I come for the dog wash and occasionally make a purchase. As a black-owned business I try to support it when I can. But also as a black-owned business it would help if you actually opened on time with the hours posted on your door and on the internet. When there are businesses around offering the same services at a lower price AND they open on time, That tells me you must not be serious about being successful. Do better

I came into the store today, and met the owner. He took the time to educate and pass knowledge on the food and ways to help my dog in long term health. All without breaking my pocket. As Iwas there other customers came in and the atmosphere was pleasant and made it so I would come back.

This is the second time we bring our dog to this place. The first time the stylist did a GREAT job but the new stylist they have is the WORST stylist I’ve seen... In the picture you can see that my dog suffered a lot. How can you call it a SPA?!... Never again!! We asked for the schnauzer’s cut not the NYC rat style...

I am NOT happy what Muttropolitan did to Kenzie hair. They were the great the last time I took Kenzie to get groomed for her birthday back in June. She looks a mess and I could have done much better. I was soooooo mad, I cried. It appears to me that she was not cut at all other then her head. We show the owner the picture. Since we didn't meet the groomer, I don't believe she ever was told. They cut the top of her hair off so now I can't put cute bows in her hair and she looks like a little boy. Now she has a mullet! And to make it worse the cut on the top of her hair is packed up and completely uneven some parts and her hair is shorter than the other. The owner was not even apologetic and was like oh well we can trim up some more tomorrow. I don't think I can trust them anymore and I rather just have a refund.

Honest opinion, the was station was spacious and the price to self wash my dog goes with market price. The only complaint I had is there was a lot of dog hair that wasn’t cleaned up around the dog wash stations. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience. Definitely going back!

Despite being a dog centric store, I was able to bring my cat there. We were on the road for three days and she didn't fare well in the carrier. The gentleman on staff there was kind and patient with my questions. All the equipment necessary to bathe your animal was on site - all you had to do was bring your animal and prepare to get a little wet. There are very few options for bathing your cat - I hope this review helps more people become aware of this facility.

I loved that they had self service grooming stations where i could bathe my princess, but for my dog, they no longer allowed me to the blow dry my dog because she is a shephard and her hair would blow all over the place.

I absolutely love this place! The owner Trey is very knowledgeable and readily shares what he knows! I take my 110 lb Rottie regularly for his bath and he climbs up the ramp with no problem! The only time I’ve gone there and the place wasn’t open was when I went on a Monday and that is the regular day to close! I am not understanding some of the negative reviews. I have always been treated with the upmost respect and receive top notch customer service.

The shop is great and the products are fantastic but on multiple occasions for 45-90 minutes there is nobody at the front and the shop is closed with no notice like gone for lunch during regular store hours.

Great place, Great people. Needed information about what kind of dog food to feed my South African Boerboel puppy. Trey (the owner) spent over 45 minutes going over choices with me. Won't go anywhere else for my pup. Thanks Trey and staff you guys are awesome.

Stopped in to flea bathe my pup after he was being super itchy. Owner was informative about their all nature flea/tick wash and also gave me a lesson in the different prescription/OTC treatments available for prevention. Very reasonably priced self washI plan to come back soon and pick his brain about natural treats and foods.

We were denied services because we have a German Shepard. So if you have a big dog that has hair I would suggest going else where. Also make you pay high prices for tiny little bottles of shampoo for large dogs.

Take my dog monthly for self wash. Always had a good experience. Owner has provided great tips/info to improve the health of my dog (and my cat at home). Will continue to support this small business.

The owner is very knowledgeable about canine nutrition. Very friendly. Excellent grooming services. They have been grooming Asta since he was 6 months and he will be 2 next month. Highly recommended.

Saw the reviews stating a great experience with the owner...we must have been there on the owner's off day. Zero customer service, and filthy. Person behind the counter was rude. We tried to ignore him...didn't help so we left. The back breaking experience of washing our dogs at home seems more rewarding at this point...

This is a small store that carries a nice variety of high quality pet foods. I have asked for special orders and they have always been able to meet my needs at a fair price. They have three dog washing stations if you need to give you dog a bath. They also have grooming services.

I'd recommend this store to any dog owner. Very friendly and helpful with a lot of knowledge. Everytime I go there I leave with good helpful information.This store also has a wide variety of the best foods (raw and kibbles) for all types of dogs.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Owner is very rude, has no customer service, and clearly has no pets. Went into the store for the first time owner sat at the register offered no greeting or assitance. He noticed I was struggling to see the pet food on the top shelf and he offered no assistance. Once I got a bag of food and was at the register my dog while sitting next to me the owner stated you have to hold the lease. Wow first words and still saw me strugglin to hold the bag and my puppy. Well no buisness of mine!!

I'm a stickler for being on time but can overlook it when staff is apologetic and professional. However, when you are late, have no apology, and are rude, perhaps a career change is in the near future. Bad service is unnacceptable period. Oh! and we won't get into the open air activities on the side of the building, that is another discussion in itself!FIRST AND LAST VISIT

After coming on here to give a great review of my experience at this store, I initially read the reviews after I went into the store. I have been going there for years now and I have never had a bad experience with the owner or any of the staff they all are great people and willing to help. I was luckily in the store shopping for both of the negative reviews and I can honestly say these people are lying because they feel the need to warn the public but only tell their inaccurate side which is a flat out lie! The woman who was struggling to get a small bag told the owner she didn't need help, she walked in like she had been there before and he was already helping me at the desk and all he did was kindly ask her to hold her leash. She proceeded to let her dog run around the store which is rude and not allowed per store rules and Maryland law. I was told that leashed pets are allowed in the store but you have to actually hold the leash, she was letting her dog just run around the store like she owned the place. And the woman who complained about the owner being rude to her for parking in front of his store but yet doing her laundry next door, mind you now it is a FIRE ZONE and says no PARKING he kindly reminded her of that and asked her to move her car she copped an attitude like he was in the wrong for asking her to move. Moral of this review is please do not read too deeply into reviews from people with hurt feelings when we have great businesses in the community that are here for us to provide the best for our pets. I ask all my fellow humans to respect these business owners and they will respect you, the staff at this store has been great to me and to everyone I have sent there so I hope this helps anyone reading these reviews.

EVERY time I've tried to use this place 10-15-20 minutes after the posted opening time and still not open. No working telephone either, so yet another wasted trip. Trying to keep money in the CP community is exhausting sometimes.
