I wish they would stop with the solicitors or the people asking for donations outside of the store. I just want to be left alone when I do my shopping. Today they had people at both the entrance and the exit of the store so I just got in my car and drove to another store. It's bad enough that they ask for donations at the check out I don't need to be harassed going in and out of the store as well.

This store has got to be hands down the most disorganized grocery store I've ever shopped at in my life. For starters the dairy section is at the beginning of the store right after the produce, general rule of thumb is that this is one of the last aisles in a store along with frozen food for obvious reasons. As you progress through the store it's total chaos as far as aisle grouping. For example they had juices, sports drinks, and energy drinks in a aisle with a bunch of chip boxes, canned fruit, and ice cream cones/ toppings... Again a typical flow for a grocery store and common sense groups similar items together like all drinks in the same aisle or at least the next aisle over. They had all that random stuff together then 8 aisles down had a water, sparkling water, and flavored water. I could go on and on but I'll absolutely never shop here again for the simple fact that I had a headache after leaving due to trying to make sense of this absolute disaster. I should have taken more pictures.

A few days ago I was shopping and I overheard a rude manager at customer service yelling at an ex employee for shopping at the store. Very unprofessional/trashy by the manager at customer service. He ignored her insults and continued to shop with no further incident. This shopping experience is the reason I will make the drive to Wegmans.

Terrible customer service this is not the same Giant store anymore from over 20 years ago, overpriced and pathetic always getting rid of regular shelved products not to mention outdated product because staff not rotating it properly

Bakery is not the best but the store is always clean, well stocked, and their produce is amazing. Their prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores but I guess it's worth it. I shop here regularly. Plus, I'm a huge fan of the self scanning process. I LOVE that you can put in your customer id and get your own scanner and scan as you go through the store and bag your own groceries as you shop. It saves a LOT of time at the check out! My only complaint is that I guess because I buy a lot of single cat food cans (I take care of feral cats...a LOT of feral cats) it nabs me for audits quite frequently, which can slow you down at the checkout sometimes. It gets a little annoying after so many times but it's worth it as 99% of the time it's still saving me time and it's very convenient. This is the only store in the area, to my knowledge, that has this feature.

Although I dearly miss my Publix Grocery Store in Florida, I have found Giant Foods to be a good substitution.

This giant has really gone down hill, bathrooms are dirty, even though staff signed off on it being cleaned, waited at seafood counter for 10 minutes, no one came, front said they would page never did. Liquids spilled in isles with no wet floor sign. It’s been like this for a while now.

Food choices are meh. Fairly clean. Bathroom and dirty storage area right next to the seafood section; that’s a real turn off. Chris, the clerk up front, is so nice and cute. Saw an older man taking a leak in the parking lot right outside the store’s front exit door last week; glad he didn’t do it in the open produce section right next to the organic lettuce!

Is there actual hours for the seafood department? The sign says closes 8pm yet it’s always a toss up, show up today after work excited for some snow crab legs but 6:47pm and fully cleaned up, lights off and guy walking away. Not to mention when I do get them their always frozen so I end up paying for a pound of melted ice/water weight, should really have a rare or weigh after steaming.

I've loved this place every since i was a kid. Honestly the best kept secret are those rotisserie birds in the deli. I really miss the salad bar but it's ok you can still get most of those fixins from the deli. Any birds that don't get sold are made into chicken salad. I love how giant keeps waste down. I accidentally forgot to pay for my salmon, chicken, and beef, i put it off to the side because i didn't want to put it with my other food items. I noticed when i got home (I'm meal prepping) my meats weren't on the receipt. I saved them took them back in and paid for them. Do what's right! See yall next week.

Nice, neat, clean store. Produce fresh and very tasty all year round. Nice selection of products, and decent sales. Sometime staff at self checkout aren't as attentive as other times, but all staff are nice and very helpful most of the time.

The store itself isn't bad, the have a great selection of produce and cheeses. However, low selection of snack items and high pricing. Certain things aren't too bad. They always seem to keep shelves stocked and have friendly store associates. Not my every day go to but good for novelties.

Discrimination against people with disabilities. Followed and harassed my mother through the store she has a disability that makes her walk differently than others and sometimes fall, she has multiple sclerosis. These people followed her through the store out to her car until she left and drove home. This treatment of my mother is awful and disrespectful will not be back except for the pharmacy

Poor selection and high prices, and the paper bags must be made of gold, I'd rather they charge me for them and spend less time trying to pack $100 worth of groceries into two bags, tearing the bags then giving up and handing me a bag with the bottom seams ripped open. I'd almost be better off without any bags at that point.

I’m not happy when I get home and see they ring you up for 7 items instead of the 5 in the bag, whether it’s corn etc. It doesn’t pay for me to go back! Learn how to count or I guess I need to watch you do you job correctly. I believe it was John, 8/18 at 5:06pm.

Excellent Giant. Super helpful staff, store provides scanners to customers who want them to track their shopping cart and speed up check out, and this location has an exceptional assortment of products to choose from compared to other Giants nearby. Also, Giant has a gas station on site with very cheap gas, which is made even cheaper if you get a store card. With the card you earn flex rewards by shopping that can be easily converted into fuel rewards points at customer service or via the Giant app.

This store has management issues.I've been shopping at the Westminster store for over 25 yrs, lately it seems as though customer service has taken a turn for the worse, issues that are not COVID related.I shop late, it's my favorite time to shop, there is a reduced risk of COVID and is really the only time i have to shop.On two occasions at this store i go to check out with a cart full of items only to discover there are no registers open and that I'm expected to use self checkout with a full cart, i ask an employee about why the registers are all closed and both times I'm told it's because they're about to close, so i turn and begin using self checkout but quickly realize that i probably should've gone somewhere else that has better customer service.The employee was just fine with standing there and watching me struggle to ring up an entire cart, after ringing in a few items I turned around and find myself ready to stop and leave the entire basket of stuff right there, they can either check me out properly or return everything to the shelves, this was the second time this has happened to me at this store.When the employee noticed I was about to walk out leaving everything right where it was she finally broke down and acted as if she was annoyed which made me feel like i was in the wrong and was a bit embarrassing, twice this very same thing happened.Yesterday i was expecting a friend to join me for dinner so i went to Giant to get some scallops for a special recipe, the time was 7:45 when i arrived at the seafood counter only to find out it was empty and the guy behind the counter was mumbling something about wanting to go home, he had emptied the cabinet early and basically ignored me when i asked if I could get a pound of scallops, i get that it was Sunday so i decided to just return the other recipe items i had picked up on my way to the seafood counter and take my friend to dinner.So here's how it's going to go from here on, i will not be returning to ANY Giant food store for the foreseeable future, why would i when there are numerous other options?I'll be taking some time to get used to Safeways store configuration, they have always had a nicer store with many more options than Giant ever dreamed of, i always had to go there when i wanted higher end products like organic Scotish Salmon etc...Why did I ever shop at Giant in the first place?My step father retired from Giant after 48 yrs, i worked at several stores myself back in the 80s, it's been a part of the family, gas points are good when i can get gas right at the same spot.Safeway will now be our go to store, nicer store, charging station for the Prius etc...It's just time i guess.Good luck Giant..........

Really friendly staff who were super helpful.But who on earth designs a supermarket to have refrigerated foods on one end of the store and frozen foods on the exact opposite end of the store? And there were two separate aisles of snacks on opposite ends if the store which was really strange.

The best part of this store is cake decorator. She deserves 5 plus stars my 4 stars are for the store itself. My cakes I have gotten for my daughters here have all exceeded my expectations. She even added edible glitter and told me the little girls go crazy over that. She was not lying there were so many complements on how great the cakes looked.

I don't go in here much but I went in the other night with my mom while we were in the area. We only came in for a few things but it was clean and quiet. Our cashier Alyssa was very kind and helpful :)
