The nicest clothes at the most affordable prices. The cafe is very, very good. We frequently stop for lunch after shopping. Our favorite is the tomato basil soup with crusted panini and whatever dessert they are promoting for the week. Very friendly staff! Excellent coffee!

This discount retail store is in Level 1 – it is big and bright. Every time I stop by here, the first thing I notice is that just about every Retail Sales Associate is focusing on tiding merchandise, and letting the shoppers do his/her treasure hunting - womenswear, beauty products, menswear, shoes, other accessories, and home décor. Do not expect to find top luxury brands at a bargain price anytime soon.

Honestly, not many options for every size. I am a very average size yet I spent a couple hours there and didn't come out with much of anything. However, the store is very neat and organized which is a plus. The employees are very nice and courteous which makes it a friendly environmentm

Huge Mall. you can be cute when going here but please wear comfortable shoes 👞seen so many people walking and they boots were killing them 🤭🤫so for crying out loud trust me when I say it's a big Mall, that has lots to offer you can spend the whole day and still not see everything . It's even got lots of restaurants in and around it and there is even a Movie theater. U think about it its there .Usually lots of parking and they have indicators to above and around to tell you where and how many parking spaces are free on each levels.😉Enjoy 😉😘

Horrible experience. Extremely disappointing. I bought shoes, wore them once, the upper started coming apart from the sole of the shoe. Some kind of defect. Anyway, they will not except a return. Manager said it was policy. Be that as it may, I will not be back.

You can really find some amazing deals here. Make sure to bring a size chart conversion for European clothing sizes. But they have great options and great prices on sale. Love the variety!

I was honestly expecting more. Most of the sales people were oblivious to the customers in their store. Generally when people come to shop they prefer to be acknowledged. Now by that I mean greet me and ask if I need help. If you see me walking around in a department I'm obviously looking for something I can't find. Offer help. The people that I spoke with were pleasant but it's the wow factor that was missing.

WARNING: Do not shop here or be very careful what you buy and check tags carefully for authenticity.I was sold a fake Versace Jeans Couture Purse from this store. It was previously returned so they gave me a discount (15%) and made it a final sale. It had the right outer tag, but the purse itself was fake. It had a tag inside the purse that said "made in China" and "made of polyester". I didnt see this until I got it home. I called the store immediately and told the manager. I was told to bring the purse back the next day and they refunded me the money. I'm guessing they may just put it right back out on the shelves for the same price and sell it to someone else.

Always a great place to shop. This time I purchased some shoes and a rompers for my daughter. Would have been well over $120 at regular price. Oy paid $52 in the Rack. I love that there is now a larger Home selection.

Greetings My 1st time shopping at nordstroms , a variety of selections pretty organized , the only problem I had was the Cashier I'm a Armed officer He told me you can't do any returns without the Receipt or the tags on the items I understood him perfectly well . Then he went on to say you can't wear them and bring them back he made me uncomfortable I'm standing here an Armed Officer I understand everything about you can't bring it back , he's constantly nagging about a return , I kindly gave him the Three hundred and something odd dollars worth of merchandise back and left the Store.

I came in looking to get some eye concealer but I left with a whole different way of looking at my face. It turned out to be nothing like what I expected. It was great and he was great. He does a lot of famous people and I felt lucky to have just caught him at this time but it was a lot of fun. I liked it a lot and I left feeling very good

I love the store. One problem was that I ordered a certain size sneaker for my great niece that she wanted for school and they sent the wrong size. My great niece was disappointed because she was excited because I told her that I had found the Chuck Taylor All-Star sneakers she wanted. Just imagine my great niece opening that box only to find that the sneakers were the wrong size. I had to return them back to the store. ☹

I just love to shop at Nordstrom's but I moved a little bit farther away but I go back as much as I possibly can remember long enough the prices are pretty hot and the reason for that is because their name brand so you pay a little bit more. A couple of the cashiers were a little bit rude not only the guy notice this but some other ones did as well. I don't know if you're like the brand names and you've got the money it's the right place to go.
