Recently had a cashier stop and charge my credit card $.10 for one single paper bag. After spending $75.00 and buying 3 paper bags. She actually had me return to pay the additional .10 cents.My second time, I was expected to bag my OWN groceries.Weiss. you have lost my business.

I enjoy shopping here. It's like a family grocery store and I love the holiday activities they have for the kids. There's a few familiar faces at each holiday activity. They are so enthusiastic and joyful and I really appreciate it, especially Miss Lady in Pink!

This is a nice store. I like grocery shopping here but lately, every time i shop in the mornings at Weis, there is no one there to ring customers up. If I have a cart full of groceries it's crazy that I have to go to the self check out which takes longer and the self check keeps having a bunch errors. Please reconsider having more cashiers.

Staff is friendly and the store is clean. Prices are decent. I am new to Weis so I still have alot to learn but I was pleased with my trip, the cost and the food we purchased.

Best grocery store in the area. Store is always cleaned and stocked. Certain items that I love, can only/always be found here. Employees are very nice.

The shopping experience was great! All the employees are so friendly and courteous! Even the guy collecting the shopping carts outside! I definitely will be back tomorrow for the Friday Specials! On Tuesdays thwy have 10% off for seniors! Love this place!

Love Weiss watch your receipt!! I purchased a 5 lb bag of chicken parts the sale was buy one and get one free it was $9.99 for one get the other free but I was charged for them both!! I went to the service desk and had no problem getting my $9.99 back. They don't have enough registers open

On November 7, I stopped by to pick up some steaks that were on sale. The butcher was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was very efficient.The high level of service I received it's not typical of most grocery stores today. I would have given five stars if the cashier had been as friendly.

I just recently joined Weis Club and as a new member/shopper I was pleasantly surprised. The store is very neat and clean. The meat department - selections were top notch!! Another thing that git my attention. Each department whether the veggies, meats, seafood had an abundant selection. I've been in other Weis supermarket and vowed never to return. But not here, the employess were beyond helpful, I had already had groceries rung up and was ready to check out..the associate asked if I had a Weis card, I did not. I said I can do it next time, I told her I didnt want to hold up her line. She insisted. She directed me to the customer service counter and I registered for a card, I got back to her register. She asked if I was a veteran. I am she said on certain days you get that discount in addition to using the Weis card. Then she explained how to get even more discounts from calling the number on the receipt and taking a survey. All in all like I said pleasantly surprised, found all I was looking for, have tried a few of the Weis Brand products and found them very comparable. This is now definitely my go to store for groceries as I have noticed a blatant increase in food items in other grocery store!

Didn’t appreciate being followed around the store. I’m in my work uniform with my name clearly displayed and they followed me all the way to the register. As I’m putting my groceries on the cash register the lady as well as another cashier (not the cashier that was ringing me up who was rude by the way) just watching as if I’m stealing. Proud of myself for holding my composure but won’t be so nice next time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Decent store, but deli was closed at 5pm on a Friday. Seriously?! Other customers were not happy either and turned around and walked out of the store.

We were debating between Weis and Giant as a stop to grab some food for a small picnic, and picked Weis because Giant has never been a favorite. We ended up regretting our choice because so many things at Weis were low quality.For example, there were 10 different kinds of American cheese in the deli counter, and not much else in the way of choice. I asked for cheddar assuming they had some, and ended up receiving yellow American cheese (a fact we didn't realize until we were eating).The staff were very friendly, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars.

Only 2 registers opened( full service and 12 or less). The self service register(only 3) had 1 down, 1 with issues and the other one had 2 people working on a "FULL" cart of sodas, water and luncheon meats. This store had the man power but chose not to use it. To the store: If you want to avoid lines and unhappy customers, open another register (or 2) to show your customers you care about giving them good customer service.

I love this place!! Every time I go here the staff makes you feel welcome. I needed a cake made by the next morning and the bakery manager said she'd stay late to make sure it was done. This is customer service! Giant is across the street and never do you get this type of service.

I used to love this store. It was well maintained, the shelves were well stocked and the associate were helpful and friendly. They recently hired all new people. They don't have what I go there for and there specials are never on the shelf. I can't seem to get anyone to help me find what I need.Very disappointed.

I like going here to get chicken for my dog. They normally have really good prices and I've had no issues while in the store. And it is clean. The staff is VERY friendly. Love this location

Relatively fair prices comparedto other stores like Giant. Don’t forget about the military discount (10%) Thursdays. Just got that piece of advice recently as anything helps save a buck.
