Fantastic! The ladies at Norma's are fantastic (had say it again). Very reasonable pricing, very professional, definite animal lovers, and very clean (no soggy, wet, animal smell/odor). Definitely recommend for you pets spa day.

Christina is a true professional. I am so happy with how my very large puppy, who had never been groomed, looked and acted after his first session. I didn’t think he would look much different because I know a groomer needs to take time and the dog needs to learn. When it was time to pick up Petey I walked into the beautiful shop and saw him sitting calmly being combed out. I could not have asked for a better job or a better cut. I also asked Christina for some advice for things to do at home to help with future sessions and she shared her knowledge with me. I’m already booked for his next bath. I can easily give 5 out of 5.

My 12 yo four legged daughter was woefully behind in her total grooming. Christine Clem did an excellent job, as always. Norma's K-9 Designs is a lovely, friendly quiet environment. They take after pictures, and almost a week later, my girl is still prancing and happy! This was her first experience without her elder sister, who we lost last year. Cannot recommend them any higher. So very grateful.

Taken my dog there twice so far and they are always on time, pleasant and friendly. Plus my baby, even though he's 7, always gets a little doggie scarf, sooo adorable! Wouldn't go anywheres else even if it was cheaper; her rates are great as they are!!!!

Small shop with HUGE pet lovers. Took my two in to get their nails clipped and they were met with pets from the staff the entire time. Will definitely be using them in the future.
