I just got breakfast from here and am really upset I wasted my money. The waffles are stale and the scrapple is very thin, old, and dry. The hash brown is cold and dry as well. It is the worst food I’ve ever had from any restaurant. I got the same meal from another location and it was so good. But I’ll have to throw this in the trash. Now I’m home eating pizza rolls for breakfast 😏

It is my first time entering royal farms, welcoming me with what it has to offer to customers and potential employees. And I have to be quite frank on this statement, it's a simple extravaganza. With highly respectful employees who wouldn't mind helping any customer in need it's so clean and every aisle was so organized that it reminded me of the Enoch Pratt Free Library with how categorized every food section was well I didn't get to process all the products there but I believe it will be great once I get there again. Royal Farms is quite an excellent convenience store and I can't get enough of the exclusivity it holds.

Employee was literally whining and throwing a fit because people kept showing up right before the store was about to close. I was embarrassed for him, it was so unprofessional.

Your staff member Maggie is absolutely fantastic. She always is friendly , prompt , helpful and always stocking everything. She is a multitasking pro. I love coming here because of her and she remembers me . Great worker. Thank you Maggie.

I got double charged for two packs of cigarettes. Your employees didn’t come up with receipts. Both times said your bank would take care of it. They did not. They said they would remember my face. Fifty plus bucks for two packs of cigarettes.

Get someone new to work behind the deli. Lady working the deli will get an attitude with you if you make a request on your order when she’s working on another order and then proceed to get the order wrong. Always has an attitude especially if she forgets your dipping sauce, which isn’t even free anymore.

I’m tired of everytime I coke in here the cashiers don’t help people. Line all the way to the back of the store sometimes and they wanna stand there a watch you use the self checkout. Or they stand behind the wall and make you wait long as ever because they dont wanna do their job.

Like all other people in here I can say that it’s forever waiting in there every day, there’s no stuff behind the counter. On 08/07/21 in the evening I stoped there for my cigarettes and the lady was high🤦‍♀️ I even came back with my friend and he said the same thing. I’ve been working in the gas station for 5 years in a bad area so I know how high people look, and I’m not talking high on weed🤦‍♀️Today even got better I wait for 5 minutes someone to come and keep pressing the help button in the end to get help and before the door closed behind me she said “don’t come back”😡🤬 wonderful customer service. A months ago I came to get cigarettes and one of the transaction didn’t go through, I drove away from there but the second day I returned and I let them know and I charged the card. I guess that’s how we treat honest people. There’s some nice stuff but it’s taking one to ruin everything.😡😡🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Maggie the girl that works here was very very nice and amazing very helpful with getting my food and asked me if I needed anything else and making sure that I got my discount with the stuff that I bought that had a discount on it she was above and beyond with her kindness and work ethic deff will come back here just to see her for ally royal farms needs thank you. The store itself is great, I go there everyday since the reopening- BUT I’m getting extremely frustrated because none of the employees are ever by the register. If you come for cigarettes you aren’t getting them because there is never a cashier they just expect you to do self checkout. I can’t even begin to tell you how many people I have seen go in there and then just leave because there is no cashier to help him. This store does not have Gas so a lot of the customers who are coming want products from behind the counter or they’re go somewhere with gas pumps. So far I’ve had to leave five separate times and go somewhere else because no one was around to help me. It’s only a matter of time before someone just starts taking stuff because no one is ever watching!! Sad because I used to rely on this store everyday but now I have to worry if I’m wasting time just stopping there.

I give it ZERO but that's not available. LOL! It's gonna close again. There's NEVER an employee behind the register. The person in the food prep area always has their back to you or pretends not to see you. You can see a person in the back but I guarantee you that whoever it is isn't coming out to help you AT ALL. Even though they stay pretty busy, you're better off going to the Wawa on Joppa-----they have employees actually helping customers there. Sad....because I was excited to have this Royal Farms open up even if it didn't have gas pumps.

So I go into this Royal farms at 9:50 a.m., on April 18th 2021. I get a breakfast sandwich some coffee and a couple donuts. I go to the front cashier and I wait... Finally some lady comes up and checks me out. I use my credit card and when I'm done I have to ask for the receipt, and this woman starts giving me grief and a lecture about the planet and how I'm killing it because I asked for a receipt. I don't go there to get somebody's agenda pushed on me about the planet dying because I asked for a receipt, I go there to get what I want and I pay for what I want! And I certainly don't pay for a dissertation on the planet's woes because of my asking for a receipt! On my receipt it says Tracy 0019003 the transaction was 6278. Why does Royal farms support the propagation of making their customers uncomfortable and guilting them about environmental issues when they come in and make purchases in their store!? I simply won't go back to a Royal farms again. There are far too many other places to go I don't need this kind of treatment from the place that I'm spending my money at

The Providence Road Royal Farms is finally open again after a 3 year hiatus- the building has been completely renovated and they now have Fired Chicken !!! Self checkouts , clean , helpful staff - I hadn’t realized I missed it so much until it opened back up

I have diabetes, and I deliver to the store. They declined for me to use the restroom. When I just saw a customer & and an employee using the restroom. Not good

Poor management!!! I guess she's the manager at this location with no customer service stills.. Always getting loud and smart with customers everytime when I'm there... I'm a business owner myself and she doesn't represent Royal Farms not at all...

This Royal Farms is awful. It has nothing to offer as an actual Royal Farms. They have no chicken. Chicken is the symbol of Royal Farms. What does Justin Tucker eat in the commercial - CHICKEN. What appears as the cover of my Royal Farms app - CHICKEN. Get it right, sell some chicken, and keep your store open a few extra hours later like a normal Royal Farms! The employees are rude and have poor attitudes.
