My favorite Rutter's go everyday on my break. Jody in food side is so nice and always makes my food just right. Maria on the register side always has a smile on her face and is always very helpful and nice 😊

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cashiers were extremely nice and welcoming. But I'm VERY disappointed in this food. I ordered a route 30 burger which is supposed to have grilled cheese as the buns...and this what I got. Mind you, I only got 1 meat patty so that is 3 pieces of bread, patty, and another piece of bread. Missing toppings I asked for too. My husband's was the same way. I understand we had a big order so it took a while but what makes anyone think its okay to serve this? I'll stick to drinks and snacks from here...

The customer service at this store, especially Ms. Donna, is incredible! I always come here for a good quick lunch, and I love the quick chat as I'm checking out. She recommended the soft pretzels, and they were definitely the right call! Puts a smile on my face. Customer service done right, for sure!

I stop here all the time. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been a regular since the store first opened. It’s trucker friendly, the food is good, restrooms are always clean, employees are friendly and courteous every visit.

Had never been to a Rutters but saw this one on a roadtrip from NY to MD and the cheap price of gas (was 30 cents cheaper than what we had been seeing) drew us in. The store was very clean and had a very big selection of snacks and beverages and had a nice made to order food area as well. Lots of options!! Gas pumps were comically a long ways away from the store

what happened to this place? the chicken strips used to be good now they're downright horrible. they look and taste like fish. prices were raised as well. i used to order other food from here, but im not gonna risk another $14 to see if they "experimented" with any of their other meals. those chicken strips went straight to the garbage right in front of their store.

The girl would not let me get my deal, the lady claimed that it was not a thing but i have pictures of the deal, she said i needed a rutters card which i had and she said i needed a password which wasn’t required when i made the card. She was snarky and rude and didnt put the receit in the bag making me come back to get one so i could get my money back. I usually come often to rutters but i was upset with the service🤲🏿🤲🏿🤲🏿

They have my bank ATM there. I can withdraw money with my cash app card. Then I can deposit money at that same ATM because it's from the bank that has my account.

I didn't go inside the store today. I used the free air pumps. There are two air pumps, one by the gasoline pumps and one by the diesel pumps.Use the air by the diesel pumps because the nozzle works better than the other one.

The cashier was not wearing a mask and had a dryer erase sign on their shirt that stated she was legally exempt to not wear a mask. I respect everyone that is struggling with a disability (under the ADA your employer can get mask exemption for medical reasons). The cashier area was not guarded with plexiglass and there was no hand sanitizer in sight. I support the cashier, I do not support management for putting the cashier and their guests in danger. If you are allowing an employee to not wear a mask then protect the workspace for the employees and the guests.

Location is off the main road but stopped in anyway. My family loves Rutters chocolate milk and the great selection of food items. We love collecting gas points better than any other convenience store points system.

I love Rutters from the food and the gas. Im from NJ, and this was my first Rutters I’ve been to and it is awesome. All of the 1 star reviewers are Walkersville haters!! Don’t pay attention to the 1 star reviews. The customer service here is excellent!

Had a valid ID to buy tobacco and the cashier (who was obviously younger than me) denied me even with a proper form of ID. I would like the manager (sandy) to please do something about this and perform a proper disciplinary action to the cashier working on the night of 1/23/21 absolutely ridiculous..

Food was terrible. Not nearly the expierience I always received when living in Hanover, PA. EXTREMELY slow service even though we were one of two couples in there. Person making our food couldnt even properly roll a wrap.TERRIBLE....

New location (2019). Actual store could have been bigger but great place to pick up a quick snack or get gas. Strange that this place got approved for install exactly next to an existing convenience and gas store //Liberty//

very slow service , waited for almost 20 minutes. it looked like the people in the kitchen were arguing about something and one of the employees started slamming stuff around to prove a point or something and ended up making our food take even longer. unprofessional and slow.

Customer service is good but it took 15 minutes for 1 food order to be ready.
