Piles of stock boxes were all over and in the way in mid-day. Staff was UNhelpful. One huge Christmas inflatable was prominently displayed mid-store, but NONE were available anywhere--staff , saying the display "couldn't be sold," and any would be "under the display. When I told them there was a box with a self-contained chicken coop (?) and two boxed electric lawnmowers, but tons of other boxes elsewhere. No one offered to help me look for the item or if there was a way to check for store stock. It was extra annoying that I had an Ollie's Army total purchase discount postcard that it would have been nice to use on this as well. The only *bait-and-switch* (??) items nearby were much smaller inflatable options. Two other stores in the region had none (not even as a display), and the website was useless. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I bought a rug here for my new apartment. The employee that helped me dig it out was kind and helpful. He also said he was new but honestly I couldn't tell. The store is kept up with and looks nice. I've been to another Ollie's where it was a bit messy.

It's Ollie's... They have some good deals, but be aware! Some products are just packaged differently and they are not actually cheaper, some are of way inferior quality, and some are things you will find cheaper everywhere because they're outdated (old versions and such). Still, you can find some "good stuff cheap"

The cashier was pleasant and helpful. I went to get a few things and came out with a lot more 😁. So many options of things you didn't know you needed. Definitely picked up Christmas decorations. Truly affordable prices.

Place is a bit run down. Bathroom not the nicest. Even for an Ollie's, I'd expect a little more organization. This store was previously a Babies R Us and was in better condition then.

A hodge podge of stuff. The staff was very friendly. I got what I was looking for.And went home. I'm sure the closer it gets to Christmas the busier it will be. I'd like to visit outside of holiday season. Prices were pretty good. Things were just kind of disorganized. I'm sure the shoppers are contributing to this .

Lots of bare shelves but good bargains when you find what you're looking for. Last time I was here, I told the manager that I spotted a mouse running along a shelf In the cookie aisle. Yesterday no mice seen. So, that's an improvement.

Went to 2 different Outlets to get an item listed in sales flyer. One didn't have any the other when I got to checkout stated I had the wrong item. Not worth the effort to fight with rude managers

Always a bit dirty and disheveled, but you can find good deals if you're willing to look around through the store! Staff is reasonablely nice, but they didn't offer us any help when purchasing a large box spring, not even a flat bed cart. You get what you pay for, but generally you don't pay a lot

I love this Ollies. This visit was in the late afternoon on Black Friday. Despite it having been a very busy day for them, the staff were helpful to answer some questions I had while shopping and the checkout staff were fun and pleasant.

They have so many items you have to search for what you want. The shelves are so full. I felt like I was going to a flea market. No order. Employees standing around while 1 person works. Long line.

I went to this ollies in Towson because my husband stated that they are usually good on having everything you need. Boy was he wrong! I should have gone to the one that's located in Glen Burnie! Atleast at the store in Glen Burnie, I know for a fact that they always have what I'm looking for: unlike their Towson location! The Towson location is a big store with little products! I had a hard time finding an employee to ask questions about whether or not they had products in the back. Let's just say, I won't be going back there!

I was first introduced to Ollie's 3 years ago. Since then I have one day a month when I go to 4 different Ollie's and stock up on what I need. I have dubbed that day, Ollie's Day. This is the most organized Ollie's I have ever had the pleasure of walking into.

Terrible15+ people in 1 line.“6 total lines”Atleast 6 people working. Seen throughout the store. Doing literally nothing but pretending to be busy.Only 1 on register. 10mins spent on a customer that had under 15 items. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. TERRIBLE SERVICE. you get what you pay for. Hope these people make $10 an hour with the way they work

Shelves were bare in certain sections. Soap and lotion, detergent, and cereal/food for instance. One cashier for entire store. Another finally showed up and she took the end of the line instead of next customer. A mess. I ended up putting holiday gifts back because of this poor customer service, but the gentleman who was our cashier was still very friendly in spite of a horrible situation. Kudos to him. I'll stick to my Ollie's in Dundalk or Reisterstown.

I love this store because I can always find a bargain. There is a relatively large selection of constantly new product. However, whenever I go into the store, there is almost always a line, sometimes taking 30+ minutes to get through the checkout. I understand the business model operates on small margins and labor is tight, but oftentimes staff seems completely unconcerned by lines that continue to grow. At the end of the day though, the incredible deals make the shopping trip worth it.

I love Ollie's! As an "Ollie's Army" Member, I used a 15% Coupon that I received by email. I was able to get paint, paintbrushes, roasted peanuts, a greeting card, a powerful floor fan, as well as several other items, for which I saved about $16.00!! My only complaint is that the shelves are extremely messy and the floors are dirty. (Fortunately for them, I am not bothered enough by it to not shop there.) I'm sure that many Customers are responsible for creating it, but Ollie's should delegate at least one full-time employee to just straighten out stock all day, every day. It would go a long way on making the store more presentable and attractive.

The prices are very reasonable. I have purchased items 2-3 dollars less than even Walmart. You won't find as great a selection but it's worth a look. You will find something. I always buy my coffee k-cups there at $19.99 box of 80 you can't find it much cheaper anywhere. As long as your not stuck on name brands (for the coffee)

This store is so messy. Its called Ollies Bargain Outlet but it's to messy to shop for bargains. You can barely walk around because merchandise is thrown all over the floor
