Iso a very specific item. Called the store prior to driving there to check their inventory and was told they had the item in stock. Upon arrival, no such luck. Staff was apathetic. Unhelpful.

It's always the worst customer service! Went for balloons, there were 2 customers & 2 employees. It took 25 min. They were both clearly disinterested, completely unhelpful, and I swear she went out of her way to put the wrong colored ribbons on the balloons. The inventory is junk too, you can get much better pricing on Amazon. No idea how they stay in business. In fact, they're so used to bad reviews that they automatically apologized to the woman who recently left them a good review! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

We ordered 48 balloons w weights for our Blue & Gold ceremony. It is at a local restaurant and I couldn't confirm delivery the day of ordering so I picked 11a-1p. I phoned the restaurant on the next open day. I then called Party City in Owings Mills to change the pick up time to 10a-12p. It was never changed on our order form. I called today to confirm everything is all set and I was told it will still be delivered AFTER the party starts. The staff was rude in the store. The staff at 1-800-party-city were rude and unhelpful. Please learn from my mistake and use a small, local company. At least they care. Party City DOES NOT CARE!

It had a lot variety. I went for Halloween plates and napkins I had to settle for just Fall quess you have to get that stuff in August these days.They had plenty of costumes and decorations for party's and stuff store was very cleaned and organized. Cost prices were more then I thought but everything is now. The service was fine very helpful 👌

Absolute best customer service EVER! I went here for balloons and party decor for my son's 2nd birthday and the workers made it SO fun for my son to watch them blowing up his balloons. Not to mention, it was getting close to closing time for them. Fully stocked shelves and all around an EXCELLENT store!!!

I am absolutely floored by the terrible customer service received today in regards to my balloon order by the manager London.I placed an order for my son's birthday party to be picked up at 9 a.m.I paid extra for bags, weights and balloons at floor height. I asked the lady ringing me up.what all i needed and she rung up the weights and bags none of which I saw. I also ordered 3 fathers day balloons and stared i wanted a bag for transport but no weight. I arrived at 10 am and the lady handede the bags and said she tied them loosely if i needed to adjust. I went out to the car and felt like i was missing balloons.The balloons were done incorrectly. Not a huge deal but o needed them put together for center pieces and i had paid for them to be done a certain way.I went in and nicely explained that it was not done the way i askedThe cashier was sweet and said thats the way the ticket said. I said i understand. However i didnt ask for that and i need them arranged correctly. The manager london at this point pulled the ticket and said here is what the ticket says. Again feeling frustrated at this point said i understand but its not my fault.London argumentive attitude continued until i asked if she was the manager and for a customer service number. She at that point rearranged them and was polite still with a rude tone.I get things happen! However a simple sorry let us fix this was all i wanted. I wont use this place again.Not worth the aggravation

Super rude. Bought 2 balloons for my 2year old's birthday. The lady working threw them on the counter after we paid for them and said "I'll get to them when I can". Waited 15 minutes and they are already flat by time I got home. Horrible customer service. My two year old was excited and is now upset because he can't understand why his balloon won't get off the floor anymore. Had it for an hour.

Excellent service here today. Thanks for all the extra help & time you ladies spent with me. A Very nice, organized store compared to, ahem, a Party City located about 25 minutes South in another town. The ladies on duty at the Westminster store today, around 11:30, were an exemplary example of good customer service values. This is the second visit when I have had an employee take an extra 15+ minutes to help me find an item that is not very easy to locate in other stores. Both times they have really saved me a lot of frustration and time riding around from store to store searching for my 4 year old's "unique" and specific requests.

Wonderful service by the staff. But there is a no return on costume and no trying on costume. You can take the costume out of the package and hold it up against you to see if it fits. But no trying on. Also all costume are made and looks very cheap. I would not recommend buying costume there. I gave 5 stars because of the staff

The customer service was fantastic. The woman that helped me was pleasant and efficient and wanted ro make sure my items were exactly right. I have a perfect arrangement of balloons for my grandsons birthday party tomorrow. I highly recommend this location!

Very immature and rude employees (or should I just say the manager Adam)! Placed an order online and received not one item I ordered correctly and not even the whole order. Called the store, manager Adam, hung up. Kept calling back and was on hold for over an hour, then they hung the phone. Called back again and they took phone off the hook. Continued to call and be hung up on. All I wanted was my order fixed and sent out. Don't go to this store. If you don't like your job, quit because that is not how you treat customers hanging up on them and placing them on hold half the night, you shouldn't be in customer service!!!!!

There was a lot of party stuff to chose from. Not a lot for a 2 year old, but enough to get by. They state that's not a milestone birthday but one is. I'm sorry but I believe one is more for the parents. The child knows more what is going on at their second birthday than their first in my opinion. Their talking at this age and are understanding more at 2. But hey just my opinion.

I went to the store 3 different times in the last few days. I dealt with 3 different groups of employees and every single person was more than helpful. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and will now start buying my holiday and party supplies here.

I love this store. They have ANYTHING you need for ANY TYPE of party plus MORE! They have excellent sales on party supplies with already low prices. The only complaint I have is during Halloween. This place gets to be a madhouse and is very unorganized and their prices on costumes are outrageous but I LOVE it the rest of the year. I go in there to shop even when we are not planning a party. They have cool children's character items for cheap that I use as rewards for good behavior for my kiddies!

The store is really nice and the staff is helpful. However, just doing basic research in the store we found everything in the store 80% cheaper on Amazon. I understand marking it up a little bit 80% is insane.This is the reason dept stores are closing.

There is something for every event here. I was helped by a gentleman who helped me make the right selections for some ballons. He took the order and it was ready when promised. My only issue was the pick up time was later than expected. Due to them npt being open until 10. Granted I didnt check buisness hours before purchase. Also when I went to pick up there were two employees behind the counter one cashiering, the other I am not sure what she was doing. The customer at the register was taking a while and no one bothered tp open up a second register to help the 4 additional people in line.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would I just bought a Halloween costume for yesterday and couldn’t even wear it due to missing parts that Were included with the costume. They won’t give me a discount nor a refund. That’s what Adam the supposed manager said. I’m taking this up to corporate!

Staff is very rude. I waited to be checked out for about 5 min , then I saw that there was a bell on the counter and sign stating to ring for service. I rang the bell and the associate (Trinity) came up behind me and snapped at me for ringing the bell. I suggest if you can’t be friendly with the customers don’t work in customer service.

What happened, used to go there for decent items and prices, was very surprised at how much higher things are there, I think Taeget would probably give them a run. I think they lost me as a customer.
