I cannot say enough good things about Tacaro! My husband and I came here for a few nights on our mini-moon and had the most fantastic stay. The Rose suite was comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast each morning was delicious and luxurious, and Luciano and Susan went above and beyond to make our stay extremely special! They were kind, welcoming, accommodating, and quick to respond - everything you could ask for in a host. We are looking forward to returning and would recommend Tacaro to anyone looking for a peaceful, special get away.

Our wedding on 10/14/23 at Tacaro was everything we hoped for! Our family and bridal party all stayed at the house for the weekend and we had access to the whole mansion. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and I can’t speak highly enough about the staff that work at the Inn and made us coffee every morning. Our favorite part was waking up at sunrise and enjoying our coffee with the amazing view. Due to the rain we had to have our ceremony under the tent, but the day was perfect and we still took advantage of all the photo opportunities even in the rain. The property is breathtaking and we can’t wait to be back for a visit!

Our wedding on 11/11/23 was absolutely incredible! We had the most amazing time celebrating with our 75 guests at the reception. Everything went perfectly and it was so special to be the first couple to have a reception inside. We actually met the owners of Tacaro in 2021 when they first bought the place, and it has been such a joy to see their hard work pay off and watch Tacaro become the incredible venue it is today. We are truly grateful to have become such close friends with the owners; they are such a lovely, down-to-earth couple.Rooms: The beds at Tacaro are seriously so comfortable! We recently had our family and friends staying with us for the wedding weekend, and let me tell you, they were all blown away by how amazing the accommodations were. Every room is top-notch.Food & drinks: The breakfast was delicious each morning. The chef is an absolute genius in the kitchen and knows exactly how to make the mornings brighter with her culinary skills!

Stayed here with my daughter and a few friends for her sweet 16 mini-getaway. All of us were stunned by the beauty of this restored mansion and the grounds. The hosts were very professional and lovely; afternoon cookies and morning breakfast were both delicious.Rooms: Very well appointed rooms and common areas with period pieces mixed in, beautiful chandeliers and modern conveniences.Nearby activities: Close to small bay towns of Deale and North Beach with great restaurants and antique/thrift shopping.

I visited Tacaro for a beautiful birthday party. We walked through the yard and up the driveway to the estate. Everything was so well kept. Once inside, we were blown away by how beautiful it was - even the bathrooms were gorgeous with the vintage style of the past.The party was held downstairs in the speak easy bar. Everyone has a fantastic time. The venue even had a Spanish band playing music. When you wanted to get away for a private conversation, we just went into the main lobby and sat on the settees. It was perfect!If I was not already married, I would definitely tie the knot here.Who knows, maybe if we will renew our vows, we will do it here at Tacaro. The venue is perfect and the location is beautiful.Food & drinks: The birthday event was catered. We enjoyed some Mexican food and finger food. The evening finished with a beautiful layered Strawberry cake. I wish I could order the cake for my private parties at home.

I had a friend get married here recently and wanted to arrange for champagne to her suite on the big day. I called Tacaro and Luciano VERY graciously offered to run by a store to purchase said champagne - even texted pics to make sure I liked what he had selected. Then he made sure to deliver as requested with a note. This was all above & beyond customer service so I have no doubt guests at the estate are treated fantastically! Thank you, Luciano!

My husband and I were married at Tacaro on May 28, 2023. Our wedding party stayed with us at the estate for two nights. It could not have been any better. We were delighted to spend unhurried time with our family and friends at the estate leading up to our wedding. The rooms were stunning, each unique in their own way. Our guests told us that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. The owners Susan and Luciano are a delight. They are both so helpful and accommodating. We plan to remain connected to them and visit Tacaro for our anniversaries in the future. We had our rehearsal dinner on the property and didn't leave the property all weekend. It was the perfect stress free environment that I wanted for our wedding weekend. I wish we could do it all over again in slow motion. Katie, the venue coordinator, was my day of coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly. I am so grateful to her, Susan and Luciano for making all my wedding dreams come true. I cannot recommend Tacaro enough.

Next time we hope to make use of the outdoor pool & spa.We can’t wait to return.Rooms: Large Victorian feel. No central AC, but they put a portable AC unit in our room in the Summer.Noteworthy details: Very, very, very relaxing & hospitable.

Wow, what a great inn, I was truly blown away by several details and features of the inn from the drive in on the beautiful back roads to the wonderful drive way that shuttles you by a charming guest house, and horses grazing on grass to my right and a gorgeous pool to the left will have you feeling at ease but also very excited to check out such a beautifully maintained estate. When we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful staff that showed us up to our wing.When entering the Carolina suite you are immediately transported to a world of luxury and comfort and a massive amount of square footage to say the least. The views from the window in the front of the room teases a perfect view of the pool which makes one want to jump in your vacation swimsuit and take a dip. On the other side of the room is a beautiful balcony overlooking the backyard and more of the estate. But that’s not it yet another room that has wonderful built in closets and cabinetry that you just don’t see in modern homes. Then a wonderful spacious thoughtful bathroom with portable air conditioners in each room they make it feel incredibly comfortable in the summer heat.The smell of coffee and a lavish spread of a breakfast that could be called a feast is available when you wake up. All meals are prepared and made for you and let me just one feels like royalty having this all planned for you one can truly enjoy the whole experience of Tacaro Estates. If you are lucky enough to wonder about the magical grounds of the estate you can explore and find barns and other charming buildings on the estate. Also the estate has views of the Chesapeake bay and sail boats floating on by and is In walking distance to the shore.The nighttime at Tacoco Estates escalates with bursts of fireflies floating around stargazing which feel like you are looking thru a telescope, I enjoyed going in the hot tub and going for evening swims In the pool which is lit up with such great lights. I would recommend this to anyone from Families to younger and older couples as well.

Old world style and charm. Susan and Luca have perfect taste and absolute love for what they have created. This is their dream realized. Every detail is thought out and the warmth and love of the staff seems like family. Oh I mean they made me feel like I was part of their family. The new chef was so horrified no one had told her I was gluten free. But somehow mysterious the day date there were more options than I could ever eat. She even made me a gluten free bagel for the drive back to DC. YumRooms: Each room was individually decorated with balance and charm.Walkability: We walk the stables . Then down to the bay it felt like we were in our own world.Noteworthy details: Pool pool pool !! Did I mention the pool. Beautiful breakfast buffetBeautiful outdoor dinner.Beautiful fireplacesBeautiful views!

Tacaro is truly a magical place that anyone would be lucky to stay in! The grounds are filled with beautiful interesting details on the sprawling 74 acres and the mansion itself has been redone to perfection (keeping the historical charm with modern finishes). On top of all that you couldn’t possibly ask for sweeter and kinder folks than the owners and management. They paid attention to every detail of our stay and even surprised us with a gourmet breakfast from the private chef! We’re already looking forward to going back!

Amazing location overlooking Chesapeake Bay! Rooms were spacious and cozy with robes and slippers provided. Plenty of closet space to really feel like home away from home. We stayed in the Caroline suite and I still can’t believe the views!The estate and the pool are breathtaking. The location and energy really helps a busy mind relax. I can’t believe how close we were to DC, but you really feel like you’re in another world.The staff and owners are absolutely incredible and the highlight of the Tacaro. They make you feel at home and like family. Waking up to breakfast and coffee every morning was so nice! Can’t wait for another stay.

We got married at Tacaro Estate on 10/15/2022 and it was an absolute dream! My husband and I are both Anne Arundel County natives and have known about this property for years. When the possibility of getting married at Tacaro became a reality, we were over the moon! Susan and Luciano are incredibly gracious and welcoming hosts. They answered all questions and were very communicative. They worked with us and our coordinator to make sure the day ran smooth. The estate house was built in the 40’s and the detail and brick work around the property is truly stunning. On top of all that you have views of the bay from the ceremony spot and front lawn! There isn’t a bad place to take photos. The rooms in the house are all beautifully decorated with their own themes, and each bedroom is very spacious. It was the perfect place for my girls and I to get ready and enjoy the hours leading up to the ceremony. Our guests couldn’t stop gushing about how gorgeous everything was. I was 7 months pregnant on top of everything and love that we will have those memories at Tacaro to share with our daughter. We had beautiful weather and the day truly was perfect.We also were fortunate enough to host our baby shower here in early November 2022, again with amazing weather and views. The property truly is a gem and is great for entertaining of any kind. We couldn't recommend Tacaro Estate enough to anyone looking for a one of a kind event venue!

Tacaro Estate is a little slice of heaven. The serene fields encompassing the stately property make your stay peaceful and soothing. Looking out to Chesapeake Bay at Dawn brings a sense of calm. Walking the property and exploring the stables was one of the best parts of my stay.Susan and Lucianno are extraordinarily accommodating and made my stay one that I look forward to repeating.

I was able to attend the recent launch party at Tacaro Estate that was planned by IMPACT Collective. The property is incredibly beautiful and interesting. Not only is the exterior gorgeous- with views of the water and expansive lawns- but the interior is just as captivating. Every room inside has a different aesthetic but still manages to feel like one cohesive whole. I could’ve spent hours just looking through every room, taking in all of the small details and design choices.It’s easy to tell how much love and care the owners have for the property. The house feels very welcoming, as if you were walking into your friend’s house. On top of that, the property has so much potential and could accommodate what feels like any event. Being there made my imagination go crazy thinking about what my own wedding could like at Tacaro Estate.

I had the pleasure of getting married here this past weekend and it was amazing. It’s truly an amazing property. It feels like a magical land far away from maryland in the best way. So much to explore on the property. Our entire wedding party stayed in the house and we had a blast. The speakeasy is amazing for an after party. We also had our rehearsal dinner there in the dinning room. I can’t put into words how special the property is. It’s truly a magical place. Highly recommend checking it out!!! We will be coming back for our anniversary!!!

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. Luca Luciano gave us warmed welcome. We stayed in Caroline's Suite. The master bedroom was very spacious as well as clean and polished as described in the website. The private terrace was also nicely organized with chairs. The scenic view from the terrace was so nice and refreshing. The view of the great lawn from our windows was so charming. At night, we loved to spend our time in front of the fireplace. The room was so artistically decorated. The king bed was very comfortbale. The restroom was well organized. In the next morning, Luciano and Susan wished us for anniversary with fresh flowers. In the morning, we had expericend a fine-dining breakfast during our stay. My wife and I wanted to mentioned about their freshly baked croissants with blueberry jam. The french omelets, pacakes and avocado toast were also delicious and freshly cooked from the kitchen. My wife is a picky eater but she ate everything! Both Susan and Luciano is very personable and made us feel loved and welcomed. We felt so homely. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. We loved the way both of our host treated us.There are some nice restaurents near this inn. We tried couple of them and loved their food also specially Baiya-italian restaurent suggested by Luciano. We found nice antique and boutique shops to visit during our stay. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay here. If any couple or group are looking for a nice getaway far from urban crowd with fresh air and homemade food; I would highly recommend this inn.

Rooms: Every room in the inn was beautifully furnished and comfortable.The bedrooms had all you need: robes, slippers, air conditioning......very comfortsble beds and high quality linens and pillows.Nearby activities: Short drive through beautiful lush forests to Annapolis.The pool and jacuzzi on the front lawn were clean, sparkling and a fun place to chat snd get to know other guests. Also walking the property was a treat: brick barns, horses, and trails.Food & drinks: The food was delicious. Every meal was a treat. The pastry chef was very talented. The kitchen staff were so sweet, polite, sincere and eager to please.Noteworthy details: Beautiful chandrliers in every room, including bedrooms. Gorgeous views out of every window, including Chesapeake Bay with white sailboats sailing by all day.
