From setting the appointment up online, to picking her up the entire process was Easy & Delightful. She was so soft, and beautiful. I didn't need to be so specific as to how many inches to cut, I just said "Clean her Up" and they knew EXACTLY what to do. We Loved the Service and price too. Definitely will be using Petco Grooming Again..

My dogs face was not cut or his tail. The groomer stated that my dog didnt bite her but his mouth opened and she did the best she could in cutting him.

They went above and beyond to make sure my dog [his first visit] went well without any major meltdowns with him. They were so fast as well. They said it would take about 2 hours to complete his care. I was surprised I heard from, I believe she is Cristen? Groomer #9. Great experience, and I will use Petco for all of my pet needs.

I scheduled an online appointment for my miniature schnauzer to get a bath and haircut. Received an appointment reminder email the day before. I show up for the appointment and am told by the clerk that they don't have a groomer there and she doesn't know why they didn't call to tell me that. Poor customer service at this location. I will never use Petco in Waldorf, MD again. Take your business elsewhere.

Mainly, because one of the groomers called out and your staff was shorthanded. I made appointments for my 2 pets and this created being overbooked. My pets really needed to be groomed and hadn't had a haircut in 6 months (Yorkie & Shitsui). One of the young ladies said she could groomed the Yorkie. That was a lifesaver. This was my first experience with Petco's Grooming. I have no problems coming again! And I gave them a tip! Never knew about tipping either!! I guess a first time for everything!

We LOVE this location and all of the groomers. We usually have Ashante, but I don't think she is there or available anymore. I was sad but that was silly because Luna was WELL taken care of this visit! You guys are amazing!

Trying Petco's grooming service for the first time I was throughly pleased with how we were greeted. Making both my frenchie and me feel comfortable they escorted him to the back where he received the spa package and came out looking refreshed and glowing.

When I visited the store for my first time too make a appointment for my dog Edie the lady greeted me and my dog very well and when I dropped her off the next day the young lady took good care of her and when I pick her up they gave my dog a beautiful haircut, Edie was a very happy girl, I will bring her back thank you!
