Worse customer service ever. On Feb 5th, I went through the drive through to pick up my wife's medicine. I pulled in at 6:37 pm and didn't leave until 7:32 pm IN THE DRIVE THRU. They said it was due to low staff EVEN THOUGH it was 5 PEOPLE in the pharmacy at ONE TIME. They didn't even have all the meds AFTER they called us and said they were ready at 3:30. Never doing business with them again. Not even for a soda!

I came for the pharmacy. Pretty great staff, consulting, and turnaround time. Next time I'll grab some over-the-counter Pepcid AC to stop my heart from burning for more great service.Walgreens could control those prices though...then again, I guess that's what made the Wal-so-green...š„ [ba dum tiss] š š„

Called pharmacy this morning to check on meds er doctor sent in person was very unprofessional rude overall She stated due to my age Walgreens do not cover any meds with my insurance they didnāt make sense I will never recommend anyone to have any prescriptions handled there Yes Iām 64 with insurance but to state Iām 65 next year has nothing to do with my prescription thatās covered under my insurance I have now ..Can only imagine how many ppl actually turned away with prescriptions prescribed by physicians I only was using pharmacy due to close to my house and was seen in emergency room thankfully I was able to get prescript medication sent to my regular pharmacy without any issues and worth driving far unfortunately no name of pharmacy person that answered and handled call but it was when pharmacy just opened

Used to be a good pharmacy. Now the staff is condescending and completely uncaring. They do not care if you run out of medication between refills. I even told them that I have seizures if I miss doses. They absolutely refuse to refill on the 30th day - so that you don't have to wait all day the next day for medication. Even though pharmacies have a 3 day cursory window before the 30th day to refill. Has always been done in the past. But ever since my spouse was prescribed an antiviral for COVID, they stopped being tolerable. They fought tooth and nail not to fill it until we got insurance and the Johns Hopkins doctor to push. Sometimes this store refuses to fill even basic meds. I called to refill something due the next day. One tech put me on hold to, "...read the notes in my file..." Her words. After she came back on the phone, she said that the refill of anti-seizure meds would take 3 - 5 days...that would be 3 - 5 days WITHOUT meds. Blackmail, blackballing, petty ignorance, whatever you want to call it - that is the name of the game at this store.

No accountability and no compassion! I went there to get medication and a Covid test for my daughter who is home sick. After dealing with the unnecessary attitude, they told me it would take 15 minutes for the prescription. After waiting 35 minutes I finally went up to ask if the prescription was ready. She looks at me like she has no idea only for someone to tell her that the prescription has been ready and lo and behold it is sitting on the floor. So ridiculous! I didnāt even get the text telling me that the prescription was ready. Why bother asking if you want that service if youāre not going to provide it?

If I could possibly give them a rating less than 1 Star I absolutely would! They pharmacy lacks accountability for their mistakes, they lack the ability to expediently take corrective action once their mistake is brought to their attention. They lack the managerial expertise to properly handle and escalate issues within their pharmacy. Management is ineffective if not nonexistent. I will absolutely pull off my store and pharmacy business from not only this location but Walgreens in its entirety.

Third time in 6 weeks this has happened to me or my wife. Itās always the same answer; an emergency pulled away our pharmacist and we cannot issue prescriptions. How does this help your customers? This is not a one time thing, it keeps happeningā¦Walgreens, what is your solution? Remember, this is not a regular store, this is peopleās medications!

Make it make sense: why do they not price match with their own website, especially when you can get the items with same-day, in-store pick-up! So, I can pay online and get the discounted price, drive to the store same-day and pick it up, but I can't walk in, show you the Walgreens.com price and get the same discount?!? Same store, same inventory, same day! Hopefully this cashier was grossly misinformed , because I don't understand. Make it make sense to me!

I wish i could give this place 0 stars, the pharmacy sucks. I been waiting all day for my medication WHICH I NEED⦠to find out they are out of stock and i have to wait even longer. after this im switching my pharmacy because this is ridiculous

Today I went to the store to do some shopping, if I could give 0 on this review I would, I was overcharged for a product I told the cashier Denice and she sorted it out, but then I saw the website and bought products where they give you rewards back, I went back to the store and lady Denice was rude, she tends to be arrogant if you use coupons, I don't know what her problem is, but if you are a coupon person, I recommend you don't visit that store, that lady makes you feel humiliated do

I really like the sales people. I do not use the pharmacy because of 1 rude pharmacist and when I call in my prescriptions they are not ready at promised time. And I fill minimum of 12 prescrptions a month. That is a lot of money Walgreens has lost.

I went to this location yesterday and sat in the drive through waiting for thirty minutes so I left and went back when they opened and the pharmacy employee at the window was so nasty and rude I refuse to visit this location again if they donāt want to serve the public find another job the person at the window at 9:00 am needs to go the drive through is supposed to be convenient but not this location you burn š„ a tank of gas waiting to be served!

Iāve really TRIED to work with them but there photo center is the WORST! They donāt cut the photos like theyāre supposed to they cut stuff off and itās oh well and itās NEVER ready when itās supposed to be && itās ANNOYING because this is the closest location to my home so I have to be INCONVENIENCED and go to another location because they donāt want to do their jobs and Iām really over it š¤IM DEFINITELY going to be looking into other companies for my prints because if this is the customer service I have to deal with for āconvinceā šItās not worth it .

The exterior of this store is in need of ATTENTION! The weeds are 3 feet tall! It is an eyesore, can't imagine what the interior looks like.

There pharmacy staff is incompetent, and the pharmacy manager is rude and very unprofessional. I would not use this location if you need a prescription filled. I think i got the same cashier as Karene, because that skinny idiot tried to give me false information, and when I got the manager involved she lied right to her face. The manager began to roll her eyes at me and treat me like I was the one at fault.

Went in today to drop off prescription at 10 amStopped back at pharmacy at 2:15pm Guess what prescription still not ready . That's over 3 hours to fill one prescription. this place is the worse I'll never go back do yourself a favor don't fill your prescription there
