The best dollar tree I've been to yet. Clean store, so many items. The employees are amazing and the manager Ms Nicole is the most friendliest and helpful person I've met in management. I will be visiting here on a regular basis. You wont be disappointed.

I left the store pretty upset with how I heard the manager and employee there today speaking to customers. I couldn’t believe it. Just like others have said, when people don’t seem to like their job, it shows. My least favorite Dollar Tree I’ve been to, and I’ve been to plenty. Very condescending tone used for no reason.

It's 9:30 on Superbowl Sunday. The lights are on and the doors are locked when everything says that this store should be open. Someone should've been there to open the door.

Question: why are the shelves so bare?Answer: because all the products are still in boxes that are cluttering aisles.I asked someone who appeared to be a manager, where I could find an item; she gave a sarcastic, useless reply.When employees don't like their jobs, and/or when management sucks, it shows. This store's condition and the attitude of employees are indicative of this.Avoid this place if possible.

Every time I come to this location it's a wreck. Shelves are not stocked. Boxes are everywhere. I feel bad that whoever the manager is not getting good help. This makes me want to get a job there to help. I'm just wondering, don't they have people come in from Corporate and check in on the that location? If not, they should. Holy crud! Also, pull a good employee from one location if able so they can help. Man! Good luck!

I just was here today and I have to say what an amazing place. I've been a few times but I wanted to make sure before I wrote a review what my thoughts were. AMAZING! The store manager is great and there were 2 girls, one with red hair and another with curly hair and they were so nice and helpful. If the store seems like there is alot of boxes from what I heard it is corporate not allowing hours for the employees to work. This is everywhere.Great place, best in the area.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This place is absolutely horrible! They had a manager there that was GREAT, but when she left, the place started going downhill. The place has boxes and items all over the isles, shelves aren’t stocked, and you’ll never see more than two employees in there at any given time! They now have a new Manager there, I’ll call her Ms. Blue. She’s very rude and disrespectful, and doesn’t know how to talk to the same customers that pay her salary! I would NEVER shop there again!

This store is usually well stocked compared to other Dollar trees. The customer service isn’t great (expected) but usually isn’t terrible. To the light skin lady/girl with the curly ponytail working the register, it wouldn’t hurt to greet the customers coming through your line. I know you would probably rather go back into the little security room and curse and talk bad about customers loudly, not realizing, (or maybe you did and didn’t care) that other shoppers can hear you. But it would be nice for you to not have an attitude because you had to get off your arse and ring up the 2 items I had and the 3 the person behind me had. Do better.

Very bad service the manager there is very inexperienced very disrespectful very combative has poor leadership and management skills I was shopping there and I went to grab a paper bag and she refused to check me out because she said I wasn't allowed to grab a paper bag

This place is awful. The cashier's act as if you're bothering them. They don't greet you and when you greet them they barely respond. The store is in constant disarray. Boxes in the middle of the aisles as well as merchandise all over the floor. Employees standing around talking about other employees. I have even heard two managers in the open booth cussing and arguing about what each other's responsibility is. Maybe the employees should spend their time trying to make the store presentable.

Considering it was a Saturday not so bad. But many shelves empty and boxes of stock sitting on floor. I'm guessing they need more help. Cashier was friendly. No line.

I would love to give this store 5 stars for the cleanliness, and well stocked. However, the management and cashiers are horrible. The Manager, who is a young AA is rude, and fusses back with the customers when you ask him to open another register. The cashiers have absolutely no customer service skills. There are no “hello’s, and “thank you’s” here. The staff seem upset that you even came in there to support their paychecks! This has happened many times! Absolutely horrible!

Irma is the WORST TEAM PLAYER!! Just left a few minutes ago and it was so sad how she left the cashier (Creek) alone to handle a long....line of customers. I knocked on the office to say the cashier needed assistance and she said she was busy. I asked who was the General Manager and she said Garvin and she didn't know the last name. To get it off my receipt. She said it did not matter cause he is leaving. WhT a b..tch. The lines are the worst every time I come, which is not often. Poor management.

My husband and I was just there and the store is upside down!! Merchandise on the floor, floors too cluttered to sweep. Cashiers NASTY. I won't go back.
