Wise market in putty hill by Towson is ridiculous management is ridiculous. Customer service is ridiculous. I was personally profiled today and it literally made me cry and feel so small. The customer service girl literally lied in my face manager did absolutely nothing. I’m definitely not letting this go. Something needs to be done. disgusting store races very unprofessional.

I purchased blueberries,butter, sugar, and flour from your store to make a blueberry dump cake. It is absolutely delicious and inexpensive to make. It last me a little over a week to eat. I take slice to work for my snack at lunch.I found everything I needed. The store was clean and organized. Your staff is always helpful when I need help or have a question. I recommend your customers to try the blueberry dump cake they can find the recipe online.

Well stocked store with a large selection of products. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate. The aisles are wide making a it easy to get through crowded aisle ways.The produce is beautiful and very fresh. The bakery is one of my favorites. The store is very clean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Grocery-wise the same as other Weis (a good selection) but I’m bothering to leave a review because they are well staffed at a busy time of year and the employees who helped us (one named Emily, I failed to note the other person’s name- bright red braids) were SO NICE and solved a momentary confusion with a gift card in a really helpful and friendly way. Thank you!

Produce is really touch and go here. One week it's super fresh, and the next, it's soggy and even molded. They never have the same frozen chicken nuggets, which is a big problem for my son with autism. I really wish they would be more consistent. They do have good rotisserie chickens, though.

A poor Custumer service service I ever seen .got 3 gallons of milk its saying its 1.39 per gallon on the tag ..but at the counter they charge me 3.29 as regular charge as I have that weis card too ..I tried to get my refund from Custumer service Rep at help desk ..she was busy with her coworker ....after wating for 20 min I was told that I need to have 100 point to get on that price ..stupid policies ..(hedden) do not trust this store ..not gonna come back again ..👎👎

This was once a really nice store but it's definitely changed. Products that I have been getting for years are no longer available, stock on normal product like coffee creamer is hardly ever filled. And once nice employees and managers seem to have been replaced with people who don't care about the customers. Most self check out employees seem like it's too much trouble to help when the check out (which rarely ever seem to work properly) lights flash. I come to the store to get my food and I ring it up myself, I don't need the attitude of a person who doesn't want to do their job.

One of the better Weis's, but a clear step behind the Nottingham Weis. There's rarely any carts in the cart corral, shelves are under stocked, and ever since 2020 they've been closing at 9:00 p.m., whereas other stores are open an hour later (and all the other stores in that plaza close later. It's weird that the grocery store is the first to close.) also can be challenging to find an associate every single time the self-checkout locks up.They do have a pretty good selection of allergen-free foods, and the store is bigger than other Weis's. Their prices are also typically significantly better than Giant and Shoppers on packaged goods. I just wish they could stay open a little later and be a little less militant at closing time.

I'm totally in love with this store I went all over Baltimore County looking for pure leaf extra sweat tea and couldn't find them in the 6 pack but every time I go here they always have them and shocked well. The people here are so helpful and friendly they will help with anything you ask them. I love the staff they're all amazing. Another thing is it's one of the cleanest and well organized stores I been in. Wies you guyz rock.

Aside from slightly high prices, NO thanks to those (Government) using covic as an excuse to raise prices such as gasoline, oil, food, medication, our blood pressure (L.O. L.) ,what makes weis worth going to is that its very nice, clean, overall safe area located in (Towson) ample parking out front, and neatly stocked and nicely staffed with employees such as (assistant manager) Brian and a polite and pleasant young man (cashier) named Frances, so if your in the area and need some food shopping done. Stop by because the bottom line is. Since our government and the very Bias TV media Hollywood industries. do not care for us then WE AMERICANS will do what we always have done and will continue to do and that is to look out for each other and take care of one another,, and weis does a good job in being there for US the customers.... *Remember Amigo"s whether it's weis or anywhere else , it's always cool to care because (WE ALL MATTER)!!! No one is ever at the bakery when you need to call and place a order no one is ever there to pick up. You walk in the store you walk up to the bakery counter no one is ever in there to do what you need if there's somebody working back there they can't do it they got to go find somebody and able to do something it's 4:00 on a Tuesday and the bakery is closed. It's not like I'm walking in there at 7:00 8:00 at night it's 4:00 p.m.

Love the cleanest of the market. Nice and fresh meat department. Deli needs a little work on slicing showing their products before bagging your lunch meat and cheeses. Had to take back to the market a few times. Store managers and nice. Great rewards with you Weis card. I do all my regular shopping here. Overall I love my shopping experience here.

I come here to shopping all the time, but recently, for the last time, when I check out. the cashier made a mistake on my credit card. I went to customer service area to ask for an amendment. She called Lashenda.that's what she gave me the name. She said she could not help me to change it, then I was sorry to that I had to return all the items. She also said could not return it to me.I was so angry. Is not my fault.Your cashier made a mistake. Why can not change it for me? Why can not refund the items I just bought? She's not friendly at all, because I am a Asian. I'm so humiliated.The next day, I went to another location and they were so kind enough to help me out. I don't want to be in this dark place anymore.

This location, from what I can see, is very clean and big, with lots of fresh produce to choose from. Deli, seafood and a few cashiers are always friendly and willing to help. Only problem is the Customer service area. The employees make sure they finish their conversation before they decide to help with your needs. They don’t speak half the time. One girl in particular lacks customer service skills! But other than that, the store has everything you need and great prices!

Clean, quick service in the Seafood department. Quick checkout with the exception of my Weis card not be recognized. The clerk did use the store card but didn't say to go to customer service or online to get new card. Some of the nonsale items were priced than other grocery stores in the area
