The Dollar Tree next to Aldi is more organized than this one. But sometimes it's worth going to this one just to see if they have something cool that the other one doesn't have.My rating is partially because the axe throwing place next door has made it very annoying to shop here! There are constant loud banging/thumping noises like they're going to throw the axes through the wall! It's annoying for people with sensory issues like autism and ADHD.

I love the Dollar Tree… I can always find what I want or need… If I can’t find what I’m looking for…I will ask a sale person and they will tell where it is … an they will take me to the right place…

The variety available in the store was sufficient. The checkout process was very slow due to only one register being open. The only other visible employee decided to open another register after I had stood in line for about 10 minutes; which defeated the purpose and didn't improve my waiting time.If at all possible, I wouldn't visit this Dollar Tree again in the future.

The store is really a HOT mess and needs a huge overhaul. Restock shelves neatly, put things in its place so that everyone can have a good shopping experience. Not enough registers open so the lines are all the way down the aisle. Would love to see an improvement.

The customer service is lacking. The manager with the green hair doesn't speak to customers, instead holds conversations with the other female cashiers, one who stood behind her while at the register. She talks over our head to her coworker, drinks at her register. She just her back to a senior as she answered the woman's question, after she took a drink of bottled water. I literally hate going to her register, she is rude, and is a poor representation of Dollar Tree. Provide her with management, customer service, and professional etiquette training. Being rude isn't attractive, and poor customer service isn't either! I'll take my $$ elsewhere from now on, and advise my family and friends to do the SAME! Whoever trained her, should visit the store undercover!!

Cashier Clarence had great customer service he was very kind and happy and looked like he takes pride in his job!Also this store had a great selection of items with stocked shelves and the store seemed clean! Great dollar tree I've been to a few and this one is one ill be shopping at !

This trip was a good shopping experience. The shelves were full and neatly arranged. This location was well stocked with the pet waste bags I couldn't buy at my local Indian Head location. Only negative was when the cashier put the toilet bowl cleaner in the same bag with food items. Seriously?!

This was my first visit to this store. I found the clerk's and cashier's friendly and helpful. I was looking for coffee pods, I was told and shown where they were. At checkout my cashier was personality plus. She greeted every one, engaged the children in conversation and asked if you found what you were searching for. My travels don't often take me in that direction often but I am glad it did today.

I think they do a good job on keeping this Dollar Tree stocked and clean. Sometimes the line runs long, so you just have to be savvy about the times you go.

Pleasantly surprised about how nice this store is..clean organized and had what it you need and then some. Staff are friendly. Plus everything is $1!!Snack section is great even has healthy items. Definitely shopping here more often to save money.

Wish I could rate inside the store itself but after 2 long trips from my location to theirs, I never got inside. They were to open on a Thursday and to avoid the mad rush, I visited them on Friday evening except, the sign on the door stated their opening was now on Saturday at 9am. Arriving at 8:15 to be sure to get prime opportunity at my goal item, at around 8:35, management replaced the opening at 9am sign to read, opening at 1pm!! My drive is 40 minutes only to once again have to return home empty handed..not because my item wasn't available but the store was still not open. Poor first impressions. It was reported the opening did happen later in the afternoon to a line similar to Black Friday. Won't be going back. They are entirely too far to now not bother.

Took forever to find. Store is NOT where gps places it. Street address is correct, but zip code is not. Should be 20601. Store is in the Big Lots / Papa John’s shopping center right off Mall & Smallwood. Right next to Rainbows. Nice store, friendly staff. A bit messy - actually stuff is laying all over the place, but that could be because it is so close to Christmas they can’t keep up. Manager opened up another line when he saw people waiting. That was nice. They had what I was looking for. 👍🏼

Good "go to" spot for teachers, parents of school-aged students, and students doing projects.Staff could be friendlier and more delicate with Senior citizens. Store is always well stocked and far neater than neighboring Dollar franchises.Also, great to see how they reach out to continually employ and promote our area youth.

It's a good store to shop at I mean everything's a Dollar but they need to restock their sodas more, there's always a mess on the floor due to 1 of their refrigerating units, there used to be like 50 carts for shoppers now every time I go there I find like 5 carts outside,10 inside the store filled full of merchandise just laying around not even put on the shelf yet and the rest just disappeared like there's only 5 left all together and there's no air conditioner whatsoever so all the chocolates basically melted

This is the only Dollar store I have found in Waldorf. The store employees are nice and friendly however they always seem so over worked.The shelves are often not as well stocked as they should be but that goes back to store not keeping enough staff on shifts.Also they have VERY FEW carts here management should really get more. I have often left for this reason.

This Is One Of My Favorite Dollar Trees In The DC Area Because It Has A Great Selection Of Things Including Their Snack Zone At The Front Of The Store With Their Gourmet Coffee Cakes, Tastykakes, Chips, Popcorn And Some Other Snacks In This Store There's Also Drinks In The Snack Zone Refrigerators With Some Juice, Some Some And Maybe Some Water And They Also Have Some Ice Cream Treats In Their Mini Freezer. 💲🌳🛒

This is the best Dollar Tree in the area. It's the largest and it's the cleanest and most organized. You can find almost anything you need for a $1 including cleaning supplies and hair products as well as decorations for the home. You'll love it!

Great variety but lines are usually very very long and more than once I have gotten rung up for more that I actually buy. Watch the scan count- I brought home 17 items but got charged for 19.

The employees seem nice and the store is clean (if a little aged as dollar stores can be after a while). There's a lot of different stuff and most of it makes perfect sense to buy here rather than elsewhere. I still shop at Aldi or Wal-Mart for certain canned goods and items I can get more of for only a little more money. They are making a mint off of me in cheap headphones that break in about a month.. I'm on my eighth pair.The lines can be pretty long.. especially if the few cashiers are busy needing to help a customer with party supplies like balloons that need air or the like. Shopping in the evening can be brutal if you only need a few things and you're trying to make a quick trip. Plan ahead.

This Dollar Tree is located as part of a shopping center. Probably the most cleanest and well stocked Dollar Tree i have ever been. Even during popular peak seasons, they still hold it together. Plenty of free parking and off of Smallwood Drive.

Tons of items in the store. They usually have the best Christmas wrapping paper for a dollar. They have the coke glasses in clear, blue and green. The mug glasses are the best and come in different sizes. A great place to check out.

As a handicap male in need of having to use the Restroom, I was denied! I always come to this dollar store and spend 20$ or more! Never have I’ve ever been denied for the use of their restroom till today! After asking may I use their restroom, I was instructed to use the one at Burger King ( across the street) if I needed the restroom! I will continue to shop here but some places/ people should be consideration of people’s needs!

I enjoy coming here.Everything is always fully stocked and not all over the place.Everybody there is cool.Other than the floor looks like it needs to be stripped/waxed keep doing what you're doing.
