I accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking lot today and while I am so appreciative to the customer and fantastic manager who helped get it back to me, I did not particularly appreciate the sales associate Charmaine tracking me down in the store not once but twice to admonish me and tell me to be more careful with my things.I didn’t feel this review was necessary until I just so happened to have Charmaine as a cashier and upon using my debit card she said that I was lucky to still have it to make the purchase and again reprimand me for dropping the item.I will absolutely be more careful to not accidentally drop my wallet but the staff member’s response here made for a really uncomfortable experience in the store.

I absolutely love this store! Beautiful items from all around the world. Every product in the store, from candies, chips, coffee etc are always fresh, and the prices are very, very low! There is something here for everyone, including your little fur babies! Come on out and say hi to their wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff!

This store has the best treasures for your home and elegant gifts and unique children's toys. The cashiers are extremely friendly and courteous. However, the manager...Sam..is rude and unprofessional. I would not want him representing my establishment....for this reason I couldn't give a 5 star. If you have a concern that needs management; do not waste your time talking to him...call the corporate office.

HomeGoods has the most oddest items, a HUGE SELECTION and selective brands; you just can't find in any of the most popular name brand stores.Love the great deals... definitely Love how it's easy find what you need when you need it, staff are polite and knowledgeable on brand name if they can't find it, they'll place the order.Go!!! check ✔ em Out!!You'll go in... and come out with more than you anticipated buying.

First time actually being in a Homegoods store & was pleasantly surprised!! Friendly employees & nice variety of merchandise!! My only problem was with an alarm clock which unfortunately doesn't work & will have to be returned!! I purchased some nice items & will probably buy more when I return the non-working clock!

This was my first time going to a HomeGoods store to shop for myself. This location was well stocked with merchandise but not everything I needed to get. I would still go back to this location because they did has great alternative items, nice staff, and reasonable prices. And I only bought what was on my shopping list this time so I need to go back for those impulse items when I have the funds for them. I hope at least some of them are still in stock then.

OMG Homegoods was the best! They had a beautiful selection of draperies and in the length I needed! I was so excited the sheers were beautiful also. I went in for drapes, found them as well as some beautiful towels for my 2 bathrooms. I left with some beautiful decorative ideas in mind and my husband and I will be going right back there. Towson TJ Maxx my husband was really thrilled with your selections and so was I! My cashier was very friendly and helpful as well. Thanks for the great experience!

Normally I love shopping here. I was at the store a few days ago and it was crowded. No way to social distance from each other. Two out of three cashiers were wearing their masks below their noses. No protection for the employees either. Thankfully I got the cashier who was wearing their mask properly. I get that wearing these things isn't fun, but I don't want to be face to face with someone who isn't taking precautions.

They have a great selection of kitchenware and home decor. I love coming for the designer kitchenware at reasonable prices. They do their best to organize the store every night. It's apparent after leaving one day and coming back the next.

For my 1st time being at this Homegoods location it was great! Hardly anyone in there for a Tuesday night. Very clean, organized and follows all CDC guidelines. The associates are very friendly and helpful.

I love coming to homegoods for bedding and also home organizers like bins and baskets. The store has some narrow isles that need to be re-organised. They also have a nice selection of wall art. Overall I love shopping here, good stock and low prices! So why not!

The check out line moved very quickly. However, the lady at the check out counter asked me to grab an item from another cart for herself. Very weird. I don't want to touch anything that I don't have to. Ok overall.

Wide selection and good prices. Shopping is like a scavenger hunt as new items in different quantities are available. Luck always plays a role in shopping success.

I received horrible customer service at your Home goods store in Towson, Md. I bought a comforter from that store and walked out. I went to place it in my trunk and noticed a sensor on it. I brought it back in and one of the associates ask me three times did I get it from that store. I literally walked right out the store. She did not say “ sorry this happen to you!”. Nothing.... i’m so disgusted I will never return to the store again. This store needs better training.
