One of my favorite Marshalls. Well stocked store, has good variety of items, friendly associates, clean and tidy dressing rooms, neatly arranged well organized items, clean restrooms. Plenty of halloween & christmas related items for sale. Plenty of parking .

This is my go-to for quality brands at low prices! Seems like they’re discontinuing shoes but that’s ok and they are slim on the candle brands(Village and Yankee) I used to buy there all the time. The clothes, handbags, kitchen ware, food items, bedding, home decor, kids clothes and toys, pet items are all plentiful and great quality!

Went shopping during Tax Free Week & left with some good buys. If u don't mind wading thru a ton of merchandise in their departments, this is a bargain hunter's paradise. The cashiers were pleasant & efficient. I'll definitely shop here again for the holidays.

Worst customer service! Had two exact items that were marked down, but one was lower than the other, and the lower priced item was damaged. They REFUSED to give me the lower price on very same item exact same size color everything. Ridiculous… called the manager and everything. Wouldn’t budge. You can keep your shoes.

The workers there are absolutely amazing. I went in there shopping today for a baby shower just to find out that this guy had followed me from a different store and was stalking me. The workers were so understanding and making sure that I feel comfortable was their priority. So thankful for all them. I was even offered for one of them to walking to my car when I was finished my shopping. Five stars from me!!!!

Everytime I visit this store it is ALWAYS a nice experience. All the employees are super friendly and smile and make conversation. Store is kept clean and organized. Love it!

I've been here a few times and my experience has been truly wonderful both times. All thanks must go to the sweet cashier Selena. She has really has set the bar high for customer service. She is outgoing, pleasant to speak with and is genuine. I am officially a Marshall's fanatic and signed up for their credit card!

My girlfriend works here and the work environment is extraordinarily toxic and boarder line inhumane when it comes to how the workers are treated. I’ve entered the store a few times to browse and found that the employees take no joy in being there, obviously work is work but I can’t stress enough how not only rude the managers are, even going so far as to ask for justification so the greeter can have a chair, even when a doctors note is presented. Breaks are scheduled and not taken at will like other reputable establishments, employees are scheduled on days they are unavailable and asked for justification as to why. I see a lack of respect when I walk through here.

I shop at Marshall's all over the East Coast. This was the worst experience I have EVER had at an Marshall. The employees were eager to help me. The same couldn't be said for the manager there. She advised her employees not to assist me to the fullest of their capability. So sad and disappointing that this type of mindset is alive and well in our community, Carroll County. I've never met this person before. So, obvious that this person had a problem with my hue. This is a perfect example of a "KAREN" Shame on you! People with hate in their heart shouldn't have jobs working with the public. Especially, not as MANAGERS of any level.

Men's clothing dept doesnt get enough new stock, feels like I've been looking at the same bulk of selection for the last year or two. I usually have good luck in the shoes dept. finding something I wasnt looking for. Like the cookware selection, although it being only moderate quality stuff.

Fairly new to the whole Marshalls/TJmaxx stores. Tho I do love this Marshall's, I wish they had more shoe sizes for kids. They've never had either of my kids sizes, ever. But I do like the service here, I had a fussy baby on one trip and a girl came up and opened a register for me so I could get out quickly and the associates were all super nice and were talking to my daughter to occupy her and come her down, it was much appreciated.

Horrid experience at the fitting room. Who knew that young customers are required to rehang items to be restocked? Is that not one of the functions of the attendant? "Really lady, it's been a pleasure serving YOU", I will be sure to not "come again, thanks!"

Clothes, shoes, home decor, beauty. Name brands, discount prices. We love this store. The makeup section needs some help though, most the makeup has either been broken or stolen out of the cases.

This Marshalls use to be really good and have a nice selection. The shoes are absolutely terrible and clothes are a hit or miss. I’m not sure what happened.

I really like this place. But it hit or miss. On certain day, if you know what your looking for you can get last years styles at cheap prices. I usually go with the thought I not going to find anything so I not disappointed when I dont. But my wife always find things.

I could go shopping everyday. I love Marshalls. This location it's pretty decent they have a good selection of shoes. It is not one of those stores that is always picked over. This location generally has their things organized or they have a good selection of items. There is one Marshalls, I think it's in Greenbelt Maryland or either a little closer to DC. And that location literally it looks as if it is a five-and-dime store. But this location in Westminster I would give it a thumbs up
