He was working in the meat and seafood department and he literally made my shopping experience one to remember he was so knowledgeable about just EVERYTHING and he's actually from the produce department. I told him. That he needs to be hired in that department permanently and with a raise. I love the deli also everything is ALWAYS so clean. And well displayed

I love how clean SPROUT 🌱 is , I get my fresh fruit, my veggies and meat here daily. I love the fact that they always have kid friendly prep meals and meals for the family. You can count on SPROUT at anytime. They always stay stocked and fresh. Customer service is always top tier .

I love this Sprouts very much. Fresh produce, reasonable prices, good quality meats. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars because it takes one of the ladies in the deli an Act of Congress to make a couple of sandwiches. She is always running around, she doesn't have any lunch meat or cheese ready, no condiments, none of the toppings for the signature sandwiches. And a 5 minute goes to 30 minutes. That is the thing I would change

Lately, the fruits and vegetables have been consistently fresh.Moreover, the commitment to rectifying past concerns demonstrates a dedication to customer satisfaction. The efforts to provide fresher produce and meet specific requests, such as organic preferences, have not gone unnoticed and are genuinely appreciated.

Today, I went to Sprouts in Towson, Md and had a wonderful deli service experience! The young man at the counter greeted me with a beautiful smile and prepared for me the most delicious turkey sandwich! His attitude was exceptional as he approached his job of making my sandwich with everything that I wanted and all done with precision, great detail and caring!! I can't tell you how refreshing that was to me! I told him that he had just made my day!! With all the social upheaval and bad attitudes going around these days, it was impressive to me that someone would care so much about pleasing a customer by making a sandwich!

I shop here a lot and I find what I need. The store is usually not crowded so I can get in and out at a reasonable time. Helpful staff. Good produce and I find the vitamins I need

You won't find many of the major brands here, but it feels more organic and better quality. The prices are not bad either. Very happy shopping at Sprouts. Also, there is almost always staff available and very helpful.

Be careful I ordered from this market off of instacart I like the name of the store and what they stand for like fresh fruit meats veggies but NO I ordered some lamb from them not once but twice and it was spoiled it smelled so bad my child thought I was Boiling eggs

This was the first time I've been here and it was such a pleasant experience, I was able to locate everything I came in for. The manager Kim was very kind and helpful when we discussed some items I was looking for and so personable and friendly! I need to add Kim went above and beyond to provide a level of service to me that was extraordinary and I really appreciate it! Anaya assisted me when I checked out and presented a wonderful level of professionalism with myself and other patrons. They have a wide variety of vitamins/supplements, some that I have not seen in other grocery stores, only online. They present with the goal and care of health and wellness for those who visit which I love! Thank you both so much, they seem to have a great team there! *hugs*

I usually have no complaints with this location but a few weeks ago I placed an order for pickup and the lettuce I was given wasn’t fresh and the premade chicken had a weird taste. I’ll only return if I’m doing the shopping for myself, but it really sucks because having someone do the shopping is a big help! I work full time and homeschool my daughter and this was a way to lighten the load.

This place is huge. First of all the place is CLEAN. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The selection of produce is very fresh. Healthy and happy food from one side to the other side. Did I mention that this CLEAN. I'll be back very soon.

Love this market. Friendly workers, clean, well stocked, and I highly recommend their prepared foods. The mozzarella pasta salad, truffle mac and cheese, and Greek salad are some of my favorites. Also, the open bulk section has dark chocolate espresso beans which I love

So clean .easy aisle access in a wheelchair. Hard to reach items or read tags. Great selection on healthy fresh options of food. Most things well priced. Still best and freshest fruit selection. Stop in and help donate this holy season. Toiletry kits and food bags are available at checkout. Help many in need this year

In terms of selection of gluten-free, dairy-free and other allergen free foods, this is the best place in the area. Prices aren't the best, but generally decent sale prices when things are on sale. Also some of the best selection of bulk foods, one of the few places that actually continued it post-covid.My one complaint is there's only two people in the store who know how to weigh bulk Foods in containers that you bring in, in other words, know how to weigh bulk items and subtract the tare weight of the container. Training all cashiers on how to do this would probably take 20 minutes, and would prevent line stoppage every time a cashier needed to find a manager to show them how to do this.

I love coming to the towson location. This is the only location that has the best ginger chews in bulk. It's not near my house, but I will go out my way to get there.

Love sprouts for fresh veggies and bulk items. Baked goods are delicious! Only wish I could get turnovers and Bearclaws after 10am. They always seem to be out of them around that time there may be one box of cherry turnovers left and no bearclaws. Update what happened to bakery ! 10/23/23. Turnovers are flat bearclaws are almost raw in middle. Not good. Please do better. Asked employee about this they said you have a new supplier. I thought you did this in store.

I visited this store last week for the first time. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning after eating a premade chickpea salad purchased there. I also purchased a seasoned sirloin steak, and upon unpacking the food at home noticed it was already 10 days past the sell by date. It seems like a well appointed store, but I now have concerns about safe handling of food there.

Very clean Market. Their food displays are represented well. The market Associates are very helpful. Very good selection of healthy foods. The food is expensive; however, good eating is expensive. Therefore, expect to pay higher prices.

I love Sprouts and go there weekly to get salmon, $5 fresh sushi on Wednesday, fresh produce - one of the rare places you can get fresh, un-bagged spinach, the vegan chocolate chip cookies that are to die for, etc.😍 Store is clean and well organized and you can get some really good deals on sale items.

Long lines to check out. I was in 10th place in the line. Forever!!! This is not an original idea, a self checkout lane would be a solution... there are only 2 checkout lanes open... there are 4 other register lanes closed, make them a self checkout lane?Also, no one is ever around to ask for help to find an item...I say... Never coming back, but I do. Why???

I've been looking for an alternative to Safeway, Giant, Shoppers etc because fruits and vegetables are NOT appealing in these stores. They look "tasty" but have no taste;they look fresh but they're not.Wholefoods prices make it unaffordable for me.So I'm really happy with my shopping experience at Sprouts. My cousin told me about this store and she's always on the look out for good food.
