I have been trying to find a new groomer in my area. My dog desperately needed a basic bath and groom. I was able to get a convenient appointment quickly. The groomer was friendly and good with my nervous dog. The cost was very reasonable. For the time being I think we'll continue using them.

Nicky was awesome with my mini goldendoodle puppy! She made sure my dog was comfortable and gave her lots of love during the appointment. Nicky did an outstanding job with the haircut. She took her time and made sure the haircut was what I wanted! Highly suggest her! We can't wait to go back!

Jessica did an amazing job grooming my dog. He’s sweet but not very socialized and she was patient, calm, and kind to him, and he warmed up to her right away. The quality of the cut, the nail trim, and the care she showed Arkie was unmatched.

The groomer did an amazing job as always! I love all the girls who work in grooming. This is a store issue. I recommend any of the groomers, to me they are separate..My issue is the fact the store had a rug in front of the door that wasn't flat so I tripped and fell skid across the floor and almost landed my head through a fish tank. My shoe wound up stock inside the rug off my foot as I skid. I had a gentleman even tell me that he told them to fix the rug before I came in. No one working in that department offered to help me up or do anything, It was only the groomers (who are in a whole other room) that once I walked back there that offered to help and to ask if I was okay. The groomer even offered a bandaid even though it was a bit more than a bandaid would help. The only thing the people working at Petco did was lift the rug up as soon as I walked away.. I'm extremely hurt my whole body is bruised and cut including my face hips back and legs and I have a Vegas trip scheduled for Sunday I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to attend now. Today the next day my whole foot is swollen my whole backside is swollen and bruised my face is swollen and bruised I've got cuts on my hands from sliding across the floor and rug trying to stop myself. I don't know how I'm going to renew my 20-year wedding vows looking like this or being able to have a long barely able to walk. I've been waiting for this trip for 10 years It's not every day that you celebrate your 20-year wedding anniversary in Vegas.

I've been taking my 15yr old pomeranian to Petco for 9months and each time was amazing with Bethany, but now she no longer works there.I'll start off by saying, if you are understaffed, take on less appointments. Let client's be aware you are understaffed and appointments will take longer so we can plan accordingly.We will not be returning customers.My first experience with a new groomer was unsatisfactory. She was rude, and overcharged me $10 for what is already included in the full grooming package. My dog used to take 1.5hrs at the most for his grooming appointments.I showed up 2.5hrs after his appointment bc I hadn't heard anything and we needed to leave for vacation. No one was in the grooming department, and after 5 mins the groomer came in and asked if she could help me, then proceeded to tell me, "I definitely didn't call you and he's definitely not done." He was still not done and I was told it will be at least another hr. And that it usually takes her 4hrs for a full groom. 🤔 Since we were leaving for vacation I needed to take him. He had half a haircut, and his nails weren't cut, and what was cut looks terrible and uneven. I was told I needed to pay for his whole appointment bc "he was almost done".Not to mention my little guy was so nervous and shaking. $70 for a half-groomed, scared Pomeranian. Do better.We will be following Bethany to her new place of business.

My dog had a limp when we left. When I called for answers it was clear that they weren't going to admit to any wrongdoing unless a vet called in and advised what was wrong with her paw. When my husband picked her up, he saw two girls holding her down so she could get her paws done. I'm livid and am beside myself. If my dog is not cooperating with the groomer, it is their responsibility to call me and let me know that I'll need to make alternate plans for her nails. It is NOT their responsibility to physically restrain her to get the job done. She has done things that we thought would end up in an emergency vet visit that she has just walked away from, so we know her pain tolerance is extremely high. She limped and whimpered for 12 hours. Petco is lucky this didn't end up in a legal matter. We will never be back.

Tabitha was great. My is dog usually very upset after being groomed. She was smiling and playful the whole way home and all evening. Also, my dog is tricky because her hair mats easy due her fur and to her regular swimming in ponds and excessive activity. It requires close cutting the stomach, paws, etc. With Tabitha, Bernie looks AMAZING and she is cut to perfection for functional purposes. Bernie (my dog) is 3 years old and had many grooms. This is by far THE BEST, THE EASIEST, and ZERO emotional trauma. I am a huge fan of Tabitha.

Tabitha is always pleasant and knows how to deal with my anxiety-ridden dog. Since Milly has been going to Tabitha for her nail trims over the past couple of years, she gets more and more comfortable each time. Tabitha does a very good job with my dog, Milly.

I am giving them 2 stars simply because of the way it used to be. The grooming department of this location has went downhill in a hurry. We had an appointment for our dog last Week. We were called and told that nobody showed up in the grooming center and we had to reschedule. No big deal. We rescheduled for yesterday, May 27th. My wife arrived at the store with our dog and the grooming center was completely empty. My wife asked the Store Manager what was going on and he simply said they didn’t show up and that they had been on a downhill trend for a while. We didn’t receive any cancellation notice and no offer to reschedule. This is the third time this exact scenario has happened to us so we will absolutely not be returning.
