Petsmart this is Unacceptable i I scheduled my dog a grooming appointment and I directly said if you can keep her curls, keep her curls if you have to shave her down to shave her down A hour go by and they tell me that can’t cut my dogs hair because she is to matted & there blade is to short you are post to have experience license groomers not kids that’s looking for a job until they get out college or high school.They didn’t give her a bath nothingOur groomer name was Rachael i witnessed her cut a long haired matted husky with a way thinker coat with no problem for you to do a half job on my dog is ridiculous i spoke to the manager of pet smart jay he was no help he literally told me this to my face sometimes we just can’t complete the job sounds like unexperienced and failure if you Couldn’t get the job done you shouldn’t of cut her hair at all . Pets-mart needs a better manager .i need a better answer then we can’t get the job done i am reporting this to corporate .

I am so pleased with the service I received from this location and will recommend Chrissy to anyone looking for an attentive, kind, and talented groomer.I picked my baby up from this appointment and she looked happy and calm which was not my experience at all different groomer who did not treat my dog well (different location). My dog was groomed by Chrissy and she gave me exactly what I asked for - a schnauzer type cut with a trimmed skirt. Before Chrissy, I had a traumatic experience with groomer at a different Persmart location. As a result, I had been driving 3 hours for my dogs cut because the groomer we trusted lived 3 hours away, but now I have one locally in Chrissy and I’m thankful. We will be back!

Ok...it was my 1st time at this Petsmart for grooming my yorkie poo...one issue is that for the facial cut it wasn't precise..I'd say raggedy. And second while rubbing my dog I felt a scab under her arm...they nicked her. And 3rd her privates weren't cut down enough. 74 dollars is alot when the groomer doesn't pay attention to DETAIL. Also my yorkie poo didn't a bow or bandana... I thought all groomers give that along with the grooming. I will have to call and ask a seasoned groomer because who I got definitely couldn't have been. Also her eyes still had hard stuff in the corners of her eyes which I thought during washing her should have been cleaned up. SUB PAR WORK.

We just had our senior dogs groomed here and Angel did a great job. Our old pups aren't exactly fans of grooming so finding someone who can put up with them can be a challenge. They are 11 and 12- a little grumpy sometimes but Angel worked her magic and they look adorable . I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a new groomer for your own pups!

The manager Dan was very accommodating after I arrived and the grooming dept told me that it will be an added fee for the holiday, I wasn’t aware until I drop them off. Dan, understood the situation and accommodated me with removing the holiday fee that was applied. Showing courtesy to the customers will make them feel appreciated and return. Thanks

The pet groomers are great here. Also there schedule isn't very busy. They did a wonder job on Gizmo with his special teddy bear hair cut. The girls were excited to do such a cute hair cut

I have to come here regularly for my job. I don't love this location. Cashiers can play on their phones I don't care except the phones take precedent over ringing people up. Employees are nice but clearly miserable. Animal care is minimal at best. If you need small crickets go on Saturday or Thursday.

Just went to get my dogs nails trimmed because I’m too scared to trim them myself. It was my first time using petsmart as a groomer since I usually go to professional groomers for my dog, but they were fully booked and I was desperate so I just went to petsmart. I did a walk-in without an appointment and they took him in right away (I did need his rabies vax records, makes total sense but make sure you have those handy!) and he was in and out in about 15 minutes! They took such great care of him and the groomers were so sweet and nice. I’ll definitely go back again! I wish I got the names of all the ladies who were grooming, they were the sweetest!

I felt scammed by the ad I got sent for Black Friday. I got offered buy one, get one free, and when I got to the store, the offer was buy one, get one half off.I find the prices for pet supplies to be a lot higher for the same products as I find at my local Walmart.

Shame on PetSmart for keeping nocturnal animals in daylight enclosures! Chinchillas need sand and darkness. The poor babies were stressed. Will not go here again.

My dogs ears were not plucked. The faces was shaved incorrectly. You do not cut behind the eyes this much for a German cut if that’s what the groomer was going for. My dog looks goofy. Hairs were missed during the trim and the feet and paw pads were not trimmed at all. It looked like a rushed job. I calmed in to have her re detailed and spoke to a supervisor. No one has called me back to schedule that or offer a refund.

I bought a 3.5 gallon Top Fin fish tank (it was on sale for $19.99)😁 and a dragon scale betta. Got home and set the tank up only to realize the lid was broken. Took the box, receipt and the lid back and told the manager the tank was already set up so i couldnt bring the whole thing back, could i just have a new lid and he said sure. I got the same one i just bought off the shelf and he took the new lid out and put it in my box and i was on my way. My new betta loves his tank and is doing great. And i think the tank looks awesome. Very happy with my purchase. Very nice people working at this store.

Not my preferred location but it was closes to me and who needed it. So I went I'm to buy dog food and there were a few gaps for missing items. Ok cool no biggie. I decided to get something else. Get to the register and it rang up for $43. So I'm like yeah no that's not right. Walk back double check the price, take a picture go bac$k up. After double checking the tag in the picture and the barcode on the bag the cashier made the adjustment. Make sure to watch the prices of items when checking out.

They have a decent selection. I found most things I wanted. It can be a bit pricey but the selection is good enough to shop there! There was a bit too many breakaway collars and not many alternatives. My cats constantly take off or BREAK breakaway collars even in average situations so that is problematic so a different collar style would be highly wanted. Its better to come around during sales that the store has. Otherwise only come here when you really need it!I can never really see the cats they have for adoption. They are encased in a tiny room and there's almost never someone there working with them its sad to me and I come here frequently enough...I feel like the employees are barely there but honestly I'll get over it. Theres no reason for me to rate it less that 5 stars.

We got the furminator treatment to help our elkhound shed his winter coat. He came home with his undercoat removed, but covered in scabs from the rough treatment. We will not put him through that again.

I went and PetSmart to go to Bainville Animal Hospital it was inside PetSmart they were nice people the place was clean but the prices were very high they were so high that I couldn't bring my dog back to get seen

I dont come here often because I often find them overpriced, but I heard they were have a sale on a few things a needed so I figured I'd stop in. Yes they were, on 5 of the items I needed. However, due to being in a rush and trying to learn the new process for doing dog tags. It's been over 10 years since I last had to do one. I wasn't paying attention to the price of items as they were being rung, and checked my receipt when I got home to see only 1 out of the 5 items was actually discounted. None of the employees actually looked happy to be there (I get it, it's work, and isn't always fun.) But I never saw not a single one smile, even at a customer.
