Like most people, Target is one of my favorite stores. They are killing the game with their drive up service ready for pick up within 2 hours! I absolutely love it! The staff are always professional, and it is quick and convenient. The app is so easy to use too. I wish every store had this service and timeline.

i had the best experience in the ulta section. the attendant, carlo, was amazing. my sister and i went for skin care products and he gave us some spectacular advice. he made us feel comfortable with our insecurities and gave us amazing product recommendations. i truly appreciate him and 100% trust that he knows what he's doing. he helped us with the app and explained in detail on how to use different products we got. he made us have such a good time. another thing, i went to the album section. unfortunately, the employee was changing the layout but she was kind enough to go to the back and get me the album i wanted. she was so sweet and wasn't bothered about me asking for the favor. i was quite honestly surprised they had the album in stock. it was a very fun and memorable visit at this location š

I did a curbside pick up order for the first time. My 12 pack of soda was really beat up looking. I had to go in the store and exchange it for another one. Luckily, there was one last pack left on the shelf.We ended up shopping once we got inside the store. They could have used additional help retrieving carts, as the ones inside were dwindling fast. They had several cashiers and we didn't have to wait forever in line like at another similar store. Even if the young man seemed like he'd rather be anywhere but there and shoved our items in the bags. I've been a cashier, so I know it can be rough, especially when busy.

Absolutely great customer service! I bought 2 bookshelves recently. First I couldnāt find them and got a team member to guide me to the location. Then realized the were too heavy for me UO get in the cart. Another team member saw me struggling and offered his service. Then at check out, I asked for someone to help get the bookshelves in my car and the service continued to be seamless and outstanding.

Great pick up expirence. The store is also clean and organized. I've gone in a few times. My Shipt order comes from here to. Recently I had an issue. I had yogurt delivered from this location yesterday and today. They both had a sell by date of 6/9. My brother opened one and wondered why it was very liquidity. He then ate some and it tasted awful. Ordered another today and checked the date first. Same expiration. Waldorf Target, please check your dairy and non diary products asap.

I've been patroning Target for years. Particularly this location in Waldorf, MD. I came in to purchase a pair of slacks for Sunday. I arrived at 9:45 but I looked at my phone and is was at 1% charge. I needed my phone because this is how I pay for things these days. So I sat in my truck until I got my phone charged up around 9% I started to make my way in. I knew they closed at 10 so I figured I be quick. As I approached the front door, I noticed a team member locking the doors (which I understand because you guys close in the next 5 minutes.) But as I was about to walk through the doors, he stopped me and told me that I wasn't allowed to enter due to them not allowing anyone in the store. I informed him I'd be brief as I was in search of one item which I drove all the way to here. If I could've been earlier, I would have. But to say they have a policy stating that. I told him to show the policy because I've been to this store in the past and late and no one ever said anything. Now you want to say you have some imaginary policy and you won't show me this policy (because it doesn't exist). If you lock your doors at 9:55 then you in fact close and can not falsely advertise that you close at 10 when you close 5 minutes earlier. Nick was the assistant manager on duty at the whom was one telling me. All I'm saying is DO NOT advertise you close at 10 when you actually close for business at 9:55. That's called false advertisement.

We visited target on 2/4/23 and my daughter had to use the bathroomā¦ this bathroom was so disgusting it looked like it hadnāt been cleaned all day. How is it okay to have a bathroom for your customers that looks like this? Someone even left their dirty contacts on the sink, thatās not hygienic at all. Do better.

There were no cashiers. Not one register was open except for 4 self check outs. The line was long and some people had a lot of things. I would have never expected this from Target of all places! Very disappointing š

We came on a Sunday evening and needed to use one of their mobility chairs but none were charged. So we planned to come back Monday morning when they opened and hopefully weād be early enough to get a charged chair. No one had plugged them in to charge overnight. We tried calling the manager before leaving this review but they were too busy. So here we are. Weāre going to Hobby Lobby instead.

This is my local Target. I just wanted to point out/praise the attention to organization in the pillow aisle (pictued). Nice work to whomever this belongs. I was there on Friday, May 7th in the afternoon.Also, the gentleman (likely manager) that manages the lines at the front end is friendly and always does a great job.Thanks.

Horrible service. Only self checkout is open. Stood in line for a few minutes before the woman at the register tells me the lady ahead of me is her last customer. I have 1 item. šš¾ššæšš¼šš»š

I had ordered a pair of shoes online and they did not fit. When we brought them into Target The line for returns was very short, and it was so easy to return the shoes and get a new gift card so I can shop for something else.

I bought a game for pickup here on cyber Monday. When I went in to pick up the game, they gave me the wrong game for a different system and then refused to give me a refund. They only offered a store credit and offered me no way to get the actual game I offered.

I go to Target largely to shop for Lego, toys, board games, electronics, video games and books. Unfortunately, this Target has posted up pushy cell phone sales people in the area where all my interests are located. Having to shoo them away every time is extremely annoying and has put me off from shopping at this otherwise fine location. Also, the lines get extremely long and they desperately need more people manning the checkout lanes.

Target corporation has extremely terrible customer service. A unmannerable man who is a sr. guest relation specialist spoke to me very rude. He did not resolve my issue, he called me a liar, and would not let me speak to his manager after I requested. Jasper should not work in the customer service feild. Target is not fair when a mistake is made on their end. The do not check phone calls when you make a complaint about how their representatives speak to you. Multiple representatives today insulated my issue was minuscule and that I was over reacting. I am truly offended as I was misguided and misinformed by their representative. Instead of correcting the issue I was told they will use this for training purposes which leaves me high and dry. As a tip I want to inform fellow shoppers that they will tell you one thing by the phone Andre type something completely different. When you call they will only reference what the rep types in the system. If this happens to you just know they will not correct their mistake. I never thought I would say this but I suggest Amazon and WALMART shopping. Do not spend your money where you are not appreciated or respected. Target sucks.

I don't recall what I went in there for but I know actually was in there recently I I do believe I bought something and I didn't have any trouble I also use the bathroom in there which I recall was quite clean and smells heavily of lemons so it must have just been cleaned

Sorry but Iām not coming to the Waldorf target again. Whenever me or my sister go in we never have a good experience, there are always rude customers or worse rude employees. We went today and one of the female employees was standing by the door not doing anything and we walk in and immediately she says ātheir coming in here 30 minutes before closing, Iām gonna screamā, there were dozens of customers still inside and we were out within ten minutes. Just an fyi to target employees, your getting paid to work there if your gonna complain or be rude to customers, simply quit.

My go-to store for mostly everything. Store is clean and organized. Staff is pleasant and easy to find for assistance. Good sales and clearance shelves. I can never go in for 1 thing.

Carlo, oh, Carlo! My dearest dear, Carlo! I hope I have your attention now, Carlo. How inept and cheeky you were to me this evening. Friday, August 11, 2023 around 6:46-ish. Here you are, supposed to be a manager, but handled my situation with the poorest of customer care. Please know that I have reported your flippant behavior and the presumptuous behavior of the cashier/āGuest Advocateā (who purposely failed to put the receipt in my hand for fear I would attempt to snatch it from him) who called you over to us, to Targetās corporate office. I hope they reprimand you both to the fullest extent possible because Corporate confirmed exactly what I repeatedly tried to convey to you: āsystem malfunction,ā Carlo, is NOT equivalent to the declination of a Target REDcard (debit, mind you). You all are so accustomed to having to deal with classless and unrefined customers that when a decent customer comes along, you treat them like excrement due to your own biases. Both of you are unfit representations of everything Target is supposed to be. Carlo, please count your blessings because it all wouldāve gone much shoddier for you if I werenāt who I am. You need to be very careful how you treat people, Carlo, because not only are there people in this world who wouldnāt hesitate to splotch your makeup by putting their hands on you, there are also people in this world who wouldnāt hesitate to put an incantation on you oh so expeditiously, Carlo. You donāt know me, you donāt know what kind of day I had. People out here are still trying to heal from the way of the world today, yet you opted not to treat me with the decency I deserve. Lucky for you, Carlo, that I am who I am and because I am who I am, Iām not just going to shed light on the issue. Iām going to offer you a resolution for future occurrences. The next time your point of sale system/register produces a āSYSTEM MALFUNCTIONā receipt, just have the customer simply run their REDcard again so they can get their 5% and go on about their day. This shouldāve been your first resort. Today, Carlo, you definitely did NOT āblend problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concernsā as mentioned in your job description. You failed me, Carlo. You failed to read. You failed to listen. You failed to comprehend. You failed to understand. Not only were you loud and wrong in the presence of my 4- and 6-year-olds, you did NOT āmake it right for the guest while following Target policies and procedures.ā Your behavior this evening was deplorable and uncalled for. I hope you and your colleagues learn from this, Carlo, but even more so Iām looking forward to you receiving the divine intervention you so well earned this evening for the little show you put on.

When buying a digital game keep your receipt. Target employees either don't knowcir don't care enough to tell you this. Without the card us useless. I wasted $60 because of this. I will by electronics at another place where I feel the customer service and knowledge is better. Just seems it would very good customer service to let your customers know this important fact.

Service is trash. I will drive out my way to go to Brandywine before going back here.I used to always do drive up orders until one day put in a drive up order.. 6 HOURS LATER it still wasnāt ready. I called to speak to someone and when you press the number on the prompt it will just hang up. I canceled the order and replaced it with the Brandywine location a it was ready within 1 hour! Make it make senseThen today I walked in (since I will never place an online order for this location again) went to get two items. And the line was all the way to the back of the storeš³.. I did my shopping hoping it would go down but no. While walking past the registers to get in line I noticed a lady opened a line. The customer asked her a question and she had an attitude š¤Øš¤Ø. You are never suppose to show Your customers any of that. The woman behind her opted out of going to that register and told the woman behind her that she could go next because āshe didnāt want to deal with all thatā that is just crazy to me. One of your customers avoided a register because of an employee with an attitude problem and I left because I wonāt deal with such! This location will never get any of my money

There is a very annoying older aged black woman who looks like sheās maybe in her late 40s early 50s with grayish hair. She works by the self checkout station and has been constantly targeting and harassing young adults including myself. She will blatantly ignore other customers in need of help and stare blankly at the younger buyers and accuse them of not scanning everything. It has become a reoccurring issue and she needs to be checked on this. We should not feel uncomfortable to check out our own items. Stop harassing young buyers

Target in Waldorf, MD - The young man was walking to my car with my order before I even parked my car. I was fully prepared and perfectly fine with waiting a while for my order to be brought to my car seeing as though it is the holiday season, we are still in the middle of a pandemic, and Iām sure the store was very busy. The efficiency of this service was unbelievable. And the young man that brought my order to my car was very professional and pleasant. Amazing job all around!
