Still the slowest and worst customer service at Sheetz in this area. Asked why my order was just sitting there while they bagged and had someone else's order before mine called and given out. The snide response I got from one of the employees was "Well we have multiple orders being made" and when I pointed out that mine was just sitting there already done her reply was "have a nice day." This on top of no one ever being near the registers and when someone does get in the line employees are nowhere to be found or avoid the counter altogether. This place just doesn't care about people.

Clean, well lit, good selection, friendly staff, Ryan liked the Grill food too.We usually drive past after practice, but stopped in. The staff offered suggestions as I looked around the soda selection. Ryan got a burger and fries. The fries were better than many of the fast food places we stop at.Nice spot to sit if you wanna dine in. It does enough business that it has a drive through.No EV chargers that I saw.Would stop in again next week.

Their gas disabled my vehicle. It was found withdiesel and water in tank after going to Sheetz 3 days in a row!! The manager is rude as hell! The food gave me food poisoning and the car wash ruined 2 of my cars! Sheetz go to hell

the coffee machines have no option for black coffee. they only use those machines that ground the beans on demand and when the coffee started coming out it was a light color.

Got a big mozz burger and the burger has the smallest amount of marinara sauce like the size of a penny. My mom got a sub and had to throw away the tomatoes because they were not ripe and had little to no mayo. 10/10 would not recommend food from here!

I Have had a bad experience recently with the employees. I wanna say this rude young lady name was crystal. She was very rude to me. NO smile at all. It seemed like I was bothering her. Also see how they treat black ppl as well. I walked in there before and I was looked at like I was going to steal something. Yall need a better staff with better customer service. If they treat ppl like this I could only imagine how they treat each other. Yal might need to think about who u have working for your business

I've been here 5 times in the last month and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but every single time my order has been wrong. I'm not exaggerating- it's every. single. time. Either sauces are forgotten or they give me the wrong sauce. Food is often missing from my order. I haven't gone back in yet after noticing the errors because they're always extremely busy when I go in, but if this happens again I will be complaining and asking them to correct it. I've worked food service before and I've dealt with busy times so I get it, but employees should be trained to handle lunch and dinner rushes without screwing up every order. The bathrooms are also really nasty and apparently people there don't know how to flush a toilet. There's always feminine hygiene trash all over the floor instead of in the designated can. I get that it's most likely rude customers doing so, but the staff should keep up with cleaning better.

Hey, the food is always good at Sheetz in this location when I order it. You can also order through GrubHub for delivery from there if you want to. Their delivery fee is $1.00 right now. But, GrubHub also charges a fee, plus you should tip the driver who delivers it (just nice to do - Karma, you know). They have a good selection of drinks in the coolers, and the shakes and frozen coffee drinks you can get are really good in my opinion. I also appreciate the customer service. You don't see the employees all grouped together chatting while all the customers are waiting. I hate it when that happens. I mean, just chat when it slows down, don't do it when your customers are waiting in line or whatever. But, that doesn't happen here when I have been there. The employees are very attentive, and very helpful.

My family, friends and I always make a late night run through the drive-thru and tonight was just icing on the cake! We ordered, could barely hear anyone on the intercom and when we drove up the cashier girl seemed out of it and unfocused. She took a few minutes to get our drink and then when handed our food she sat it down and said it wasn’t ours and left for over 10-15 minutes we decided to call the sheets a gentleman answered and said he will be right back to see what’s going on the girl returned to the window seemed annoyed and gave us the food that was sitting at the counter…. The guy never came back to the phone…Customer service really needs to get better! An apology for the mixup would have gone a long way or in the very least keep your customer posted on what’s going on… I can understand busyness and short staff but not rude service and someone who doesn’t want to be bothered!Should we take our business elsewhere??? We are servers/bartenders and the customer provided on a nightly basis is just unacceptable. Please fix it!

Racist manager named Ashley carded me(black man) for tobacco but not the white man in front of me who bought a carton of cigarettes! When I asked her for her supervisors phone number, she gave me the wrong number. When I went back into the store, because I never drove off, and I told her that this is the wrong number. She admitted to me that she gave me the wrong number just so I could leave, in front of her employee’s! This lady is a perfect example of a Karen, she is definitely a racist person and she should not have a managerial position of power. Especially with minorities under her! She is unprofessional by sending her employees to spy on me when I was calling the corporate office from my car in the parking lot. She was telling them to come spy on me using the drive thru headset to communicate about me calling corporate! So she used company equipment for her personal reasons. I have pictures too as proof! This was a terrible experience for me 6:00 in the morning…!!!!I am an pastor, company owner, single father and I feel greatly disrespected by her biase actions towards me.

I sometimes have a very very late "supper" from this location. I love the option to order and pay online as well as the window pick up. On 2 occasions I was waited on by Joanna. She is friendly, always greets customers with a smile, under her mask! She is efficient, professional and it's always a pleasure to see her. She needs to be officially commended for her customer service skills. 💯

Ordered a coffee with oat milk, over the counter I saw the girl use the rest of the oat milk out of the cooler below and go to the fridge for more, she grabbed a red carton. Fine whatever, well turns out it wasn’t oat milk, it was soy. Inform your customers when substituting in their drinks BEFORE you give it to them, they could have allergy. Seriously disappointed because this has been my hometown sheetz for forever.

I don't ever have a any problem with this Sheetz but today i got off of work around 1:00 and went to order food when i was done ordering a young lady named Ashanti rung me up i made sure to look at her name, she had the worst customer services ever I don't know why they would put someone up their like that. She was rolling her eyes the whole time and didn't even speak and i notice her doing that with the other customer their. I love this Sheetz hands down but this made my visit kinda unpleasant.

First of all I would like to say to anyone reading this, for the record, that I have never had a problem with this Sheetz in my life, and I've gone here about twice a week for either food or gas for the last 13 years or so since I've lived in walkersville, and have always been satisfied. So I wouldn't even be writing this review if I wasn't completely blown away by how I was treated this evening. I go in to order food after getting off work on 8/27/18 at 8:55 PM. I ordered some popcorn chicken and a bucket of fries for myself, and some pepperoni rolls and a cup of fries for my wife. Well I probably should have checked my food before I left, but since I've literally never had a bad experience I did not. Upon arriving home, I open my bag and discover that my popcorn chicken is missing. And not only that, my bucket of fries is literally only half full. So I am pretty irritated at this point, but not furious. I mean I've never had a bad experience. So I tell myself that it's ok and I head back to the store. What happened next baffles me. I never expected to be treated the way I was. I go to the line and wait for a few minutes because there was someone in front of me. When I was waiting behind the kid in front of me the girl making the food made a very bad taste joke to the kid in front of me (who I guess was her friend??) about spitting in his food. He had ordered 2 hotdogs. I thought to myself "is that something you would do? Spit in someone's food?" But I said nothing. When I got to my turn in the line I spoke to a girl named Kim. I don't know if she was the manager or what, but when I explained my situation to her I was met with a snippy attitude. First I showed her my receipt and said to her "I got a bucket of fries that is only half full." And she says back "you only ordered a cup of fries, so actually you got more than you were supposed to." And then I explained that I had purchased both a cup and bucket to which she replies, "oh ok." Then I told her that I hadn't even received the chicken. At this point the other girl working at the food station trots on over and says "I have the popcorn chicken right here!" And pulls it out of the oven or whatever. She then proceeds to hand it to me and I say to them both "Can I get fresh made of both my fries and my chicken?" The manager type girl Kim, says to me "well it's been in a hot box and it's still warm.", in an irritated tone. At this point I'm pretty annoyed and already tired from work on a Monday night, so I just say ok and take it. All the while I'm thinking to myself "by the time I get my fries made, the chicken will be cold." So not only did they not make me fresh chicken, they also got an attitude with me, acting like it was my fault that they messed up my order. They didn't wanna be bothered with a customer. They didn't wanna own up to what they did. They had bad attitudes, and they didn't even correct the situation by making me fresh food. It was a totally unprofessional display, and quite honestly, I don't know if I'll go back to Sheetz again. Customer service is very important to me, and Kim and the other girl in the red shirt making food, failed completely at it. So moral of the story, always check your bag from now on. And don't bother them with wanting what you pay for to be fresh. They don't like that.

This is the third time I have been there in the past few weeks. I compare is to the Rosemont Sheetz which is friendly and professional. I had a girl make my coffee wrong THREE TIMES. I've waited 10 minutes for a coffee when it wasn't busy. They have on at least two occasions overflowed the coffee out of the top and it has spilled over (they clean it up but as soon as they hand it over it spills again everywhere). Also the other day I had a piece of plastic IN my drink.It was terrible. They need better staff.

Very unhappy with the games they are playing with gas price. Prices changed over 20 cents in 24 hours. Funny, Sam's club stayed the same. Much better deal. Also, small privately owned place in Keymar is 20 cents less. If they can sell lower, what does that tell you about profit margins at Sheetz ???

On vacation from Florida and a must have for my son is Mac n cheese bites. Order screen said out of stock and I asked about it. Managers Kelly and Ashley said they had some limited stock and hooked us up! They went above and beyond to make my son's day! Thank you Walkersville's Sheetz!
