Great place to find all sorts of necessities. I love shopping for inexpensive holiday decor every year. Sadly it can be a mess, but this type of retail environment is hard to maintain if understaffed. The cashier was very friendly & took care when bagging my items.

I’m only giving 1 star cause they seem to have everything I need when I go in. The male manager / or owner working today is the rudest man I’ve ever ever seen. I gave constructive criticism on the appearance of the filthy store and the fact that they have 2 cashiers working on a Saturday & he was SO MEAN AAND RUDE ABOUT IT. I’ll never step foot in that store again. It’s filthy and the manager is MEAN ! He’s mean to his employees as well!

Not well stocked or organized. Nice staff though, I was about to walk out after standing in line for a couple of minutes, but a crew member saw me and opened up another register.

New police ys at this store. Your not allowed to have full cart of items, maybe not even a half a cart (to full). Ladies no purses are allowed in store, kids are not allowed in carts or you have to leave. They can wait outside or you can leave them in the car. High schoolers you aren't allowed in if you still have your bookbag. Might not be allowed in if you have to many kids, I'm not sure if that one is in their new policy but it might be in their now

Who owns this store ? You are losing business because shelves are empty and merchandise is in boxes on the floor.One young man was stocking shelves but was called to run register with 15 people waiting. I went in for 10 items but none there. This has been the same experience I have had the last three times I went into the store.Please check on your store and hire more help.

Cheap stuff, need I say more.It is a good place for bowls and glass ware. I found a glass in the shape of a coke can on there years ago.

This is the worst possible place to shop. When it isn’t completely barren of all goods, there’s usually only a single person working the entire store, which ends up giving you lines you have to wait for 45 minutes in. This is the worst establishment I’ve ever seen and the people that own it are pathetic excuses for business owners. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I think they stock the shelves by just throwing items and hoping they hook on the racks. After you find your things amongst the piles, plan on waiting in line for awhile. It’s no surprise they don’t have the staff for the registers either.

Lowered to 1 star. I was in there today and it was just ridiculous how the store looked. The shelves were either empty or everything was laying everywhere. Boxes in each isle blocking one whole side of merchandise making it impossible for 2 carts to be in the same isle. I can't imagine that a good store owner or manager would let this store remain in this condition. You would be better off to close it for a day or two to stock and organize. I will not be returning here any time soon, would rather drive 45 minutes to Hanover. There were plenty of employees there to work, but would rather stand around talking than do their jobs. Store is disorganized, messy and the shelves are very low on quite a few products or bare.

I've always liked Dollar Tree. I don't realize how much I "need" until I start checking out the aisles. The employees are always so nice and willing to help. Actually, the customers are nice, too. Yesterday, I sneezed and a woman in the next aisle said "bless you"! Seriously!

I never saw this store look this bad. The floors are filthy , the shelves are Filthy and the shelves are not stocked. There are boxes Sitting everywhere that you can’t even get through some of the Aisles . I really feel a night crew needs to go in there and work to get the place cleaned up. I was so disgusted with it. It’s almost like I never want to go in there again.as lily

HORRIBLE service. 11 people in line, 1 cashier, who called repeatedly for backup. Manager, Krista, FINALLY came out, reprimanding cashier to "step it up" and saying she was "busy looking for an order getting picked up, 3 hours later". Finally opened a 2nd register. Store looks like a bomb went off in it, and has looked this way EVERY time (3 times in past 2 weeks) I've been in there. They really need to get it together!!

Usually very good, but lots of boxes in isles and empty shelves today. Only one register was open and line was to the back of the store. There were other employees in the store. I was surprised none of them came to open another register.

Why are the cashiers so slow? I've been in line for 7 minutes and it's moved by 1 person. I mean come on, your job is not that difficult.The lines at the registers are always 10 people long and when they call for some to open another register it takes them 5-10 minutes to do so. Extremely slow, they don't care, and I wanna say just lazy. I do a lot of shopping here. It's just ridiculous. If the post office and hell had a baby this would be it.

I was shocked to see how dirty the store was. Every aisle was filthy. Don’t they have a vacuum cleaner? The shelves were empty. Things were poorly organized. Saw several people ( don’t know if they were employee) in the back of the store. Saw no one stocking or straightening up shelves. It was so disgusting. Never saw the store in such disarray!!!

This is the most ridiculously disorganized mess of a store , it literally looks like a tornado swept through it . Boxes and boxes of merchandise that needs stocking sitting in the aisles. Misplayed items throughout the store, display hooks collapsed and items just piled up on top of each other . I have giving them the benefit of doubt and returned only to find that it is never improved. The worst Dollar Tree I’ve ever visited and will not be back.

Store advertises that it stays open till 9 PM on Sundays I am a out of towner (truck driving) or so therefore I shop at the dollar tree and many other stores. I went to the Food Lion to buy dinner tonight and this food line does not sell aluminum pans or baking pans. So of course the dollar tree is right across the walk well I walk over to the dollar tree and they’re closed completely closed no alerts of any kind on the door. nobody inside the store to even open the door it’s 820 I thought you guys closed at 9 PM awful awful awful

You never know what you will find in this store! Was in a rush to find banners and balloons for a niece's 18th birthday party (I wasn't supposed to be in town, but as fate had it...), and Dollar Tree had all that and more! Party was great!

This store advertises that they are hiring at the door and when asked the manager are you hiring she says not for me ...she dosen't know me or what I or anyone can do ...she should not have her job unless she gives people a chance ....4 lost jobs told to me by a employee....so really no new jobs for new employees..??? Sounds like she dosent want to hire a person in a wheelchair that is coming for her job ....

I would love to give this store a much higher score, but here's the problem. This store does a decent amount of business. I know this bc everytime I'm in there there's never enough on the registers so as yep that should that 10 minutes TOPS always, ALWAYS TAKES 29 IS YOU ARE LUCKY... THEY NEED TO CONSIDERATE TO THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS FIRST AND FOR MOST. C'MON.YOU CAN DO IT !!!!

This store is one of the best organized and has a great selection. All most always well stocked. I live in Reisterstown and drive to Westminster because it's 1000 time better than the one across the street from my house!!!!
