I went today to shop and return aAmazon package. I didn't feel comfortable at check out the cashier stood to close while I checked out. Never felt uncomfortable before in any of the other locations at Harbor East or Smith Avenue. I won't return and plan on seeing how others feel when they shop at Towson location

My very first time in this store today at about 10am was okay until I went to go checkout at self checkout. I had my own reusable bags folded up in a small cart ready to check myself out. I had about 20-30 items. As I started scanning my items two employees came placed themselves next to my cart and stood leaning on a store pillar about 2 feet away from the kiosk (very tight area) and watched me check my items out the entire time. As a commuter student a who attends Towson and drove out on a Sunday to buy items for my family I felt so uncomfortable. I do not steal, I’m an honest person and I don’t need to be monitored as I check myself out buying food for my family!!!! I’ve been to the East Harbor location many times and have never felt this way. I won’t be back to the Towson location again, this ruined my entire day.

I love this location and frequent often. Besides being a very clean and beautiful building, they have some great offerings. I shop for quality so I don’t mind spending a few extra dollars for nutritious food. My health is priceless! Besides, the overall atmosphere feels classy with customers who know how to talk and act (no shade, just facts!!!). I stop at their coffee bar and then make my way around the store. I love the produce and can’t leave without my guilty pleasure—the brown butter chocolate chip cookies 🍪! I have to travel here since I don’t live in the Towson area, but it’s well worth it!

I passed this many times thinking that I would like to visit, but never saw an entrance. Then, one day, I stumbled upon it, as I left another eatery. The entrance is not on York Road; it is on the opposite side where the parking garage is also located. Carts are always available upon entry, and it is very clean. Today I had to return an Amazon package. Though the return center is on the 2nd floor, one must push the 3rd floor elevator button to get there (which is appropriately labeled). My return took 2 minutes max, and was done with a smile! Patrons can also take the escalator inside the store to the 2nd level. The 2nd floor has a TV, video games, restrooms, and plenty of places to eat. Downstairs is where all the food and carts (even motorized carts for the disabled) are located. They also have a very small self-checkout line. What I think could improve is the variety. They don't have as many options as the other stores. I also don't care for employees or patrons not wearing masks around uncovered cooked food. It is easy to get in and out! Don't forget to wait for your parking validation at self-checkout, which prints after your receipt.

Hey family I just visit this new site and it was great. It's a large store with a huge selection of produce, meat, seafood, flowers, vitamins, cheeses, bakery, related foods and many other items that you'll find in Whole Foods. The customer service was also fantastic

It smells SO FRESH in here! They have so much fresh goods! Just trust me; people Flock here for a reason! This location looks like an Atlantic City resort! I like that the top level is for people to eat or relax.

The hot bar is never consistent. The same menu items are served at differing qualities depending on the day. The pizza is often never ready for the lunch rush amd is sometimes burnt. The salad bar is ok. More consistency with the quality of how the hot food is made is desperately needed. Also, mix it up more often.

I agree with PG's assessment of the salad bar and prepared food. Just awful. The hot food looked like garbage. Bins were almost empty and everything was dried out.I went in yesterday to get a chicken Caesar salad but they had no grilled chicken. I asked to get more at the deli counter and was told they are all out. This was at 1:00, the height of the lunch hour. They had plenty in the prepared food section but I was told they can't use that for the salad bar. PS it was $5.00 a pound more expensive than the salad bar.I went in today and the salad greens bins were almost empty. I complained to customer service. The manager of prepared foods finally came out and I told him that I was dissatisfied with the lack of service. About 10 minutes later he came out with 2 of the 3 bins, but not the one I was waiting for. After another 5 minutes someone else showed up with the Romaine.All in all it took 30 minutes to get some lettuce. Got many apologies but no one offered to comp my salad or make any other show of good will. Looks like I need to find somewhere else to get lunch.

What a great new Whole Foods in Towson! 🤩 the staff is very friendly and professional. The store is well organized and stocked with a great selection of healthy and organic items. Second floor has a large lounge to eat and hang out. Free 90 minute parking in garage.

This review is based off my almost daily visit in search of a lunch meal starting January 2024. Their food bar is disgusting for lack of a better word. The food is almost always dry. It needs attention. They also lack quite a few things we’re used to from other Whole Foods locations such as the family meal kits, curried chicken salads and the pizza at this location is disgusting! Dry, chewy and tough. Good luck getting someone from behind the deli bar to help you with fresh cuts of anything they will re-direct you to the wall next to their pizza with already pre packaged disgusting almost stale chicken salad. Such a shame because this is such a beautiful, spacious and convenient location. Do better please.

We finally got a Whole Foods in Towson! I went during opening weekend and it was packed with people.Loved their desserts and sushi! Parking is across the street at the Towson Row Garage and you will need your receipt to validate. They have a huge seating area upstairs.

When I drove in I was amazed! This new building in general is beautiful!! It curves to the street. The exterior simply gives my inner architect such joy!!The parking garage is spacious and you can get your ticket validated with the receipt. It does have a two hour limit before you’re charged (if I’m not mistaking)The store itself is clean and so fresh and new! The dining floor is beautiful and features plenty seating both indoor and outdoor.They have a orange juice press! I’m not sure if I’m super late to seeing these or never noticed them at other Whole Foods, but I was amazed and the juice was GREAT!I would recommend visiting! It was a great experience!

Very big store with lots of merchandise that's very well stocked. I didn't like the fact that its entrance is located far away from everything else. It's in the cut up a hill which is tiresome to walk too

AMAZON RETURNBe Careful going this place for return.There is no parking other than their own Garage.You must buy something from here or it’s Hefty$ 12 parking charge. And you got to know when you come out of garage auto checkout.No one at the garage exit to help you.Reverse your car and go in to buy something for a free parking or pay $ 12 if you in hurry or cars backed out on you.NEVER EVER GOING THIS PLACE.AMAZON PEOPLE WAKE UP .REMOVE THIS PALCE FOR AMAZON RETURN OR GET US SOMETHING BETTER.

The garage charges $30 for a lost ticket. Kind of insane. Even if you’ve only been there for 30 mins and have in store validation. Will not return to Whole Foods as a result.

Big disappointment!!Expected much more from a new store,,,particularly the fresh prepared foods, which they had very little of,,,,and even fewer healthy options.There are only a few soup options, and most of the soup vats were nearly empty.Had to wait a painfully long time for the counter-help to hunt around the back for freshly-made hot vats of soup.Meanwhile, my 15-minute free parking quickly expired. Customers must pay to park while they grocery shop. A real big negative.Towson so terribly needed this store,,,AND one with complimentary parking,,, It should have been modeled after the new Delray Beach Whole Foods,,,,a true & fully stocked supermarket with a wide & varied selection of freshly prepared foods being their crown jewel!!It was 1st night of Chanukah. Nothing prepared or processed was available.No displays or end caps offering traditional Chanukah food or sweets.There's no reason for me to return.

It is such a shame how bad this store is compared to other locations. There is never any quality hot food at the bar or rotisserie chickens. Staff is not helpful. This should be a prime location but I avoid this because it just has such a depressing vibe. Hope things turn around.

Disrespectful worker at the self-checkout. His tone changed when I asked him how to pull up the barcode on my Amazon app, he acted as if he had an attitude for having to do his job. But he was helpful to a different woman, providing guidance and doubling back to help more. I hope race wasn't a factor in his tone towards me. I expect workers connected to Amazon to know how the Amazon apps work whether business or personal. If a customer says where do I go to get to the QR code,it would be common sense to show them where to go versus just saying click up top. I had to say it multiple times I didn't know where to look. It's far too early in the morning for someone to have an attitude. He Didn't even bother to say to have a good day. First time in this market and using my Amazon account and it was subpar

Went to pick up a few things and have some hot lunch, but it was more like a mid school lunchroom hot mess. Even what little pizza they had was curling up. 😬 But they did have everything else that I was looking for...🙂

Beautiful, new to me, store. I only came here to drop off an Amazon return and to buy one thing since I was there. The parking garage is convenient to the store and easy to get in and out of. I like the automatic validation with your purchase receipt. OTOH the garage was really smelly due to a severely overflowing trash can in over 95º heat. There is a full sit down area upstairs to eat and a lounge type area as well. It seems they are working toward a coffee shop culture up there, tho the coffee counter is only open until 2. The store is bright and inviting.

First time going to Whole Foods..... I really enjoyed my visit. They have validated Parking for UP to 2 hours when you purchase an item. Definitely good to know in this area. As 15 minutes.. Can have a charge fee of $12 to start? Staff was really nice and helpful. I was even able to call ahead and get in touch with someone. About my purchase. Overall, great experience. Definitely pass the vibe track.

Not a child friendly store. I like the product selection so I come here fairly often, in the middle of the day with my toddler. But it’s not a great experience.The bathrooms are disgusting and they usually only have self checkout, which I see many others have complained about here.So no one is able to clean the bathroom or man a register, but every time I’mthere they definitely have the manpower for several rank and file employees to cluster up and chat, and for manager-looking types to walk around with a clipboard trying to look important.

I have been harassed now multiple times by an employee at this store and I'm extremely uncomfortable returning to this location. I have made it abundantly clear that I am not interested and continue to walk away, and I did not appreciate his boss egging him on to talk to me.Aside from this, most of the food I buy from here molds within 3-4 days. I've bought raspberries three times in the past two weeks and they've all molded within 3 days. I was going through the section and noticed moldy raspberries ON DISPLAY. I mean I just can't afford to be spending money on rotting food.

The store is well stocked, product is usually faced, and the sales are great.Custom cuts of meat are well done and good quality. Produce is hit or miss in terms of quality. I assume this is a result of extended periods of transportation and storage, unlike local grocery stores like MOM's. The bathrooms look and smell like they're cleaned once a week, fairly atrocious.
