Need to be able to take the carts outside especially when you have a full load of items including heavy items such as water. One of the store associates responded to me in a condescending way about the sign on the door. I didn’t see the sign about the carts, mind you i am pregnant and needed assistance. Luckily one of the gentlemen carried the water for me.

Always my go to spot when I need to grab something quickly and don't feel like dealing with the crowds of larger retailers. The con is the small selection of items and brands that's when the quick trip turns into a trip for no reason, but that rarely happens 😉😁

Convenient and they have a lot of merchandise other stores don't seem to have and/or sell anymore. The lines were long, however; they have hired more people, so hopefully they will stay and make it better. The store has a high turnover for employees, one day you see them the next day you don't. I wonder why?????

Cashier was pleasant. I inquired about security asking me to leave my purse (something like a small backpack) at the front of the store. She (cashier) said I wouldn't have to leave it. Only bigger backpacks, and shopping bags of the sort.

This specific location I wish they would put a lot more pride into. There are always long lines and it doesn't seem to be a care from the employees. Although I must say I've never had a issue with the customer service.

I visited this store and asked to use the restroom. I spoke with three employees who denied me the right to use the bathroom although I explained I was pregnant with medical documentation. The store claimed they did not have working restroom facilities for their employees either! This store violated Ally’s law which requires retail establishments to allow people with certain medical conditions to access an employee restroom if no public facilities are available and they need to go. I will certainly be following up with MD civil rights commission as I have the impression this store violates state legislation HB 1183 and is a disservice to the public. I would avoid shopping anywhere with such discrimatory practices.

People said stuff all over the floors. That's y'all fault you don't put stuff back. Anyways this store is really good they are helpful, nice and never rude to their customers.

I despise this store!!! For some reason they believe to spend your money there you're obligated to turn over your personal property (backpack/bags) over to them. My 5yr old granddaughter had a small backpack purse on her back and upon entering the store a store employee made it a point to yell out "You gotta leave that backpack up here!" NEGATIVE! you didn't buy it and I'm not giving it to you. Always long lines & the store is ALWAYS a mess with carts of merchandise in the aisles, the shelves never have items that are supposed to be on sale, I asked the manager for an advertised sale product Tide laundry detergent free & clear and she said "We don't sell it" I was going to purchase several plastic totes advertised for $5 but couldn't find the lids, so I said can I purchase them at a discounted price without the lids the manager said "No they're $5, people don't make no sense coming over here making a mess and taking all the lids! I had a large purchase and didn't realize until I got home that the cashier hadn't given me all I purchased and I called back just as they were closing to let them know and I'd be there in the morning, I went to the store with my receipt explained what was missing only to be told by the manager she had to review security footage to see if the cashier didn't give me my items and after roughly 30 minutes with my reciept in hand she says "You can go ahead and get the same thing" I told her you act like you had to prove I didn't steal after the cashier had confirmed the item was behind the counter when the store closed and was put back on the floor. They blast gospel music daily like it's Sunday morning at a Baptist church assuming everyone coming in there is religious.They are rude especially every manager they have had and the cashiers all seem brain damaged, This location is so ratchet, I feel the need to avoid unless absolutely a last resort for shopping.

Today, I purchased discounted Christmas decorations and New Year Eve items for a $1. WOW Also, their employees are very friendly and helpful. ☺

Family Dollar is and shall always be my favorite store when I need to get something quick. Love this store and hope others give them a chance.

If you come early in the morning they will not break change. Cash back on debt cards have a fee were as other local stores provide this service for free.

The clientele in the store was acceptable but you couldn't push a basket or walk through the aisles because they were so littered with merchandise thrown all over the floor the entire place was a mess and trashy

The staff for the most part is nice, store is often messy.Don't try to buy smokes after 7:00 p.m., they lock the cabinet.

This store is a trip and fall hazard if you walk with a cane as I do. The store is always in a shamble. To add their prices tend to be higher than Wal-Mart.
