Having previously only gone to the Laurel store I drove here expecting the same large open parking lot and wide clean aisles inside......and well this isn't like that at all. It is right off a very busy road with a tight turn off and you have to drive around the back of the building to get to their TINY parking lot and bonus enclosed parking garage. That whole situation is a hot mess and reason enough to go to their other store if equidistant. The inside is the same amazing and wonderful endless inventory of your dreams - like Toys R Us for adults. However the place is TIGHT with skinny aisles and stuff packed everywhere and a little chaotic. Plus this place is hopping busy. I would guess this place has 85% of the variety of Laurel. Still more inventory than everyone else except other Total stores. Generally unbeatable prices. Staff are available and quick and helpful. Will I come here again if I am driving by? No doubt. Would I drive an extra 10 minutes longer to go to the Laurel store? 4 sure. Cheers.

They have everything you need at great prices. I needed both alcohol and wine as well as white claw, they had everything. It is pretty organized, and when we went on Saturday afternoon, there were a lot of taste tests happening.

They have the best pricey! Also make sure you download the app for points/coupons! They usually have samples on the weekends as well! And the employees are always friendly.

The first hurdle to arriving is parking. There is a garage at the top of the hill, which may help you temper your shopping to only as much as you can push back up the hill when shopping, but there are also quick-loaf spaces at the bottom of the hill. Hopefully the new driving circulation project will be a nicer experience. The rest of the place is both fun and a tasty selection of shopping. It's one of the most comprehensive places to supply your adult beverage cabinet(s) in the area. Prices on regular go-to cases are also pretty good if you can make the trip from your home, though I'm also in favor of supporting a more local supplier if they have some options for you. An advantage here is that you can have a membership, earning coupons and discounts. Just drink safely, wherever you buy.

Great place, but dinging two stars because of a recent experience. Total Wine induced a sale by offering a rebate in their deals, which I took advantage of. The rebate did not trigger, and I did not receive any money back. When I emailed about it, they did not respond.

I just love this store, it's the best liquor store in the world. Extensive collection and the staff is highly knowledgeable about all aspects regarding spirits, wines and other adult beverages.The store is currently be renovated so I have to get use to the new order. I hope they also fix the parking lot flow.Update : I love the new renovation of the store, the selection is huge with many new features and items being offered. I just love this store

Woww... Biggest Total Wine store I have visited so far. They have so many brands of Beer, wine & spirits. Tasting available for few of them during my visit. Prices were really good and some of them have little discounts as-well. Since I’m their rewards members, have received 15% discount coupon on wine. I liked the huge parking place.

I always look forward to a trip to Total Wines (or Beltway Luquors, as I once knew them). It's overwhelming in such a fun way. I'll go into the store to get one or two things and come out with a box full of stuff that I just HAD to taste.This year I went to stock up for Christmas, thinking I'd get some vodka and gingerbread liquor and ended up spending $128. Worth it. I got buttershots for gingerbread martinis, a box of wine, eggnog and even visited their humidor to pick up a couple cigars for a friend's gift. If I had gone down other aisles I'm sure I could have found many other things to buy. It's a shame I don't know any beer drinkers because their mix and match create your own 6 pack can be so much fun.The employees are so friendly and helpful.My only issue is the speed bumps in the parking lot. I thought I was going to tip over my wheelchair going over one of them, on the way to the store from our parking spot behind the store. That was a bit terrifying.I love this store, though. I wish I didn't have to drive 30 minutes to get there, but that's probably better for my health.

A comprehensive selection of wines, beer and spirits. You can find just about anything there. Only got 4 stars because the parking lot situation is dreadful. Too much winding traffic in too small of a space. Even getting to the new parking garage is a chore if one of the traffic lanes is blocked off.

Made a purchase for an anniversary bottle of cognac on 28 March online. Was out of town and called and asked how long o has to pick it up. They refunded me with a 10 day window on April 3. Insane. Absolutely one of the craziest transactions this year for me. Someone is a jerk.

Before traveling to Tennessee to celebrate my Mother's 100th Birthday. My brother asked me to pick up Murphys Irish Stout.Naturally I went to Total Wine & More.The attended checked and was able to get a case from the warehouse. Very helpful and informative. Also priced reasonably.Thank you very much.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. Really helpful in finding the perfect beverage for your tastes. Even with cigars.

Definitely would have given it five stars for the simple fact, it was like as big as a grocery store but only sold liquor and beer! The reason I didn't give it five stars it's because they did not sell cigarettes.... Very disappointing!!!

The cashier's are All very nice....the clowns in the button up shirts....are very dry stuffy individuals.....if you don't look like them your on your on your own...not very helpful....been going here 25 yrs...cause of the prices....I suppose I should go somewhere else with friendly engaging staff but I tolerate NO DISRESPECT based on my appearance or dress...arrogance and or prejudice with ALWAYS BE MET HEAD ON BY me regardlessof color.....and I'll continue to enjoy cheaper priced alcohol ......just expect recourse for the disrespect !!!!

Have been coming her for years. However had a bad and very embarrassing experience today. We are hosting an exchange student who is 25 years old, who I took with me to the store, was told she has to have a US identification, and a Brazilian passport and a visa to support this do not count and I was refused service and banned for 24 hours.... Kind of terrible and I would consider it discriminatory practice. When I asked what international students would do, answer is that international people can't buy alcohol at their store. Pretty awful, manager was called in and happy to not hear the case at all, completely black and white. Don't quite understand it.... Disappointing and embarrassing on my end as people asked me what happened when I was told to leave the store and not allowed to make a purchase. They just told me I can take it up with corporate if I had an issue with this policy .. :(Update: called corporate and their policy is that they DO ACCEPT international passports not international drivers licenses and they were shocked about what I was told in store and how I was banned for a day ... Will have to follow up and try to educate the unfriendly manger of total wine who doesn't know the company policy.

Alan and his manager, Greg engaged in discriminatory practices. I was refused service with a valid ID because I had a minor with me who I explained was there to carry items with me because I am disabled. I saw a couple that was Caucasian coming into the store with toddlers around five or six years old, who were allowed to make a purchase. When I asked the managers why my sale was being refused, they could not give me a valid answer. If you are black, do not give this store your money because they’re coming into your neighborhood and treating you unfairly.

Hadn't been here in some time but playing around on YouTube and found a video of someone enjoying this mini keg gave them a call wS placed on a very short hold gentleman came back to the phone gave me an inventory of how many they had in stock. Come on over the beer was good and cold time for some R & R!!!!

Never been there before, and the place was huge. And there were a lot people there looking for all the good booze. I got some expert help from an employee to find a good cachaco for a home-made caprihinia, and my spouse got some great help in selecting wines. Totally pleased with our trip. Thanks!

Incredibly frustrating. I went to buy a gift for my 90year old grandfather for Christmas but was denied a sale because my USA passport and international drivers license was not a ‘valid ID’. I was also accompanied by my younger sister - who does not have a form of ID who was rudely escorted out of the store by the assistant manager wearing a Santa hat on December 23 2023.You guys suck. Feel free to call me to try and rectify this situation.

I love going here! It's the Walmart of wine, beer and spirits lol every staff member is knowledgeable about the different types of alcohol. They have some top tier items there as well as some of the bottom shelf variety. They have tastings where you can try various items. If your a fan of cigars they have them too.

My husband and I are having a party and we went there to just get some ideas of what we wanted and how much alcohol we needed for 140 people and we had such an amazing experience today. Don't count on them picking up the phone. Called multiple times with no answer , finally went into the store and the phone was literally ringing with no one paying attention to it or picking it up even when they had the capacity to. A clustered store compared to other locations

Went here to get a wedding gift for my father in law for our wedding. Spoke with Josh in the whiskey section who was so informative on whiskeys. We probably had an hour conversation about blended vs. single cast whiskeys. He definitely opened my eyes to the pros and cons of each. Ended up going the safe route and got him a bottle of blue label, but also got me and my groomsmen a bottle of The 12 year Balvenie which I highly recommend. Place is great if you're looking for a little education with your drink.
