I had the best experience after shopping when I met a cashier named Lavanda she was quite pleasant, relatable, funny, and engaging.She made my shopping experience so good. When I came into the store I had a lot in my mind and wanted to get out of there as fast as possible, when I get in her line and her beautiful personality just burst with so much positive energy, I was laughing and completely changed my whole thought process.Before I left, I had to get her name so her managers will know that she’s an awesome woman. Thank you Lavanda 😀

If I can give 0 stars I would. While shopping I have notice the girl with the pink braid being rude and nasty to other employees and customers. I’ve never been to an establishment where someone in charge could be so nasty. After that display of customer service and leadership I will never shop at Food Lion if that is how they treat customers and employees. I will be notifying corporate to let them know how horrible my experience at this location was. Food Lion is that who you choose to represent your brand?

At times there are youngsters helping me@ the grocery store they can pick up itemsall over, bring to my cart, I don't have tocheck out each aisle. One week I wasshopping alone, wanted to use self checkout, went there, decided I did not want todeal with that, a clerk saw my frustration asI turned away, offered to do it for me.I was greatly relieved. I go to this location almost daily and sometimes 2x. Generally has what I need. I’ve gotten to know the staff and they are all super helpful. I can request items not out on the floor and they ALWAYS go to the back to check. Doesn’t matter who’s department it should be, they just go take care of it. Everyone is always busy working and not standing around or missing in action. EVERYTHING is neat and in place. It has a farmer’s market vibe for me.Crab legs $6.99lb is my weak spot. I buy them all if I can.Great job Food Lion family!

05/06/24-Today, I was confronted by the store manager about my Service dog! I have a small Yorkie and she was in her sack on my hip. He told me I couldn't have her in store unless she was on a leash and walking beside me. I told him she's my Service dog and I've never had problem. I said she has right to be with me and was going to ignore him. He said their policies say that has to be on leash. I said well then I'll just shop here anymore and he said that's good! This was a manager!I was checking out their Tastycake display and not a good variety of classic pies, only saw Apple and Lemon.

Super crowded and not enough cashiers. Waited in line over 30 minutes took me only 5 to actually shop. The cashier stated it was like that every Sunday. I now know not to go on Sundays.

This place is nice . The only problem I have they no longer carry the store brand pepper jack cheese slices, but its not the local.... its headquarters 👎🏽. Otherwise I rate a 5 🖐🏽star.

I use to love this place Now !!!! They are overpriced, shelves not stocked, I have to ask for fresh veggies, and the lines are terrible. They need security 24/7 this is why folks are heading to the NEW SHOPPERS.

Man, this store was great. Neat and tidy, friendly staff. Now they've lost half of their check out lines for self checkout kiosks. Longest I've ever had to wait to checkout. Unless you're getting a few little things, have fun in line.

The entire experience was a plus. Everything was clean, well stocked, wide isles, open lines. The Customer Service lady was super friendly and helpful. The Police Officer was alert and friendly. I received assistance with the website from Victor I believe, he was a gem,and the cashier was friendly. Excellent experience, thanks Food Lion! This store is definitely worth the visit.

I really love shopping here! The location is convenient! The cashiers are friendly! The associates working on the floor are helpful! The prices are fair! It is great to have a better alternative then having to shop at Safeway or Giant! Both are extremely high and exhausting to shop at! Thanks Food Lion for being a great business in our community!

Food Lion is a great place and has a great quality to their products. When I go into food lion, sometimes their food prices are a little high, but mostly I would say that they have a great amount. Also, sometimes in Food Lion it would be so crowded on different days.

When I started patronizing this food lion about 10 years their products were great, the produce was fresh and the staff was awesome. Food Lion was 1 of my main stores I’d shop for certain products every other week. Never thought about changing. The reason I like going there was b/c of the friendly staff and great service and fresh produce. Also, they always had my favorite ice cream that’s hard to find. The reason I stopped patronizing them about 6 months ago 😔 is b/c the friendly service is gone. For ex: I’ve asked several clerks to please double bag my items, they really don’t like that. They would begin to bag my items really fast and hoping I wouldn’t see that they didn’t double bag a couple bags. Some of the looks would pouting, looking down with folded lips, flared, nose and breathing hard softly. Because I liked and was used to going to food lion when I would go I would look to avoid those clerks even if it took standing in a longer line. If those clerks were the only ones on duty, I’d leave and come back later that day or early the next day. So about 6 months I just decided not to patronize them at all

Food Lion has quality products and the prices are very reasonable, and for the items which have a higher price there almost always have a great sale on. The BOGO and coupons are consistent and makes the shopping there worth it. The items are fresh and plentiful, and if they are not available on the shelves the staff assist as often as possible. I'm never disappointed.

This is a nice Food Lion i went in a few times to pick up a few items that was wayyyy less than $100 ..."SAFEWAY"... anyways I loved the atmosphere and the staff was cool. I have a pretty good experience every time I go.

Selection and customer service good. Produce cases were noticeably dirty. Bathrooms were dirty as well, since I was there at 8am would of thought they would of been cleaned the night before, didnt seem so.

The store could be better stocked but I think that's an issue with most stores lately. I can say that the stock clerks go above and beyond their jobs. They check the back and the carts for anything we are looking for. The employees are friendly.
