Fig & Friends have treated all 3 of my dogs like family. All 3 dogs had vastly different temperaments and 2 of the 3 were rescued. Nellie the poodle had been abused and neglected. No one but Shannon could groom her. Ginger the min-pin was easy going but she was a flight-risk since she had been rescued after being loose in the community for a while. Mia the Maltipoo is adorable but super energetic. The staff at Fig & Friends have guided me every step of the way in providing the best care for my fur-babies. Mia attends daycare, is groomed & boarded at Fig & Friends. I feel blessed to have found such knowledgeable, compassionate people caring for my fur-babies.

Fig and friends was awesome. Their staff is always friendly and our dog loves going there for her grooming. I love how they listen to how we like our dog trimmed, and they go out of their way to make sure our dog is happy and looks good. This is one of our dogs favorite spots.

I truly appreciate the customer service and ease of taking my fur baby for some grooming. The location was easy to find right down the street from Walmart and is drop off and pick up style. The groomer that greeted me was very kind and gentle with Sir. He was in and out and came back with a report of good behavior. He can get anxiety but after telling her she acknowledged and handled him gently. She said he gave all the groomers licks which made me feel good as he hates Petsmart groomers. I also asked a few questions and the customer service was great! I didn’t have to wait long on paperwork. Make sure to bring your pets rabies and vaccination records for service if you’re a first timer. I will return again and recommend ☺️🐶

I have know the owners for over 20 years through the care they have given my pets (6) total. Kindness, care and compassionate about animals. Treating my pets as they would their own. This team have big hearts. The staff handle our pets with great care and attention. I have a special needs little Bichon and they go above and beyond to provide tender care for her. I am so grateful to have a place where my pups can be groomed and are safe. Thank you Fig & Friends.

Fig & Friends has a great dog groomer! The best in Waldorf with excellent prices. Make your appointments sooner than later. The staff members are attentive, friendly and gentle with the pets and their needs.2022 - Recently used the boarding service. Their staff is great and sent me photos while I was out of town.

We love this place for grooming! Our senior baby, Denver, always comes back clean, soft, and fluffy. And he absolutely loves Grant who is so gentle and sweet with him! We’re so glad we found Fig and Friends and Grant!

The BEST care ever for RileyPoo! The staff are amazing and truly care about your animal. My fury baby goes to daycare, grooming and I have boarded him twice. I’m definitely over board with the care my dog receives and they uphold the standard. Thank you Fig and Friends for your amazing care.

The staff are friendly and caring with your furry baby. They take time to listen to any specific instructions and also have a great repore with owner as well.When my little guy is ready they give a courtesy call.I really appreciate the great grooming they do and the price is very reasonable.Fig and Friends are Outstanding if comparing to the chain groomers!!

I have only had my puppy for a month and I needed to find a place to board him while I was on vacation. The Animal Human Society of Waldorf referred Figs & Friends to me and I must admit I couldn't have been more happier. The staff is amazing. They are excellent. My Benny but as I call him Ben Ben felt as though he was at home. When I came to pick up Benny, I could here the staff say No! It made me feel great. I am now going to put him in the daycare at least three days a week. They are all wonderful. I am bad with names but I do remember faces of beautiful loving people. Figs & Friends are the BEST!

They take such good care of our pup when we go out of town. They are the only boarder that we trust completely. They even text you pictures of your fur baby while in their care. She gets plenty of walks and individual playtime! When we pick her up she is worn out. Almost like she needs a vacation after her vacation, lol. Our dog gets so excited when she gets there, she's starts howling to announce her presence. When they take her to her kennel she doesn't even bother looking back to say goodbye... Highly recommended!

Shannon and her staff are absolutely amazing. By far the best groomer in the area. They treat your dogs as good as you do. Prices are outstanding as well. I come from 40 miles away because of how good they are.

This was my first time getting my cat groomed….Omg these fur lovers were so nice not only to me but tiny fur babyThey did a really good job and my cat was sooo clean and smelt so good they also cut her nailsThey are so wonderful and I highly recommend 🐈💓Also they need towel donations so even if you don’t have a fur baby you can donate a few used towels

My puppy loves going to daycare here. Every time I drop him off he is extremely excited so I take that as a good sign. Also the staff are extremely kind and you can tell they love taking care of the animals.

great staff, great prices I have been taking my animals here for years and the service is second to none. you can tell the staff love the pets as much as their owners. they have updated their process with COVID and have made it easy and seamless.

I have been twice for grooming services. Each time I had to remind them to clip my dogs nails and brush his teeth. Each time his nails weren't clipped but I paid for the service. He also didn't smell like he had be washed. Since my family is new to dog keeping maybe I'm wrong but I will try another place next time.

always take excellent care of my fur baby and are incredibly affordable for the quality of work they do. i've only had her groomed but i do plan on having her attend short-term boarding here if i ever need it.

Shannon and Brenda are the best! I used to work with them, and they have groomed my pets for over a decade. Shannon is the Pug Whisperer. Shes the only one that can cut my boy's nails.

Caring business with an efficient and friendly staff. Shannon beautifully grooms my girl once a month. I have 2 other pups that go in for routine nail clipping. Love this place!
