or its gonna be 2 more hours. ALWAYS SOMETHING! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PHARMACY!!!!!

I have never had a consistent visit here. The fact that they are no longer 24hr makes me change to Walgreen . The employees are very rude and their wait time is ridiculous. The Rite Aid employees treat everyone like a drug addict even if you're only getting antibiotics, they're terrible people who violate patients right daily. Go to Walgreens.

If I CLD give 0 I wld...this is the first time I've come here in over a year bc of a bad experience and I won't be back again after this time. My scripts were sent here at 11 am and at 4 pm I'm told at least another hour wait. Also the staff is extremely rude especially the pharmacist smh

It’s unfortunate that this is the only 24 hour pharmacy in Westminster. It always takes hours to get prescriptions filled and I walk away feeling like I know more than the people working. Can’t seem to get insurances put into their system correctly. Today I would have gotten the wrong rx, because the pharmacy people missed a word on the prescription. If there was another option for a 24 hour pharmacy in Westminster I’d never come here again.

To start every person working here is very rude and they could care less about you or your prescription Also how are they going to be out of my meds basically every month if you know your out of a medication don’t you think you should probably order it
