Every bit of this experience was awesome! The consult with visualizations and samples was perfect and they catered to our preferences and budget. We had our big jacuzzi tub and small stand up shower taken out for a huge shower and closet. The install was quick (done within 2 days) and everybody that was involved was courteous and respectful of our time and our home. Will definitely use for any future projects!

We had very positive experience with see thru window company from start to finish. Randy was great, explained the process let us decide what we wanted without any pressure. Windows were made with in the time frame he promised. The installers Tim and Joyce were very professional, Did a great job. Tommy and his partner were very nice quick and efficient. I told them that I needed my room window done first because of a work meeting later in the day and they were able to finish is before my meeting with ample time. They used tarps to not get the place messy and they used a vacuum to clean up the debris that fell. They changed 8 windows in about 5 hours.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were neat and cleaned up after they finished the job. We would recommend them to others. They only replaced the windows upstairs this time. I had See-Thru Windows perform a front door replacement. The door is of great quality, and the installation team was excellent.There are some internal documentation and sales training they need to perform. The salesperson, while professional in the tactics, felt a bit pushy, and he seemed very nervous. The salesperson made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, he almost let us buy a door that aesthetically wouldn't have been pleasing. We're lucky another internal team caught it and allowed us to correct that.After that, we waited for roughly three weeks with no contact. Then came the installation day. The team and door arrived, and the door was the wrong color we chose. Luckily the white does match well with the house, so we're not entirely unsatisfied. Due to the wrong shade of the door, however, the storm door does not match the home's aesthetic. We called them, and they agreed they would replace the door free of charge. We only had to wait a few weeks for the item to arrive.The day came, and we got a call from the office, and once again, the wrong item was ordered. They said they would reorder the correct storm door and wait a few additional weeks for the item to arrive.For the price we paid and the reviews, I was expecting better internal communication and internal documentation. I appreciate they're trying to correct their errors, but the amount of mistakes and time wasted is unsatisfactory.I hope this review will help them identify areas that need some correction.

Tim & Joyce are godsends!! They installed these doors beautifully and professionally!!! They were on time, professional and friendly. They were also fast! They came early and was done by 1:30pm. I would give them a billion stars if I could. Tim & Joyce are amazing!!! I would definitely recommend See-Thru Doors and Windows to anyone that wants the absolute best in town!! Randy , the sales manager was top notch too!! Steve and Chris did a great job on the shower installation as well!! Outstanding job guys and thanks again!!😘 😊

This is our second time receiving service from See-Thru Windows and this time we added the service of not only get some more windows replaced but also getting a door replaced. We were impressed the first time, that we came back. I didn't think they could do better, boy were we fooled. They did an amazing job ! With the door, they even made sure they had matching paint to make sure the outside went with what we ordered without being asked. Their professionalism is top tier and you don't even realize they are there. See-Thru , you definitely have a customer for life. We will be back again ! Thank you so much.

I was looking for someone to renovate my bathroom from a bath to a shower. Searched yelp and a couple other sources and decided on SEE-THRU windows. Corey arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable about house projects. Seem like he bought a 100 books in the house, Awhile, later we finally got down to the price, and decided to roll with them. A few days later, someone came through and took a few measurements. The day finally came for installation and two guys arrived a li,t bit late, but they took no time getting started. Found out they lived 3 hours away. The guys stayed until they finished and did a great job. They were polite and cleaned everything before leaving. I give SEE-THRU 4 stars. Only because the installers could have called me and told me they would be a little late. Otherwise, the process was very smooth and I recommend them.

Before and after the bathroom remodel. They removing the old tub and installing new shower. Did a great job. Down to the studs then all new upgraded waterproof wall board, new water connections to the valve. We did the rest of the upgrade including new floor, fresh paint, new toilet, new sink and all new fixtures. We couldn't be happier.

My experience with See Thru Windows was great. I called them and got a same day appointment to come out and start an estimate. Mr. Perry was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I decided to get my two sliding glass doors replaced and add a storm door to the front door. The installers came and did an outstanding job during the installation. They were prompt, 15 minutes early, and ready to work. All traits that i love! The installation was great. They did quality work and the look of these doors are tremendous. My Sale Representative, BRIAN PERRY, was punctual, knowledgeable about the product, professional, and a customer himself. After Brian's presentation, I could not make a decision... too many options. Needless to say, Brian worked with me until I had the perfect door and was happy with my choice of door, color, hardware, etc. They have security doors for every taste and style, as well as different budget options. I was highly pleased knowing I wasn't only getting a new, beautiful door, but a Security Door. There's a difference, ask for Brian Perry and he'll tell you all about it!Now, fast forward to installation day. TIM & JOYCE HOLMES showed up on-time, professional and ready to work. They were great! They worked for four hours straight on removing my old door and frame and installing my new door frame and security door. They cleaned up along the way, removing trash, sweeping and vacuuming. They're an efficient team, delivering/installing an excellent, quality product that I'm going to have and love for years to come.Thank you See Thru Windows, Door and Home Improvements for the care, craftsmanship and quality that goes into your products. This was the worst experience I ever had. It took 4 months to remodel my bathroom and it was originally suppose to only take 4 days. The owner Casey did nothing to help move the process forward. They sub contract all the work. The project manager completely redesigned the bathroom into something that was not agreed upon with the sales representative. Do not use Bath Planet/See-Thru Windows, Doors & Home Improvements to do your remodeling. I had an unprofessional experience with this company; after 1.5 hours, their salesman, Corey, refused give a price for the job. He took measurements and we picked out materials, which only took 15 minutes. He could not identify we were ready to buy. At 7:40pm when we demanded a price, because he ignored our previous price solicitations, he insulted my fiance saying she was the reason he could not finish his presentation, because she was 10 minutes late picking up our child. He was there since 6:00pm. He cared more about explaining that they were a reputable company.I have never seen a salesman turn down money, truly perplexing. He seemed nervous, so we even tried to assist him on completing his sale, connecting him to wifi when his site wouldn't load, giving him room to work, inviting him into our home.It was so odd, I wish the best for him. But for a professional job, I'm not buying from this company or their associated brands.Last but not least, I don't really appreciate anyone saying off-color substitutes for hardware stores, in particular, substituting "Lowe's" for "Blow's" in from on my child. That's not the kind of environment I want for my family.

Have constant issues with one specific window… they’ve tried to fix it before and here goes a third time. I feel the windows were not proportionate to the size of the previous windows. The quality did not change much as far as the noise and energy efficiency…idk..

Hardware that came with a door that I purchased in 2012 for $7,000+ has faded/tarnished and rusted within a one year period. Please review pictures of this untrustworthy company. Also, I did not receive door stripping as stated in my contract when the doors were installed. My experience with See Thru Windows and Doors has been a nightmare these past 3 years. I purchased the doors (Double doors) in 2012, 2013 the hardware began to fade/tarnish and rust. Several calls and visits did not get my husband and I nowhere. We were told to purchase a higher grade that we were expected to pay for. We were told the hardware, the company discontinued. We were told the hardware would not fade/tarnish. We went back and forth with them for 2 years and no results. We are losing air in the summer months and heat in the winter months which has cost our electric bill to skyrocket. At this point, I only want the stripping which is written in my contract that we are entitled too. They will not honor that. So, please if you plan to purchase a door or windows, look somewhere else. They do not honor their commitment. And my door has also began fading too.
