Got to experience flood zone for the first time on Friday afternoon with my oldest son. Nice little country drive. Heard great things and I was not disappointed. Very nice little shopping area near the entrance. Open taproom area and ample open seating. New addition is being worked on right now for more room and storage area to increase brewing. It was raining so I couldn’t enjoy sitting outside near the creek. New outside covered stage/ pavilion allows for live music. I ordered a flight of craft beers and food, which came out in nice little cardboard boxes. Will definitely be going back with family again. Pet friendly and handicap accessible.

The management and catering staff at Floodzone is the BEST, bar none! Planning felt easy and straight forward, while the day itself exceeded any and all expectation. Service was personable and food was delicious. My friends and family could not stop complimenting how effortless, enjoyable, and comfortable the event was for all who attended. I can not stop recommending their establishment - whether for a party or just for a tasty afternoon beer and snack! 🍻 Can’t beat a beer by the creek!

Stopped for a drink and fell in love with the location and how much of an outdoor space they have! The marketplace is a cool little area that sells food, baked goods, home decor and much more. The brewery itself is really cool and has great beer and seltzer selections. Definitely will return!

Turned up expecting something small and it's quite a big place. It's well organized but takes a little working out for a newby. Lots of outside end external space for patrons and dogs. Food was good - bacon burger and I will come back to try more. I bought beer to drink later. The route to-from the place is great as well. I am looking forward to taking my motorbike next time as it's prime biking country.

I love this place. I come with my parents any time I'm in town. A great crowd, great live music, and great food. I'd recommend anyone in the Frederick area come and check Flood Zone out

Super fun place to hang in Union Bridge, MD. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and had a great time. The weather was slightly overcast and cool, so it wasn't too crowded. Our local friend said that it can fill up. They have an incredible outdoor space. Very well maintained and innovative. They had live music which was also great. For me, the beer has some room to improve. Though there were 2 that I really enjoyed. The food is pretty good. The flatbreads were the standout items. The staff was friendly. Will definitely visit again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Flood Zone. With all the ample outdoor seating, we always felt safe. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The beer was good and the food was tasty. It was a bit of a hike for us to get up here but we would definitely come back.

Great spot to spend a Friday Happy Hour with friends. Lots of beer choices ( a flight helped narrow the decision!) plus lots of good food options, including some specials. The Flatbreads are good, although the sweet is a little on the sweet side, but the portion and price were excellent.Service was excellent and I'd definitely come back.

Great beer and seltzer and unique indoor/outdoor atmosphere next to bubbling stream in historic town of Union Bridge. Well worth the scenic drive. Try the sweet potato beer!

Like a one eyed squirrel, it's wonderfully charming with an interesting story beneath the surface. Plenty of the doors of all varieties, both in and out. Food that tastes way more expensive than it costs.

Man did this place have it all. I got great craft beer in the AC . Got to meet great people . Went out back and got a great experience with the backyard they had . It was decked out! Beautiful! I wish I lived closer so I could go daily .

Great place for an evening out with friends or just date night with your honey! Awesome outdoor space and the live music is always enjoyable. Saw Drop Dead Dangerous last night.... they were incredible! We will be watching for them to come back.

Drove way up from MoCo to see a Dead cover band, that was great, but absolutely fell in love with the vibe of the Flood Zone. There were tons of seating both inside and in the large attractive beer garden. Didn’t get to eat but all the food I saw looked good. Both beers I had were refreshing and enjoyable. Service was good and pleasant even though the place was jammed (had to park three blocks away!)

Was there to see the famous singer, Nelson Cade III from NBC's The Voice! He was fantastic! The service from Hadley and the owners were top notch! We had two flights of their micro brewed beers (8 of the 12)... Winner Winter Ale!!! The brisket flatbread and nachos were packed with flavor and the meat melted in your mouth. The space they have at this venue is Very covid- friendly and they have warmers, fire places and outdoor heaters... So weather shouldn't keep you from coming out to have a good and safe time! We will be back, as it's on 38miles from Baltimore!!

I wish I could give this place 1000 stars. We had an engagement party for our daughter there yesterday. Mike and Tim and staff were amazing. From start to finish, they went well above any expectations during the planning, as well as at the event itself.. And the food was amazing!! Beyond the event planning, the space has the perfect atmosphere for everyone (including dogs and families!).

The best beers in the area. Would be 5 stars if it hadn't turned into a daycare over the past couple of years. There are more infants and toddlers there than adults.

Came here today with the Corvette club- what a fun place. Good food, good drinks: beer and wine, a live band, warmth, ( cozy fire place) outdoor games. ( Ping pong, chess, corn on hole toss)This was our first time here and we were sorry to leave but had a long drive home. This is a great family oriented, friends gathering kind of place. We'll be back!

Absolutely love it here. We came for the first time a few weeks ago and had so much fun. We were able to sit and visit with some family and friends while our kiddos (3, 6 & 7) played. The food was delicious and the store was quaint with all kinds of treasures. You MUST try the ice cream sandwiches. They're amazing. Super excited to have something like this in Union Bridge. We'll definitely be back.
