I recently tried them based on a friend's recommendation, and I'm thrilled with the results! The staff's expertise and care were evident in my dog's immaculate grooming. The facility was clean, and the friendly atmosphere made both me and my furry friend feel at ease. I'll definitely be returning for future appointments. Highly recommend!

I took my old troubled man to get a clean up. I tried other groomers and they just were not equipped to deal with his needs. He’s not super dog friendly and he is a very anxious man. Literally a basket case. Main Street Groomers absolutely killed it!! I brought Thor in and they accepted all of his quirks and even took my call midway through his visit (cause I was worried that he wasn’t being a good man to them)! They got all of his mats and he smells freaking amazing. I’m bringing back the rest of my crazy crew to them because I am absolutely happy with the results!!! Peep the photos (could you have guessed that he’s 84?!?). Thank you Main Street Groomers!!!

They are great. We are always able to walk in and they take care of my two dogs nail trimming on the spot. They were even able to trim one of my dogs nails without a muzzle which was mind blowing to me cause he’s always had to be muzzled since he was a small puppy. They are the best, would definitely recommend going there for all grooming needs!

Bottoms of feet/ inside ears not groomed. Overall cut was very choppy. I know they were busy that day but should have done a better job. Specifically asked to cut nails and dewclaw. Dewclaw was split and very sharp. Very upset since I know that my previous pup came back beautiful.

Everyone was so thoughtful and kind to our very anxious rescue dog Vasya. They did a great job washing him, clipping his nails, and cleaning out his anal glands and their prices are very reasonable. They are open at reasonable times so it's easy to get an appointment. Thanks so much!

This business is very shady. I brought my dog here in December and then again in February. They charged me $10 more in tips on their end and had an excuse that their price increases every year. If it increases, why would you not let your customer know? It is illegal and unethical business practice to charge a 20% tip to someone’s bill. Watch out for them.

I can't say enough good things about Main Street Groomers! I've had a few bad experiences at other groomers, so I was hesitant about trying somewhere new but I am SO glad that I did. I called and it was super easy to make an appointment (and they had a good amount of availability).I have an Australian Shepherd and a German Shepherd that both needed trims and baths. My German Shepherd has had some issues in the past when he's secluded and scared. I was very nervous to leave him there, but the tech reassured me before I left. I hated to be that crazy dog mom, but I called back about an hour later just to check on him and make sure he was behaving. They didn't make me feel weird about it and were more than happy to give me an update. When I came back a few hours later, they let him right out of his crate to see me. I was super relieved by their patience and understanding.Both dogs look FANTASTIC and smell really good! You can't beat the price and the service was exceptional. And, they came home with cute new bandanas. So, so happy with my experience.

We took our little Bella Mina to them for her first haircut! We we so very happy with the cut and the staff here! They did a wonderful job with my baby! Will definitely be back here in the future!!!!! Can’t say enough good things about them.

Thank you so much! We have a large dog, 1yo shepherd-husky mix, talkative, fast and wary. They managed her BEAUTIFULLY and were able to give her a lovely spa day for her first grooming. ❤️ We will be permanent customers! She looks great, and was happy and bouncy - no nervousness coming home.

I had used this grooming location in the past with wonderful results so decided to bring my schnauzer for a second time. I alerted them that she had knots and gave specific instructions on her beard. When I picked her up, what I received looked like a giant rat. She was completely shaved with a very short compact beard. I was told that her hair wouldn't look right if they removed her mats so she had to be shaved. A phone call should have been made to see if that is what I wished to be done. In my opinion, uneven hair would have looked much better than no hair. It is freezing out and my poor dog shivers and now frequently licks her female parts. Wondering if the hot razor got too close to her sensitive area. I will add that this was a different grioomer that worked on my dog than the last time I brought her in. I will also say that they were extrememly busy that day which might have played into the decision to shave everything off instead of spending time removing knots. Regardless, I should have been asked if I was in agreement with this extreme cut.

Let me start off by saying I’m one anxious/overprotective dog momma. First grooming experience I had with one of my pups, at a prior establishment, wasn’t the greatest. Which explains my hesitation in taking my pup to get groomed and resulted in her getting terribly matted. I was recommended by my vet to make an appointment here and I’m so happy I did. Kelly treated my pup with so much care and made sure she and I had a wonderful/stress free experience. Kelly did an amazing job getting all of her matting off. She came out super clean and beautifully groomed. I highly recommend coming to them and the pricing is hard to beat! I have found the best place to return to.

I was greeted by two young girls that weren't exactly friendly. No paperwork (shots, dog's health history, etc) was asked for or needed for the groom. This is the first place in over 20 years of getting 3 dogs groomed this has ever happened. When I picked up my dog, he was anxious to get out of there and get home. When I got home I looked him over more closely. My husband and I could not believe how horrible he looked. Very uneven cut, and a lot of blotches all over his body. He frankly looked homeless. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Awful :(

I absolutely love Main Street Groomers! I’ve been taking my pup there since he was little and he always comes out looking great and happy! Unlike other commercial groomers Main Street takes their time and care for him just as the owners would. They’re incredibly reasonably priced and I love how convenient they are. Tanner is a westiepoo and Main Street Groomers knows exactly how to cut his hair especially around the ears to make them stand up with ease. I love taking him to get groomed! Definitely recommend to everyone looking for a groomer. Thanks Main Street and staff! You guys are awesome!

This one our first time taking Maggie to Main Street Groomers in Walkersville on a neighbor's recomendación.
