American Ice Company has had some twists and turns over the last few years with weathering the pandemic, but it remains my favorite coffee place in Westminster. The staff turns over predictably for being close to the college, but in 15+ visits, I've never had bad service. It's a great place to read a book or get lunch. My go-to is the chicken curry wrap. It's always clean and has a rustic charm. Stop by and give them a try!

I love everything about this Café! I wish there were more around the area. The atmosphere is great. I visited two days in a row for a cappuccino and sandwich. This cafe reminded me of being back in Sweden. Sandwiches are great! I have eaten the Nan-which and the turkey panini. Both great! I really loved the Nan-which. I'd say it's one of my favs so far, but I will keep u posted if it changes. If I had to critique one thing about the sandwiches so far, I would say for the price, there should be some chips included. Both times eating there, I wanted chips. That was the only downside for me. Cappuccino was on point. I added a small amount of sugar-free vanilla syrup, and boy o boy, was it amazing. It's a must try! There is plenty of seating. Downstairs tables and upstairs table and booths. While the downstairs seemed more "put together" and cozy, the upstairs is nice. I think it is still a work in progress. Hopefully, they will give the upstairs some decoration and appeal. Check it out for yourselves and enjoy.

My sister and I came to enjoy and nice brunch to support local, and we both ordered a Vietnamese coffee and the Oakland, as my sister had had the Oakland before and praised it. We had to sit upstairs because there wasn’t any room downstairs and it is dingy, cold, and has no music like downstairs does, but we weren’t bothered by it. We waited around and some bugs started to fly around us which was a little annoying but not anything too bad. That was, until we got out drinks. They tasted watered down and like they were made with regular milk. It honestly tasted like a very mild Hershey’s milk chocolate. Vietnamese coffee is supposed to be made with condensed milk and be strong in flavor, but I can’t even taste the coffee. We again, gave the benefit of the doubt and waited for our food. When our food came up, it looked nothing like how my sister had it before, and it came on slices of white bread. It is supposed to be on naan bread and they never told us they ran out. They should have told us they ran out right when they found out instead of just slapping everything on white bread. The bread was so hard that as I tried to chew, my jaw was audibly cracking. The chicken was so dry and literally had no spices or anything on it. Just tasted like boiled chicken. We added our own salt and pepper and that’s still couldn’t save it. This was so disappointing especially for almost $38. The bugs still kept flying around and swatting at them every few seconds just made us even more irritated. I don’t even want to take the rest home, I’m typing this as I am about to throw it away as it’s literally inedible. My sister and I are going to McDonald’s after this to actually eat some food.

3.71 for a small black iced coffee. Never understood why putting ice in it is more expensive.Overall coffee was good. Staff was good. Menu looked good.I loved their sliding glass door bathroom. So stop in if you want coffee shop coffee.

Came back for a sit-down second visit, and this time, I added a sandwich to my morning.I got there right at open, and they were ready to serve.I tried one of the seasonal Latte, Honey Cinnamon. It was fantastic.I got the spinach breakfast wrap, and it was very tasty. It is a great mix of greens and substance to make it tasty and healthy.I love the atmosphere here and highly recommend it.

Stopped at this local favorite for brunch and really enjoyed their selections. We had a couple of flavored Lattes, a Toasted Everything Bagel and a Turkey Panini. Their Lattes warmed us up on this chilly morning and the Bagel and Panini hit the spot. The buttered Bagel and Panini were sooo flavorful! Definitely recommend!!!

My second visit since they opened was great! The staff was very friendly. I got a large vanilla latte and the roast beef sandwich for lunch. They were both delicious! Sandwich was easily the best I've had from any place around. The upstairs seating area was nice and quiet. There were a few people working on laptops. I think I'll come back and do the same. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good coffee and a bite to eat in downtown Westminster.

Love this place! It has a serious Austin vibe. Coffee house with lite fare in the front (plus beer and wine) and out back there’s a stage and live music. The place has a great vibe!

Wow! Stumbled on this place while looking for a bite to eat and could not be more impressed! The food and drinks were delicious and I was very happy with how easy it was to make my order dairy free. They also offer gluten free wraps but were out today - I'll definitely have to try one next time. Everyone here was super nice and friendly. My chai latte was absolutely scrumptious! They host open mics and live music here; I'll definitely want to come by and catch some music sometime! Can't wait to come back!

I went here with my sister and mom for the first time today. I ordered a iced caramel latte. I was a bit worried if I would enjoy the drink because i have a sweet tooth but the employees reassured me because they add FOUR pumps of caramel. When i received my latte it tasted like water. I tried adding FIVE PACKS of sugar and it still tasted like burnt water. Very disappointed. If you want real good espresso go to Tell-Tale. Great coffee and customer service!

I ordered from DoorDash. My “firey Naan sandwich” was not spicy at all. It was just a regular chicken salad sandwich. There was barely any flavor or spice. I am very disappointed because Indian cuisine is known for its flavor but most importantly its spice! And the sandwich did not deliver.Another thing was my beverage, an Iced matcha latte. I know that naturally, matcha is bitter, but I just got a cup of milk, Ice-and matcha powder. The drink was not appropriately made because I could taste the clumps and visually see the powder at the bottom of my glass. I was hoping to try something new and support small businesses, but this meal was not what was advertised.

Breakfast sandwich was solid and ingredients prepped made to order. Coffee was solid as well. It's a cute cafe! However, I visited Sunday morning and service took forever and the staff seemed very overwhelmed by all the orders; felt like they were all new staff being trained and it showed. Plenty of wrong orders, and waited over 15mins for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The 3 staff behind the counter could not handle a standard Sunday morning and it was evident that all customers were getting impatient at the amount of time they were waiting.

American Ice has been my Mom and I’s favorite spot for the past couple-ish years. To say we were obsessed is an understatement. The food is incredible and is still incredible!! However, the latte’s have taken a steep decline and we are so so so sad. We had always gone for a weekly date, but our last 6-7 trips over the past 4-6 months have been terrible. At first they said they were trying to create their own syrups (which I love that idea!! So much better than chemicals), but they actually ended up making the once delicious and flavorful latte’s taste like chemicals, tbh. We tried to give it another chance on Saturday before Wine Festival and we both ordered the S’mores iced latte which used to be absolutely amazing… and got an iced latte that tasted like water & stale oat milk over ice - again. I’m so sad. Please switch back to what you were doing when you opened!! 🤞🏼 😫

Excellent customer service and great atmosphere! Definitely recommend a visit, even if it's out of your way. 10/10 would recommend. Nice date spot or to go solo and relax.Quaint and modern at the same time. There's an upstairs and a downstairs. Nice and clean and I particularly liked the seating arrangements.Nice work guys! Keep it up!Kid-friendliness: I just noticed that there were children with a couple upstairs and I thought that was nice. They enjoyed themselves and no one was annoyed by them and it was cool. Because it was such a relaxed and quiet place, I suppose that's why it stood out to me. It really shouldn't have because if the time of day it was but whatever. Lol. I have kids so I just know how it can be sometimes but it was very relaxed there and I enjoyed seeing them as a family enjoying the business. 😊
