Okay so I am a longtime Lush fan and use a lot of the products. Lush is great- everywhere and always. But this Lush is always the *best* Lush store! I was in today and Nemo and Bella were SO helpful and SO knowledgeable about the products. I am just so appreciative for all their help today! Thank you! ❤️

Bella and Zeke provided me with exceptional customer service here, I had no idea what I was really looking for and they helped direct me toward the right gifts with their thorough product knowledge. Their thoughtfulness and friendliness make a trip to Lush an uplifting experience, and they have great taste in recommendations and products! The blue skies and fluffy white clouds bubble bar and ippuku dan bath bomb set smell super spicy and amazing, definitely satisfied the search for something cinnamon scented!

if i could rate a million stars i would! bella and gaz were such a moment, i went in simply because they looked welcoming/nice. i was having such a rough day and they recommended the p e r f e c t products for me! they even showed me a product with my name!! they treated me like a friend and had me leave with a smile on my face. slayyyyy! gaz had such a fun vibe to zir, and bella was just as sweet! thanks guys <3 slay the day

Had great experience with Alex today at Lush! She was so knowledgeable a friendly, and just made being in the store so fun. She took her time and explained each product to me, helping me find exactly what I needed. Lush products smell great, I love their focus on being eco-friendly, there's something for every budget, and my daughter loves the fun shapes and colors of the bath bombs.

the place is a little tight to navigate and has been bustling with activity every time i've been there. the staff is really accommodating and knowledgeable and the scents are all great, even if it can be a bit overpowering and difficult to discern distinct scents right under your nose.

Had a wonderful experience with Ky and Alex! Wonderful young ladies. Two friends and I visited the store and had a great experience. They answered any and all questions while sharing a few laughs. Overall, exceptional experience with great customer service. Hope they are still with at this location when we visit again.

I was at lush today and was helped by Alex! She gave me amazing tips and helped find the exact products I was looking for. She even gave me a sample of hair products that i was timid to try. I tried the samples tonight and my hair feels so good. I am going to have to go back and purchase some more products. So thank you Alex for the amazing help and tips!!

Over the last year, I have been honored to meet some incredible staff and management at the Towson Town Lush store. They have consistently demonstrated excellent customer service and genuine kindness. Additionally, I wanted to share a special shout-out to Ky and Audry for their generosity, goodwill, and support. My friends and I stopped by Lush never having been in before and got more than we bargained for. We had no clue what was what or what would work best for our skin. Enter the amazing Alice! She honestly wowed me with her knowledge, not just of the products but about different skin problems. The three of us all had varying problems and she didn't miss a beat in her recommendations. I'm a texture based person when it comes to what goes on my skin and Alice had so many recommendations I needed a list! She even had recommendations for soaps based on what smells we prefered. This was top notch customer service and we had a blast. I live an hour away but I'll definitely be back to visit!

My daughter's absolutely love it here! We visit regularly so the employees know us all by name and always make my 4 year olds feel so welcome and excited to be there and check out all the new products! The employees are even nice enough to hang out with my girls long enough for me to do some shopping! Absolutely LOVE everyone who works here, they give great recommendations and really know the products that theyre selling! This will always be my favorite location!

Amazing. The employees are all really sweet and helpful and they give out samples. You get a small amount of free soap when you walk in and although it can be a bit pricy, you can't find better products anywhere. The best part is the ethics of the company. Hand made, no animal testing, with organic and fresh ingredients.They're products are a delight and far worth the money

The staff here is exceptional. I have gone several time on my own to buy my wife a gift and they have always had great suggestions. Other times I've gone in, with instructions to buy more shampoo or conditioner or lotion and have no clue what it was called. The staff must be trained to help guys like me, because I tell them what I think it smells or looks like and they point me right to it.

I shop here often for my family's skincare needs. Great quality and all natural ingredients. The sales associates are great in assisting you to find which products work best for you. My kids love choosing a bath bomb each visit because the sale the most unique bath bombs I've ever seen and they smell so good. You will not be disappointed and it will not be a wasted trip to visit your nearest Lush store.

Love this store. I purchased the mascara here since, my eyes tend to get irritated by other mascaras (idky). The hand lotion is a lifesaver. The employees here are super nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the products (well the lady that helped me out was anyway [can't remember her name]). I thoroughly enjoy everything I've purchased from Lush and will continue to shop here in the future.

Kayleigh went above and beyond on my visit here! She was super knowledgeable about all of the products AND even gave us free samples. It was my SO's first time at Lush and he really liked it. Absolutely wonderful experience. All of the staff are welcoming and very helpful every time I go. There are lots of "try me" options and the friendly staff are knowlegable about their products; they are always happy to discuss and recommend what might work best for you and give demos. Lush always has high quality products worth the price, I love going there, it's so hard not to buy everything in sight!😍

If you don't like strong smells, don't enter Lush. Besides that the place is great and gives exactly what they advertise. The staff know about everything in the store and can answer all your questions. Everything there is cruelty free and can be traced back to the person who made it. While it's not my favorite place personally it's a good spot to explore and try out all of their products.

I like the bath bombs, lip scrubs, sprays and everything but I overheard one of the employers telling another to hurry and get all the october 25th expired stuff off the sales floor. Which is kinda gross but it is just soaps and stuff so I guess it's okay

Took my 2 daughters, age 11 and 15. Said if you see ANYTHING you want, let's get it. Neither found anything they really wantedAs a person with no interest in these items, but aware of what things cost, because I have 2 daughters, I thought their prices were ridiculous. Personally, the sign out front basically saying, immigration police not welcome, because they believe in free movement, really bothered me. You love everyone, regardless of someones beliefs or values. Otherwise you're discriminating because of their values. Pretty ironic... needless to say, I was happy not spending a dollar in their store.
