Y’all I called Vega while I was at the hair salon getting my hair braided to schedule a appointment , why was they able to get me in ASAP, not only that they came and got my car tinted it sent me pictures and brought my car back. Called on a Saturday to set up an appointment and was seen the next day. I had them match 20% on my driver and passenger window and 70% on the windshield. They were quick and they came out looking great. Darrel was very polite, professional and delivered.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I have used their services many times in the past and the work is solid. But this time I am not happy with the condition of the car once the job was completed. The technician took no time to clean up any of the streaking all over the outside of the car, windows, hood. There were handprints all over the place and it shouldn’t take that long to wipe it down. Just check before you leave like I didn’t!

Detail Service: I took my car there because I spilled gas in the trunk. I called and they were very helpful and gave me a next day appointment to detail the inside of my car. The lady at the desk explained the process to get the smell out and it was priced very responsible. They had to keep my car a couple days to complete the job. But they called each day to give me updates on the progress. When I came to pick up my car they detailed the inside and out and only charged me for the inside. I was super excited about my car when I picked it up because it was cleaner and nicer than when I originally purchased it! So I have found me a new detail / wash location my my car! And the customer service was exceptional!!!

I've had four vehicles tinted at Vega Motorsport and they've always done a great job, including my most recent visit. The reason I'm only giving them two stars is because they changed the price on me after I confirmed not only once, but twice what the cost would be. I called before bringing my car in, explained the type of vehicle I had and was quoted $200. It was a bit more expensive than the guy down the street, but they'd already done three of my other cars, so I figured I'd give them the repeat business. When I arrived, I confirmed again with the staff the cost of the service, and again was quoted $200. Three hours later as I was picking up the car, I was told the total was $240. When I asked why, I was just told and I quote "it's $240". No explanation for the additional cost. He then called a manager (on the phone - not onsite), who basically told him to charge me the $240.Long story short, I paid the $240 and left. Unfortunately, I won't be bringing any of my vehicles back or recommending their services to my friends. Not a good way to do business or keep repeat customers especially when there are other shops in the area who are cheaper and also do excellent work.

They do offer a Lifetime Warranty with their product.Per their instructions leave windows up for 3-5 days. I left my windows up for 10 days, still didn't cure thoroughly. Returned to have them redone & they installed a different shade not matching the original film.Brought it to the owners attention, the same person who installed & removed the previous film. His remedy was to do a layover, instead of starting with a clean glass!Making the extra time totally inconvenient for me.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Contacted the shop by phone and the manager answered. Not only was he courteous and professional but provided a range of options fro me to select from. I informed him that I was running late for another appointment to which he responded by offering to shuttle me there while my windows were being tinted. They dropped me to my appointment on time and that made my day.When I returned my car was finished and the caution signs on the windows were in place. After 48 Hours I was most pleased with the results. My car was much cooler and I liked the added privacy the tint provided. The whole experience was an example of Old Fashioned American Customer Service like we used to have. I was thoroughly satisfied.

I used this business due to good ratings. When I called to inquire about getting my front two windows tinted the guy on the phone was very nice and gave me a reasonable price. I asked him do I need an appointment and when could I make one he told me if it’s just just two windows come today. This was on a Sunday they close at 5 I got there around 3pm. Upon arriving whoever was in the garage open it with attitude and said do you have an appointment, I told him no the person on the phone told me to just come, he rolled his eyes and pointed to the door as to tell me to go inside. Once inside I waited about 5 minutes before anyone greeted me and once I was finally acknowledged it was by another rude person asking the same thing do I have an appointment. I explained again what I was told on the phone and he then went into the garage and said nothing. I was about to leave and find another place to do my tint but a younger man told me to stay and apologize for the other two guys as I told him they are very rude and seem upset I’m here. I also said I wanted 20% tint and that seem to be a issue as well. They took about half an hour to do the windows which was great but the passenger winder had bubbles in it which I called about and had to have fixed today. I do not believe the tint is 20% and will be going to another facility to have it checked.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Vega MotorSport is a great car detailing shop , when i say detailing i am talking about everything a mechanic does not do and more. My mother got her car tinted and i joined her, the Manager of the store is great, costumer service is wonderful, the workers are wonderful and it just makes you want to go back again, and again. The tint on our car was, i believe a 30 and it looks wonderful and the car feels so much better noting we have this intense heat wave coming our way. The best detailing place in Waldorf, MD the prices are reasonable, and yes you may get a quoted price!

Vega is great! I was there a few months ago and, had them tint my rear window, they did a great job and I just went back this week to have my new vehicles windows done and once again an outstanding job at a great price and, the guy remembered me from months ago in my old car. It's a great place all around from price, performance and hospitality. I'll surely be going back for detailing and, any other needs!

Love the tint job these guys did on my new car. I called and spoke to Kwame around 8:30 AM on the morning of Labor Day and they took me at 10 AM. My car was done by noon. I'm very pleased with the work these guys did and the price that I paid. I received an estimate over the phone and there were no tricks or gimmicks once I got there. I plan on taking my older car to them, so they can remove the old, peeling tint and put new tint on it.

Over priced on all services. Very friendly until you point out their poor workmanship. Got two vehicles tinted and both vehicles had bubbles in tint. Had to get do over more than once. They failed to be responsive in fixing the issue even though the service included warranty. Use regular tint and charge you for ceramic. Scammers stay away!

I got a quote for my vehicle and made an appointment. When I got in turns out quote was wrong and they had missed something. We settled on a little higher price of a competitor quote given. So now the tint was done and left. A week later some of the bubbles etc have not faded. I went in and made another appt for a redo. The installer had no issues doing this. A++ for that . we will see what happens. Would reccomend for others. Oh , and tint is ceramic which is really good choice.Service: Privacy window films

The owner really cares for his customers. I had called up the other day to check on a issue and the owner told me to bring it right up so he can check it out. He came right out when I arrived, checked out my issue and fixed it under the 3 year warranty in about 40 mins. This place is a great place and the tint job on the rest of my car is great. Definitely recommend this place.

Got a $180 quote for all windows including windshield the day before for basic tint installation. I went in for my appointment and was told by a different guy that it’s an addition $60 for the windshield. I walked out. I went to a different tint spot and got everything done for $190 with excellent quality. Do your research people!!
